Li Shendong, finding his new major challenging, received help from An Chuxia out of friendship, which angered Han Qilu. Han Qilu confronted An Chuxia, but An Chuxia assured him that nothing was going on between her and Li Shendong and asked him not to misunderstand. Han Qilu said he trusted her but told her to keep a distance from Li Shendong because Li Shendong had feelings for her.
An Chuxia was frustrated by Han Qilu's unreasonable attitude, and they argued again. An Chuxia felt Han Qilu was always jealous because he was possessive and wanted to control her. Ming Yuan defended Han Qilu, saying he probably felt bad when he was jealous too. An Chuxia, feeling restless, went for a walk and ran into Li Shendong.
Li Shendong told An Chuxia a scary story about a pervert using binoculars to spy on girls and warned her to be careful. Han Qilu felt uneasy thinking about his argument with An Chuxia. His mother, Yuan, visited Sheng De School and pressured Han Qilu to bring An Chuxia home. Mrs. Han distributed invitations for a housewarming party at the Han's residence.
It was revealed that Han Qilu was the sole heir to the Han Group, a conglomerate spanning various industries. Li Shendong, learning of Han Qilu's wealth, felt increasingly threatened. Yuan warmly greeted An Chuxia, expressing her affection and inviting her and Han Qilu to the housewarming party with their classmates. At the housewarming party, Bai Qiuzi suggested playing truth or dare to create an opportunity with Han Qilu.
Ming Yuan was dared to hug the person to her left, who happened to be Han Qilu. Ming Yuan tried to claim An Chuxia was a "tomboy" to avoid hugging Han Qilu, but Nangong Yin insisted she follow the dare. Han Qilu intervened and briefly hugged Ming Yuan. An Chuxia became jealous and excused herself, saying she felt unwell, and left the party. Later that night, after showering, An Chuxia realized she had forgotten her towel.
She called for the nanny, but no one responded. Han Qilu then appeared with a towel. As he handed it to her, An Chuxia slipped, and Han Qilu caught her in an embrace. Li Shendong, drunk, called An Chuxia and asked if she liked Han Qilu only because he was rich. An Chuxia found this absurd and hung up.
Feng Shao told Li Shendong about An Chuxia's past, explaining that her mother died in a car accident and she was taken in by Yuan, helping to dispel his misconceptions. Back at school, Li Shendong told An Chuxia and Ming Yuan that he suspected Qin Qing, a shy boy who cleaned the judo club bathroom, of being the pervert, based on his suspicious behavior. Li Shendong asked for An Chuxia's help to catch him.
An Chuxia agreed to act as bait, walking into the bathroom wrapped in a towel. Li Shendong rushed in upon hearing her call for help, but the pervert escaped. Han Qilu arrived and helped them finally apprehend the pervert.
