He Luoluo(何洛洛) born on May 4, 2001, in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, is a Chinese singer, actor, and member of R1SE.

On March 30, 2017, he made his debut under the stage name "He Luoluo". On June 8, 2019, he won 2nd place in the finals of the Produce Camp 2019 and joined the boy group R1SE.
