Resumen del episodio 6 de Rebirth
> Resúmenes de Rebirth
In the capital of Biantang, Emperor Li Jiao is consumed by a life of debauchery, his health rapidly declining due to his excessive indulgence in wine and women. While the Empress maintains a front of maternal devotion, instructing imperial physicians to treat his ailments with medicinal diets, her true loyalty lies with her consort, Zhan Ziyu.
To ensure the Emperor remains distracted and powerless to interfere with her influence, she tasks Zhan Ziyu with continuously bringing new beauties into the palace. The political atmosphere shifts when Crown Prince Li Ce returns from the north with a mysterious woman, Chu Qiao. Zhan Ziyu immediately informs the Empress and heads to the Crown Prince’s residence, Boque Palace, to investigate.
Aware that his mansion is crawling with his mother's spies, Li Ce tries to disguise Chu Qiao’s identity by giving her elaborate, revealing dresses he brought from his travels. However, Zhan Ziyu arrives before she can change, using the delivery of imperial gifts as a pretext to enter. He immediately brands Chu Qiao an assassin and orders his men to seize her. Chu Qiao fights back with sharp reflexes, and the situation is only defused when Li Ce returns.
He spins a calculated lie, claiming she is Lady Fu, the long-lost daughter of the Prince of Pingnan, and challenges Zhan Ziyu to verify the story with the Empress. The tension at the mansion is further complicated by the arrival of Li Ce’s sprawling harem. These women, sent by the Empress to spy on the Crown Prince, swarm him with feigned affection while turning their hostility toward Chu Qiao.
Branding her a "vixen," they try to push her into a nearby pond, but a maid intervenes to save her. Chu Qiao remains stoic through the chaos, later telling the head maid, Ming Lu, that she has no interest in the mansion’s luxuries or vanities. Meanwhile, in the Black Mountain range of Yanbei, a miracle occurs. General Cheng and his men witness a massive flock of crows circling over the lifeless Yan Xun.
Following a ritual on the Pyre Platform, the gods of Yanbei seem to answer their prayers as Yan Xun miraculously awakens from his deathly slumber. Back in Biantang, the Empress reveals to Zhan Ziyu that the real Lady Fu died seven years ago after she had the Prince of Pingnan sent to his death at the border. Suspecting a hidden agenda, she orders Zhan Ziyu to keep a close watch on the mansion.
That night, Li Ce visits Chu Qiao and drops his mask of incompetence, confessing that his playboy persona is merely a survival tactic to evade his mother's control. Their conversation is violently interrupted by a poisoned Cold Sand Dart, a signature weapon of the Muhe clan from Yong. Determined to confront the threat, Chu Qiao lulls the culprits into a trap the following day but finds herself overwhelmed by Zhao Kuo and his men.
Her body is still weak from old wounds, and she is nearly killed until a familiar figure rescues her. As her vision finally clears—restored by the rare Fire Weed Water she had been using for fourteen days—she realizes her savior is Zhuge Yue. She reveals that she had sensed his presence protecting her and Li Ce throughout their journey to Biantang.
Despite the heavy losses they have both suffered, including the destruction of the Xiuli Army and the death of Miss Yu, Chu Qiao finally looks at the man she cares for most and asks him to stay. Chu Qiao looked into Zhuge Yue’s eyes, pleading with him to stay. She reminded him that since his army had been destroyed, they were now the only family each other had left. Just as he had encouraged her during her darkest moments, she wanted to be the one to protect and support him now.
