The Age Of Fire is a fantasy drama directed by Zhang Haobo, starring Yang Chuanbei and Yan Jiaying.
The story follows Zhu Chaoyang as he travels back to the 1990s, taking over the body of his father, Zhu Yihai. Using modern thinking, he leads the local people to develop the economy, achieve prosperity, and gradually resolve the estrangement between him and his father.

Zhu Chaoyang, a foot massage therapist and the son of a former labor reform prisoner, travels from 2025 back to 1997, entering his father Zhu Yihai's body.
With a modern mindset, he overcomes obstacles one by one, leads his brothers to get rich, and foils the schemes of local bully Long Xiao—changing his fate against the heavens.
