Synopsis

She finally realized that she was nothing more than a "tool" her father used to save his company, stuffed into an arranged marriage with a wealthy family.
During three years of a contractual marriage, she endured coldness and gossip, only to end up bruised and broken. Waking up to the truth, she kicked out the opportunistic nanny, replaced the furniture her husband had chosen, even adopted a cat he was allergic to. She returned to the workforce. Starting from the bottom as a designer at Guangnian Home Decor, she faced down difficult colleagues, won a top client, and became someone Zhou Tingshen no longer recognized.
