Nie Yuan(聂远) was born on March 17, 1978, in Guizhou Province, China. He is a Chinese actor.

In 2001, the historical drama Wrong Carriage, Right Groom, starring him was released, gaining him much popularity. In 2002, he appeared in the historical drama The Granary of the World, in which he played the role of the young Qianlong.

主な出演作は『Story of Yanxi Palace』（2018）、『Only For Love』（2023）、『Dark Night and Dawn』（2024）、『Legacy』（2022）、『The Listener』（2019）など。
