> Resumos de Mr. Fighting
Dapeng bought Fu's father's taxi, a vehicle Fu's father cherished the most. His taxi driver friends, along with Dapeng, honked their horns in unison outside the funeral home, sending off Fu's father. Ren Jiajia experienced significant growth after this event, becoming less willful. She ran from the funeral into her father's embrace, reconciling with him.
She confided in her father that she used to feel pity for herself and Fu Zi for not having mothers, and while Fu Zi had her father's love, Ren Jiajia felt she lacked her own father's affection. However, now she felt lucky that her father was still alive and by her side, unlike Fu Zi whose father had passed away. Ren Jiajia decided to go abroad and settle with her father to cherish their time together.
After the memorial, Niu Meili returned to the empty Fu's Diner, feeling wistful and saddened by the absence of Fu's father. Fu Zi, deeply distraught, sat in her father's car where she found a new phone he had bought for her before his accident, complete with a cute charm, on the passenger seat. The phone also contained an accidentally recorded video of him buying it. Watching the video, Fu Zi broke down and cried uncontrollably while hugging the driver's seat.
Hao Zeyu returned immediately after finishing his reality show filming, finding Fu Zi heartbroken and distraught in her empty home. He apologized to her. However, Fu Zi, despite not blaming him, calmly proposed breaking up, stating that while the timing seemed rash, it was a deeply considered decision. She returned his bank card, having deducted the money he owed her, declaring that they were now even.
Hao Zeyu did not agree, but Fu Zi was exhausted, feeling he had drained all her fighting spirit and that she had been utterly unhappy in their relationship. She questioned whether their relationship could be sustained merely by a few letters, highlighting his absence when she needed him and his failure to ask what kind of happy life she truly desired. Hao Zeyu tried to comfort her, offering to stay.
However, Fu Zi knew that if he didn't leave, he wouldn't be the Hao Zeyu she liked and admired, and she wouldn't be the Fu Zi he liked. She reminded him that her father's only wish was for her happiness and she couldn't disregard that. She cried heartbrokenly, revealing she had had a major argument with her father because of Hao Zeyu before his death and never got the chance to apologize or show affection.
She played the accidentally recorded video of her father for Hao Zeyu, who was deeply saddened. As he left in tears, Hao Zeyu told Fu Zi that they could never be truly even, and he would always owe her. After he left, Fu Zi cried again. Zhao Xiaobei later visited Niu Meili to apologize for past deceptions.
Niu Meili, having experienced Fu's father's passing, had a changed perspective on past issues, considering them resolved and insignificant in the face of death. She acknowledged that everyone makes mistakes, but these didn't negate the time they spent together, and a good process was enough. Niu Meili was very reluctant about Ren Jiajia leaving, giving her many instructions at the airport.
After Niu Meili dejectedly turned away as the plane was about to depart, Ren Jiajia suddenly ran back and tightly hugged Niu Meili, crying and thanking her. Niu Meili felt like a solitary figure walking home. After her father's passing and her breakup with Hao Zeyu, Fu Zi began repeating her father's daily routines, feeding the fish in the tank, watering the flowers in the yard, and caring for his cherished pigeons, which saddened those who saw her.
Hao Zeyu later sat alone in the basement, tormented by memories of Fu's father's teachings and his own promises, seeing images of them drinking together. Hao Zeyu decided to terminate his cooperation with Shi Rujing after completing the reality show. When he approached her, Shi Rujing advised him not to be emotional but acknowledged it was a deeply considered decision and asked him for her understanding.
She told him to review his contract, which Niu Meili had secured to guarantee Hao Zeyu a 20% commission. The contract explicitly stated that early termination would bar him from any entertainment activities for five years. Hao Zeyu, however, was unfazed and completely relieved by his decision, asserting he only wanted to do what he liked. Shi Rujing was stunned, regretting her own pursuit of success, finding it imperfect and hollow.
She wished she could return to her former, happier self who once lived in the basement. Hao Zeyu reflected that with Fu's father gone, his breakup with Fu Zi, and his contract termination, he was no longer an actor and had no room for regret. However, he believed his dream still needed to be realized, and five years of reflection might not be a bad thing for him. Fu Zi then unexpectedly reopened Fu's Diner.
Despite Niu Meili's concern that the diner couldn't operate without a chef, Fu Zi calmly asserted she could take over, having been taught a few dishes by her father to keep the restaurant running. While busy in the kitchen, she spoke to Niu Meili about her father teaching her to cook, as if he hadn't left, which further saddened and heartbroken Niu Meili. Fu's father always used to say that the dead were gone, but the living must continue to live well.
