In 2051, a space exploration robot discovers an object containing a recorded love story about mutual redemption between a girl named Wu Nongyu and a sociopathic maniac named Xie Xinxu from an Earth-like civilization known as Planet Y.
Twenty-three-year-old Wu Nongyu is a second-year graduate student majoring in bio-genetic engineering. Five years earlier, she accompanied her brother Wu Siyuan to a crime scene, where she fatefully crossed paths with Xie Xinxu, who was then suspected of being the perpetrator and had previously been diagnosed with antisocial personality disorder. Her body seems to have a peculiar, innate attraction for him, and with just one glance, he develops an obsessive desire to possess her.
Five years later, in order to win Wu Nongyu over, Xie Xinxu disguises himself as a cold and restrained medical professor, meticulously planning his approach to make her fall in love with him step by step.
