Collin Chou(邹兆龙), born on August 11, 1967, in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, China, is a Chinese action actor.

After training in martial arts at the age of five, he began his film career as a stand-in actor in 1979 and moved to Hong Kong at the age of twenty, where he became a member of the Hung family under the tutelage of Sammo Hung.

Karya beliau termasuk The Curse of Turandot (2021), The Moon Brightens for You (2020), dan Chinese Hero Zhao Zi Long (2016).
