Resumen del episodio 15 de Rebirth
> Resúmenes de Rebirth
Chu Qiao successfully evades her pursuers and brings the unconscious Zhuge Yue to a secluded inn. Looking at his pale form, she is struck by a wave of guilt, realizing she has misjudged him during his long absence. Fang Miaomiao examines him and finds a bizarre poison called "Snow Blood" snaking through his veins.
Unable to extract the toxin, she uses needles to seal his acupoints to protect his vital organs, warning Chu Qiao that his survival now depends on his own inner strength. Despite the danger, the time for the prisoner exchange at Lin City arrives. Chu Qiao heads to the city to rescue He Xiao, planning to intercept him when the prisoners are transferred to the Black Eagle Army.
At the gates, Yan Xun has prepared a trap to draw her out, ordering his men to fire upon the Yanbei prisoners. Seeing He Xiao’s face among the victims, Chu Qiao charges into the chaos, striking down enemies and cutting his shackles. As she covers the retreat, an arrow fired by Yan Xun knocks away her mask. Seeing her face, Yan Xun halts the attack and pleads with her to return to Yanbei. The confrontation is cold and resolute.
Chu Qiao tells Yan Xun that their bond is over, reminding him that while she once fought to free slaves, he has succumbed to a path of mindless slaughter. Yan Xun argues that the world is governed by the law of the jungle and that justice died with his family at Jiuyou Terrace. He tries to force her to stay, claiming she cannot escape with so few men. However, Zhuge Yue arrives with his own archers to reinforce her.
Together, they break through Yan Xun’s lines and escape. While the Yanbei army successfully captures Lin City from the soldiers of Yong, Yan Xun is consumed by the bitterness of losing Chu Qiao again. He coldly instructs Cheng Yuan that if they encounter her in the future, she must be brought back to him, whether she is alive or dead.
Following the escape, Chu Qiao discovers that Zhuge Yue took a "Huiyuan Pill" to temporarily restore his vitality for the rescue, a desperate move that significantly shortens his lifespan. She is furious at his recklessness, but he insists he had to save her. In a moment of quiet, Zhuge Yue reveals the truth about his survival after falling into the frozen lake.
He explains how he was saved by the King of Ximeng and forced to become his "shadow," bound by the Snow Blood poison. Chu Qiao is moved by the suffering he endured and scolds him for not telling her sooner, eventually finding comfort in his embrace. Meanwhile, Li Ce uses a double to impersonate the King of Ximeng as they make their way back to Tangjing.
He notices that Zhan Ziyu has become distant, seemingly avoiding the convoy since their last clash, which leaves Li Ce suspicious. The capital sees the wedding of Zhao Chun'er and Li Yan (Luo Wang). Now the Princess Consort, Zhao Chun'er is deeply miserable, knowing she is merely a substitute for "Fu Junzhu"—the identity Chu Qiao used in the palace.
On her wedding night, she burns her ceremonial fan and walks barefoot across broken porcelain, her physical injuries mirroring her shattered heart. Li Yan finds her in a drunken state and carries her to bed, promising to wait patiently until she can truly accept him as her husband. Seeking an audience with the Empress, Zhao Chun'er accidentally witnesses an intimate encounter between her and Zhan Ziyu, leaving her stunned by their betrayal of the Emperor.
Zhan Ziyu and the Empress continue to plot, aiming to frame the Crown Prince for treason to ensure their grand plan succeeds. It is the day of Great Heat, a time when the Emperor traditionally travels to Tianlong Temple to pray for the late Crown Prince Maocheng. However, Lady Hu, seeking to retaliate against the Empress, informs the Emperor of his wife’s infidelity. Consumed by rage, the Emperor abandons his journey and storms the palace.
He bursts into the bathing hall with his guards, expecting to find the Empress with a lover. Instead, he finds only the Empress and Zhao Chun'er together in the water, the two women having managed to hide Zhan Ziyu just in time. As the tension in the palace simmers, Zhuge Yue and Chu Qiao watch sky lanterns together, reflecting on their shared past and the uncertain journey ahead.
