Resumen del episodio 10 de Zhan Zhao Adventures
> Resúmenes de Zhan Zhao Adventures
Knowing that entering the Zhongxiao Pavilion was impossible without a gold token, Bai Yu Tang devised a plan to "borrow" one from Shao Ji Zu. He tracked the commander to the second floor of the Baihua Tavern, where Shao Ji Zu was drinking away his frustrations. Bai Yu Tang approached him, pretending to be a disgruntled ally who had been unfairly implicated by Zhan Zhao’s rigid sense of duty.
He claimed he was tired of being a wanted man and, seeing Zhan Zhao’s success in the government, expressed a desire to seek an official position for himself and his brothers. The deception worked, and Shao Ji Zu’s guard dropped as he listened to the flattery. Bai Yu Tang pushed further, promising to reveal Zhan Zhao’s secret investigation movements if Shao Ji Zu would help the Five Rats join the official ranks.
Over drinks, Bai Yu Tang continued his act, calling Zhan Zhao a fickle hypocrite and even mocking Shao Ji Zu for wasting his time on the "plain-looking" Huo Linglong. Nearby, Huo Linglong and Zhan Zhao were resting at a tea house. Using her exceptional hearing, she caught every insult, and in a fit of rage, she dragged Zhan Zhao away. Shao Ji Zu, seemingly intoxicated, eventually handed over his gold token.
However, his drunken stupor was a facade; he was playing along while secretly sending word to Zhi Hua to prepare an ambush at the Zhongxiao Pavilion. Back at his room, Bai Yu Tang woke up from a brief rest to find the token missing. Huo Linglong had taken it, still fuming over his comments.
To appease her, Bai Yu Tang had to clarify that his stories about Zhan Zhao’s engagement to the Ding family and his supposed harassment of maids were complete fabrications intended only to fool Shao Ji Zu. Once her anger subsided, they prepared to move. That night, Zhan Zhao disguised himself as the martial artist Shen Zhong Yuan and sought out Hua Chong. Terrified by the "impotence pill" Bai Yu Tang had forced him to swallow, Hua Chong demanded an antidote.
Zhan Zhao bluffed, telling him that the pill was merely candy and that his physical discomfort was actually caused by a "Western evil technique" Bai Yu Tang used to block his meridians. Convinced by the lie and eager for a cure, Hua Chong led Zhan Zhao through secret tunnels into the Zhongxiao Pavilion. Meanwhile, Bai Yu Tang used the gold token to enter through the back of an embroidery shop, and the two successfully reunited inside.
The grand hall of the Zhongxiao Pavilion was filled with guests wearing demonic masks and red robes, bidding on women displayed on a high stage. Zhan Zhao’s eyes landed on a limping man whose gait matched a clerk he had seen at Liu Hong Yi’s house. Bai Yu Tang approached the man to gather information, learning that the auctions occurred in three rounds, but guests with gold tokens had the power to take any woman they desired.
Zhan Zhao grew concerned that they were being too conspicuous, fearing the consequences if the enemy was already alerted. Before they could withdraw, a disciple arrived, stating that their master requested a private meeting with "Master Shen." Zhan Zhao had no choice but to follow. Meanwhile, Bai Yu Tang used the token to bid for a girl named Hui Dai.
During their conversation, she revealed that the missing girl, Yu Lian, was not part of the regular auctions; she stayed only with the mysterious owner, He Bo. Bai Yu Tang encouraged Hui Dai to keep hope alive and gave her pills to slip into the guests' baths to protect herself and the other women. However, the trap was already set. Zhi Hua had used poison to control the real Shen Zhong Yuan, turning him into a mindless puppet.
The real Shen ambushed Bai Yu Tang with a powerful Pili Palm strike, catching him off guard and leading to his capture. In a private chamber, Zhan Zhao nearly fell into a trance caused by hallucinogenic candles but managed to extinguish them just in time. The Moon Envoy arrived with three assassins, but upon seeing Zhan Zhao’s face, she secretly aided him.
Recognizing that the "Shen Zhong Yuan" attacking him was a puppet, Zhan Zhao fought his way out and struck Zhi Hua. Zhan Zhao rushed back to the main hall to find Bai Yu Tang suspended in mid-air. As he leapt to rescue him, a cold arrow struck Zhan Zhao’s left arm. The two fought side by side against overwhelming numbers. The Moon Envoy intervened once more, blocking a lethal arrow intended for them. Just as the fighting intensified, Huo Linglong arrived to provide much-needed support.
