C.T.O (Create Top One) is a boy group under Creativity Entertainment. It debuted officially on June 14, 2018, consists of 6 members: Li Zhenwei (J.Win), Xue En (Sean), Zhan Shiwei (Snoopy), Weng Yuqing ( (Yuching), Yang Zixin (Hollis), and Wang Zining (Williams).
On July 18, 2018, C.T.O released the group’s debut album, “C.T.O”.
In April 2019, the group was shortlisted for the HITO Pop Awards’ most Popular New Artist Award. On June 14, released the summer digital single “LOVE YOU”. On July 5, they released the second album “Start It”, in December, they started the “LOVE YOU” concert tour in Beijing.
