Too Young To Love is a youth romance drama, directed by Lin Chuhan, starring Xie Binbin and Zhang Xinyi.
The drama is adapted from Rao Xueman's novel of the same name. It tells the story of how Yi Lan, encouraged by her childhood friend Tong Xiaole, forms a trio band and gains recognition from the school. In supporting Yi Lan's pursuit of her dream, Tong Xiaole rediscovers his own passion for photography. The two enter university together, grow individually, and evolve from bickering childhood friends into lovers who heal and redeem each other.

Yi Lan showed a talent for the cello from a young age, but her lessons were interrupted after her mother passed away. In middle school, she was captivated by Luo Ningzi's violin performance and managed to enroll in the same high school—only to be rejected during the school orchestra's selection process. Encouraged by her childhood friend Tong Xiaole, Yi Lan decided to form her own trio and challenge Luo Ningzi.
She recruited piano player Qiao Mengmeng, a fangirl obsessed with pop stars, and violinist Chen Fan, a wealthy heir. Together, they overcame various rehearsal difficulties, and through sincerity and persistence, earned recognition from the school. Meanwhile, in supporting Yi Lan's musical dream, Tong Xiaole rediscovered his passion for photography and began to reconsider his relationship with his parents.
Eventually, Yi Lan and Tong Xiaole entered university together. Yi Lan transformed from a confused girl into a courageous and independent dream-chaser; Tong Xiaole, guided by his mentors, pursued a path in photojournalism—observing the world through his lens and gaining a deeper understanding of himself. Their bond deepened from playful bickering to mutual healing and redemption, and what began as a childhood friendship gradually blossomed into love.
