> Resumos de Turbulent Love
Ji Zhijie arrived on the island ahead of schedule to oversee the relabeling of his cargo, successfully evading a planned police raid. When Superintendent Zhou Ziheng arrived to inspect the site despite the raging typhoon and his recent injuries, Ji greeted him with mock praise for his dedication. Zhou questioned why such a massive mobilization was necessary during a storm, but Ji insisted the shipment consisted of important flood control supplies for donation.
After completing the inspection and finding no contraband, Zhou was forced to admit that everything appeared to be in order. Before Ji departed, Zhou provocatively brought up the day Superintendent Guan Renjie died, mentioning that Guan's adopted daughter, Hao Yu, was likely present. Zhou claimed to be an old acquaintance who had known Hao Yu longer than Ji, suggesting she might reveal details about that day out of loyalty to their past.
Ji dismissed the provocation with a smirk, providing an alibi by claiming he had just returned from a business trip at the time and that he and Hao Yu had been so inseparable in bed that she couldn't possibly have been anywhere else. Back at the villa, Hao Yu used the password she had memorized from Ji to unlock the door to his secret room and began searching for items.
Meanwhile, on the island, Feihu informed Ji that the power and surveillance cameras at the house were down. He explained that Hao Yu had sent the staff home to look after their own families during the typhoon and was now unreachable. Despite Zhou’s warnings that the mountain roads were prone to mudslides, Ji was determined to return. He left Feihu and his men to keep an eye on Zhou while he braved the storm alone.
During the drive, Ji found the path at Eagle’s Beak Cliff blocked by fallen trees and had to clear the debris manually. He called Hao Yu repeatedly, eventually getting through to her. Terrified and alone in the dark, Hao Yu was panicking, but Ji stayed on the phone, guiding her through deep breathing exercises. He promised her he would be home in less than thirty minutes and urged her to hold on just a little longer.
Ji finally reached the villa and found Hao Yu at the entrance. She threw herself into his arms, crying that the power had cut out while she was showering and she had lost her phone in the dark while searching for candles. Ji, feeling guilty for their earlier argument and for leaving her alone, apologized.
He promised that after their business was concluded the following day, they would leave everything behind and fly to the UK to live in his house there. As it was now past midnight, Ji revealed it was the fifth anniversary of their relationship. He produced a ring, telling Hao Yu he wanted to finally commit to her and even expressed a desire to start a family once they were settled abroad.
He placed the ring on her finger and kissed her, intended as a gesture to comfort her after her earlier jealousy and the night's fright. However, the entire intimate exchange was being monitored by Zhou Ziheng through a hidden listening device. Listening to Ji's plans for the future, Zhou grew visibly angry. Shortly after, Zhou went to meet with Uncle Kun, revealing that he was the mysterious person who had been in secret contact with the veteran criminal all along.
