> Resúmenes de Zhan Zhao Adventures
Standing before the grave of his fallen friend Fan Zhongyu, Bai Yutang is consumed by exhaustion and grief. He mutters to the headstone, wondering if the entire world has gone mad, and admits that he has not felt this tired in a very long time. At the Shangqing Sect estate, Ding Zhaohui is carrying out his plan. While walking through the corridors after delivering birthday gifts, he encounters Mrs. Jing.
Sensing danger, she quietly warns him to stay away to avoid raising Jing Yiming's suspicions. However, their conversation is cut short when Jing Yiming himself appears. Jing Yiming greets Ding Zhaohui with a polite smile that fails to mask his cold scrutiny. Ding Zhaohui covers his tracks by claiming he was simply wandering around to clear his head. Jing Yiming feigns warmth, bringing up the Ding family's recent misfortunes and asking about his missing sister, Ding Yuehua.
Ding Zhaohui admits there is no news but shares his concern that she might crash the banquet. Jing Yiming dismisses the worry, claiming her arrival would at least mean she is safe. Once Ding Zhaohui leaves, Jing Xingze questions his father about keeping their guest around. Jing Yiming explains his calculated strategy: keeping him close under their noses is the safest way to monitor him and eliminate him at any sign of trouble.
He commands his son to heavily guard a backyard courtyard and prevent Ding Zhaohui from approaching it. Jing Yiming also harshly reprimands his son for his past recklessness, warning him never to employ low-life thugs like Hua Chong again. He demands that his son manage Zhongxiaoyuan properly, reminding him that as the rightful heir of the Shangqing Sect, he must not let Zhi Hua overshadow him.
Elsewhere, Bai Yutang gets inspired by the Yaksha statue and decides to take justice into his own hands. Ignoring Huo Linglong's protests, he taps her acupoints to temporarily immobilize her, apologizes, and then feeds Hua Chong a substance to mute him. Bai Yutang drags Hua Chong to Fenglai Pavilion to trade him with Zhi Hua for the antidote for his sworn brothers. However, when Zhan Zhao arrives, Hua Chong is already dead.
Zhan Zhao tries to persuade Bai Yutang to stop conspiring with their enemies and return with him. Entirely disillusioned with the law, Bai Yutang refuses to listen, draws his sword, and stabs Zhan Zhao in the chest before telling him to meet him at Fan Zhongyu's grave. Afterward, Bai Yutang drags Hua Chong's corpse to Fan Zhongyu's grave to offer his apology. Zhan Zhao catches up, clutching his wound, and argues that vigilante justice is not the right path.
Bai Yutang fiercely counters that the locals only worship the Yaksha because the corrupt government offers them no justice. He scoffs at Kaifeng Court, pointing out that even a renowned judge like Lord Bao cannot resolve all the world's deep-seated evils. He believes the imperial court has ignored the Prince of Xiangyang's corruption for a decade, sending Zhan Zhao alone merely to put on a show.
Bai Yutang highlights the tragedy of Zhan Zhao's position—shunned by the martial arts world as an imperial hound and despised by the court for his humble origins. He invites Zhan Zhao to act as a vigilante "Yaksha" with him. When Zhan Zhao firmly rejects the offer, stating that violence cannot yield true justice, their bond is severed, and they part ways.
Left alone, Zhan Zhao's inner torment is worsened by the Yemotian poison coursing through his body, leaving him deeply shaken and questioning his beliefs. Huo Linglong finds him and offers comfort, promising to stand by his side no matter how perilous the journey.
Together, they walk through the town, observing how the closure of the corrupt Ruzhen Embroidery Shop has already brought peace back to the local street vendors and saved innocent girls from becoming targets, which helps restore Zhan Zhao's resolve. That night, sitting on the roof, Zhan Zhao struggles with the pain of delayed justice. Huo Linglong sits with him, discussing Bai Yutang's actions and the true nature of vigilante justice until dawn breaks.
Zhan Zhao then reveals his plan: He Bo possesses a secret ledger of corrupt officials. If they can secure this book and find witnesses among the girls of Zhongxiaoyuan who have seen He Bo's face, they can finally expose the entire conspiracy. Outside the city, Moon Envoy pays her respects to the deceased Huidai by erecting a nameless headstone. Zhan Zhao approaches her and requests her assistance.
Moon Envoy reveals that Zhongxiaoyuan is reopening tonight and advises that simply entering the underground palace will not be enough to uncover all its secrets. Huo Linglong insists on accompanying Zhan Zhao, prompting him to voice his deep concern for her safety, which highlights their growing bond. Although she initially agrees to wait in the embroidery shop's backyard, they ultimately prepare to infiltrate together.
After she departs, Zhan Zhao is struck by an agonizing flare-up of the Yemotian poison, nearly losing his senses. Meanwhile, Bai Yutang meets Zhi Hua to demand the antidote. There, he is horrified to find Shen Zhongyuan locked in a cage and begging for medicine like a desperate beast. To save his sworn brothers, Bai Yutang is forced to swallow a poison that binds him to Zhi Hua's command. Zhi Hua orders him to assassinate the Yicheng County Magistrate.
Watching from the side, Shao Jizu is amused by the arrangement. Zhi Hua reveals that the Yicheng County Magistrate was once a clerk in Tanxi Town fifteen years ago and was directly responsible for a tragic case deeply tied to Bai Yutang's past. Confident that this history will drive Bai Yutang to kill him, Zhi Hua eagerly anticipates the deadly clash between Bai Yutang and Zhan Zhao. Later, a weakened and poisoned Bai Yutang crosses paths with Zhan Zhao.
When Zhan Zhao notices his injuries and asks who harmed him, Bai Yutang brushes him off and demands to know the location of the Yicheng County Magistrate. Ignoring Zhan Zhao's warnings to turn back, Bai Yutang resolutely storms off to find his target. At the same time, inside the premises of Zhongxiaoyuan, Fu Feng aids Zhan Zhao and Huo Linglong's infiltration. After slipping poison into the guard's water to keep him incapacitated, Fu Feng ushers the duo inside and remains behind to stand guard at the entrance.
