In 2013, he won the overall champion of the 5th COOL GUY Competition. In 2015, Sun Zujun released his solo single "Gravity/ 地心引力". In 2017, he played in the Korean version of the ancient romantic drama "My Sassy Girl" aired, officially starting his acting career.
