The drama is adapted from the novel of the same name by Ye Luo Wu Xin. Ordinary college student Bai Lingling has secretly loved her online friend “How Far Is Forever” for six years but has never dared to confess her feelings because of the insurmountable distance between them. Meanwhile, her graduation defense ends in failure due to the unexpected interference of a stranger, Yang Lanhang, forcing her to delay graduation. Facing setbacks in both love and academics, Bai Lingling falls into an unprecedented life crisis.
Surprisingly, the man she considers her “archenemy,” Yang Lanhang, encourages her to break free from limitations, pursue further studies, and explore new possibilities in life.
