> Resúmenes de Swords of Legends
Tusu revealed to Yan Mei that his clan and mother were killed when he was very young, leaving him with an enduring grievance. He was determined to try his best to revive his clan members. Yan Mei struggled to understand Tusu's persistent desire to venture to the dangerous Yaoshan, cautioning him that this decision would implicate himself, Xiang Tianxiao, and Qingxue. Despite Yan Mei’s attempts to dissuade him, Tusu’s will was unyielding, so Yan Mei reluctantly agreed to take him.
Tusu also consulted Xiang Tianxiao about the sea journey, and seeing Tusu's unwavering resolve, Xiang Tianxiao decided to support him to the end. Tusu and Yan Mei, both wishing to spare Xiang Tianxiao and Qingxue from such peril, intended to embark secretly. However, the next morning, when Tusu and Yan Mei went to their boat, they found Qingxue and Xiang Tianxiao already waiting on board.
Qingxue expressed her anger at Tusu for going back on his word, as he had promised to take her but then tried to abandon her. Tusu, flustered, tried to explain that it was for Qingxue's safety. Qingxue, still upset, watched as Tusu began carving a small wooden figure, accidentally injuring his hand, which made her heart ache with worry. Qingxue took the carving and recalled how Yunxi had made a small clay figure to cheer her up in childhood.
Despite Tusu repeatedly breaking his promises, Qingxue chose to forgive him. Though Qingxue thought the carving meant Tusu remembered their past, Tusu admitted he could not. During their heart-to-heart conversation, Tusu promised Qingxue that once his mission was complete, he would return with her to Youdu. Qingxue, feeling a pang of jealousy over Tusu’s immense trust in Shaogong, prompted Tusu to confess he felt a special closeness to Shaogong.
She then made Tusu promise not to break his word again, to which he nodded in agreement. Yan Mei interjected, playfully telling them to stop their flirtatious banter and consider the feelings of the two bachelors present. Xiang Tianxiao took the helm, and the large ship set sail. After several days, the ship continued its journey through the sky.
Tusu inquired about their remaining distance, and Yan Mei informed him that they would reach their destination, Yaoshan, in a few more days, after crossing the Thunderous River. Tusu, not wanting Qingxue to face further risks, asked Yan Mei to look after her, but Yan Mei advised him to discuss it with Qingxue directly. As the ship neared the Thunderous River, it was struck by a severe storm, causing it to shake violently.
Tusu and Qingxue emerged to assess the situation, but Xiang Tianxiao urged them to return to the cabin. Tusu, unwilling for Xiang Tianxiao to risk his life for them, suggested turning back, but Xiang Tianxiao, being chivalrous, told him not to worry. During the tempest, Qingxue was accidentally swept off the ship by a strong gust. Tusu quickly grabbed her, but both were thrown overboard. The ship, captained by Xiang Tianxiao, was soon battered and shattered by the storm.
Tusu and Qingxue landed outside an abandoned city, which was Penglai, sealed by the Thunderous River. They entered the city together. Within a dilapidated mansion, due to the influence of 'earth energy,' Tusu and Qingxue began to witness visions of Shaogong and Xun Fang's past, as if seeing Penglai’s memories. They saw scenes of Shaogong and Xun Fang discussing their impending separation and their poignant farewells, which deeply moved Tusu and Qingxue, making them cherish their own relationship even more.
They held hands as they watched Shaogong and Xun Fang's sweet past unfold. However, as they continued to observe, both found the visions increasingly strange. They saw Xun Fang married to Shaogong, which contradicted the fact that the 'outside' Xun Fang seemed to remember none of these events.
Qingxue believed that the Shaogong and Xun Fang they saw here were different from the ones they knew, finding Shaogong's secret suspicious, as he had concealed it even from the deeply beloved Xun Fang. Tusu, however, maintained that any changes in Shaogong and Xun Fang were due to the destruction of their homeland and did not find Shaogong suspicious, choosing to believe Shaogong had ulterior motives for his harsh separation from Xun Fang.
Realizing they were trapped on the former Penglai Island, Tusu and Qingxue used their intelligence to discover clues leading to an exit. Their journey led them to a ruined palace where another scene from the past unfolded: Xun Fang, alone, attempting to fend off a Penglai catastrophe. In her attempt to use her magic to summon Shaogong back, she failed, causing her to be struck by lightning, which disfigured her face. Qingxue found it unbearable to watch.
At that moment, a gap appeared in the sky, an exit opened by Xun Fang's magic. Tusu quickly took Qingxue and left Penglai by sword-flight, using malevolent energy. They did not see Xun Fang, now with her hair turned white, lying collapsed on the ground. Tusu and Qingxue landed on another piece of land, unsure of their next direction. Seeing Qingxue tired, Tusu promptly offered her some dry rations. They continued their journey, chatting and laughing.
Meanwhile, Yin Qianshang, unable to find Jin Niang at Qingyutan, stumbled upon a Qingyutan disciple who had become a host for a Dream Soul Branch seed. Following the clues, he discovered a secret chamber behind a large door. Yin Qianshang recalled a dream where Shaogong had brought him to this very place, revealing a room filled with various experimental corpses and the Dream Soul Branch, which was used to induce sleep in the East Sea Merfolk.
