Ji Yuan immediately worked to stop the bleeding and intended to call for help, but Li Yanliang vehemently insisted that Ji Yuan pull out the bar, not wanting others to witness his injury. Ji Yuan warned of severe bleeding and infection, explaining that medical protocols advised against immediate removal.
Despite Ji Yuan's hesitation, Li Yanliang encouraged him to trust his abilities. Ji Yuan then carefully removed the bar.
