On a vast spaceship in the boundless universe, the Duo Xing alien Abu Chacha was escorted by two guards to Duo Xing Captain Duo Miaomiao of the Star River, the highest-level patrol ship. Duo Miaomiao accused Abu Chacha of illegally trading "Earth primates," citing evidence from her warehouse containing various types of "Earth primates" from across different eras.

Abu Chacha vehemently denied the charges, arguing that "Earth primates" were known for their "low intelligence" and "gentle temperament," and that trading them was not illegal, questioning if Duo Miaomiao was "old-fashioned." Duo Miaomiao countered by adding charges of "illegal space-time jumps" and "disrupting species balance," along with smuggling. Faced with a potential sentence of hundreds of years in the Sagittarius interstellar prison, Abu Chacha desperately begged for mercy, claiming she was "legally blind" who hadn't read many laws.

Unmoved, Duo Miaomiao ordered his guards to imprison her. As Captain Duo Miaomiao commanded the Star River to initiate a space jump towards the Sagittarius interstellar prison, the ship was suddenly ambushed and surrounded by enemy forces. The Star River sustained severe damage. From a shadowy corner, a mysterious, evil figure cloaked in black smoke appeared, observing the destruction with a chilling remark, "Finally arrived." On Earth, in the year 666 of the Tang Dynasty, incessant warfare raged.

Prince Yaoluoguli of Beidi led a formidable army of 100,000 to invade Tongguan, resulting in a prolonged stalemate. Amidst this crisis, military funds were secretly embezzled, leading to a severe shortage of grain and supplies for the Tang army. In this dire situation, Tang Qingfeng, the eldest son of the Zhenyuan General, embarked on a perilous solo mission. He confronted Prince Yaoluoguli, presenting the head of the Prince's second uncle.

Tang Qingfeng revealed that the second uncle had secretly planned to withdraw his forces and return to Beidi to usurp the throne, implying that he had eliminated this threat for Yaoluoguli. He then pressured the Prince to retreat. Although Yaoluoguli complied, he harbored deep resentment towards Tang Qingfeng, vowing to remember his name. Tang Qingfeng then turned his attention to investigating the corruption within the military.

While interrogating a defiant official, the interrogation was abruptly interrupted when a massive fireball struck, causing a loud explosion. The official was gone in the blast. Tang Qingfeng and his men investigated the meteorite crater, where the mysterious figure enveloped in black smoke reappeared and attacked them. The figure taunted Tang Qingfeng, questioning how a mere "Earthling" could harm him.

During their fierce battle, Tang Qingfeng’s gouyu necklace suddenly emitted a brilliant light, injuring the mysterious figure and forcing him to flee. Witnessing these strange "natural visions and rampant monsters," Tang Qingfeng grew deeply concerned for his sister, Tang Qingye, and immediately set off to return home. Meanwhile, at the Tang family ancestral home, Tang Qingye was delighted, clutching a jade pendant given to her by her beloved, Prince Li Yi.

Li Yi had informed his father, the Emperor, of his intention to marry her, promising that a carriage would fetch her from the palace through Danyang Gate the next day. However, a maid, a confidante of Mrs. Tang (Tang Qingfeng and Tang Qingyun's mother), had witnessed Li Yi's secret meeting with Tang Qingye and reported that Li Yi had pledged his love and promised to make Tang Qingye Princess Jing.

Furious that Tang Qingye, much like her own mother, Mrs. Wang, might jeopardize Tang Qingyun’s and her own future, Mrs. Tang harbored ill will towards Tang Qingye. Soon after, an imperial decree arrived, bestowing the title of Princess Jing upon Tang Qingyun, Tang Qingfeng's elder sister, and ordering her marriage to Prince Li Yi.

Though Li Yi wished to explain himself to Tang Qingye, his master intervened, reminding him of his grand ambitions and his own mother's tragic fate, compelling him to abandon the idea. Heartbroken by Li Yi’s betrayal, Tang Qingye fell gravely ill. Her maid, Xianer, implored her to take medicine for the sake of her late mother and Prince Li Yi. However, after consuming the medicine, Tang Qingye tragically vomited blood and her condition worsened.

Xianer urgently arranged for Tang Qingye to be taken by carriage to a doctor, accompanied by a coachman, Zhao Ba Shi. En route, their carriage suddenly stopped. Xianer went to investigate and discovered Zhao Ba Shi had vanished, and assassins were approaching. Recognizing the imminent danger, Xianer bravely smashed the horse, causing the carriage to overturn. Despite her weakened state, Tang Qingye attempted to flee, but the assassins pursued her.

Confronting them, she accused them of being "despicable and shameless scoundrels" and vowed that her elder brother would avenge her. The assassins then fatally stabbed her. Just as this tragic scene unfolded, Tang Qingfeng arrived, having rushed back from Tongguan. Upon seeing Abu Chacha over his dying sister, he mistakenly believed Abu Chacha was the murderer.

Abu Chacha, having crash-landed on Earth after escaping the destroyed Star River, found herself disoriented and her alien body struggling to cope with the planet's high oxygen concentration. She desperately needed to find an "Earth life form to fuse with" to survive. Initially considering fusing with a tree, she then stumbled upon the scene of Tang Qingye's assassination. Despite finding her own act of compassion strange, Abu Chacha intervened, driving away the assassins.

Tang Qingye was already critically wounded, so Abu Chacha attempted to use her dwindling alien energy to heal her, hoping to preserve the "female ape" to sell to the governor for a new spaceship. At that moment, Tang Qingfeng arrived. Witnessing Abu Chacha seemingly attacking his sister, he immediately drew his sword and struck her. Abu Chacha cursed the "damn Earth primates."

After being struck again by Tang Qingfeng, her severely injured body dissipated into light particles and, as her only means of survival, she fused with Tang Qingye's lifeless form. Overcome with grief, Tang Qingfeng cradled his sister's body, lamenting his delayed arrival. Tang Qingfeng carried Tang Qingye's body back to the Tang Mansion, deeply troubled by the day's strange events and vowing to uncover the truth behind his sister's death and the monster he encountered at Tongguan.

Unbeknownst to him, Abu Chacha, now fused with Tang Qingye's deceased body, reanimated it. The household staff, witnessing Tang Qingye's sudden movement, panicked and fled, screaming that the "Second Miss is alive" and that the mansion was "haunted." Tang Qingfeng, hearing the commotion, rushed out and found his sister behaving erratically, struggling to walk upright, and speaking an incomprehensible alien language.

Abu Chacha, trapped inside Tang Qingye's body, found the human form heavy and cumbersome, lamenting that she could no longer "drift and fly" as before. Tang Qingfeng, deeply bewildered by this uncanny resemblance and strange behavior, confronted her, demanding to know who she was and why she was impersonating his deceased sister. He brought her back into the mansion, deciding to keep her confined until he could uncover the full truth.

As Abu Chacha struggled to control her new body and desperately wished to "re-engineer it," a small cat suddenly appeared. This cat, revealed to be Duo Miaomiao, telepathically communicated with her, commenting on her clumsy attempts to walk upright and offering guidance for "the peace of the universe."

Abe Chacha woke up to find herself tightly bound to the bed by Tang Qingfeng. Feigning sleep, she grew terrified as Tang Qingfeng approached with a series of tools, fearing he would dismantle her body. When he used a feather to tickle her, Abe, in Tang Qingye's body, insisted she was Tang Qingye, even attempting to recall details of Tang Qingye's life. This left Tang Qingfeng pondering his judgment.

He consulted Doctor Fu, who diagnosed Tang Qingye with temporary amnesia due to a severe blow, reassuring Tang Qingfeng that her external injuries were healing. However, Doctor Fu couldn't explain her drastic change in temperament or her strange remarks, attributing them to sequelae of the amnesia. Tang Qingfeng was advised to expose her to familiar things to help regain her memory.

Later, Abe recognized the cat in the room as Duo Miaomiao and immediately asked him to take her back to Duoxing. Duo Miaomiao explained that his communicator was lost during their fall to Earth, though he knew its approximate location. He needed Abe, in her current identity, to gain trust on Earth to help retrieve it. Abe reluctantly agreed. They then strategized about "Earthling routines," deciding that feigning helplessness and vulnerability would garner sympathy.

Abe lamented Tang Qingfeng's cruelty, claiming he didn't follow the Basic Law of the Universe and abused her. Meanwhile, Tang Qingfeng investigated the recent attack on Tang Qingye, tracing it to the coachman who drove her carriage. However, the coachman, Zhao, and his entire family had vanished overnight, leaving no further leads. As Tang Qingfeng pondered this, his mother, Mrs. Tang, arrived at the ancestral home with soup, feigning concern for Tang Qingye.

She urged Tang Qingfeng to bring his sister back to the family mansion. Tang Qingfeng initially demurred, stating it wasn't the right time given Tang Qingye's confused state, but Mrs. Tang's persistence eventually swayed him to agree to discuss it with Tang Qingye. Upon entering Tang Qingye's room, Mrs. Tang and Tang Qingfeng witnessed Abe's exaggerated display of amnesia, crying, "Who am I? Where am I? Why can't I remember anything?" Tang Qingfeng admonished her for such undignified behavior.

Mrs. Tang seized the opportunity to persuade her to return to the General's Mansion, emphasizing her identity as the Tang family's second daughter. Abe then clung to Mrs. Tang, repeatedly calling her "Mother," confirming her return to the mansion and satisfying her that her "routine" had worked. She resolved to temporarily make herself comfortable in this body.

Back at the Tang Mansion, Abe reveled in the luxurious treatment and the array of Earthly delicacies, especially the braised pork, which she devoured with gusto, exclaiming that she finally understood Earthlings' greed. She felt a surge of energy, declaring that her physical strength was restored and she no longer feared anyone. Mrs. Tang's maid reported Abe's insatiable appetite, noting that the real Tang Qingye usually disliked greasy food. This unusual behavior heightened Mrs. Tang's suspicion.

The maid suggested Tang Qingye was "playing dumb to catch a tiger," implying cunning. Mrs. Tang agreed, believing Tang Qingye was feigning amnesia to gain Tang Qingfeng's sympathy and disrupt Tang Qingyun's impending wedding. Fearing that Tang Qingye would cause trouble, Mrs. Tang ordered her personal guards to keep a strict watch over her, ensuring she remained confined to the West Wing. Mrs. Tang even considered drastic measures to prevent Tang Qingye from jeopardizing Tang Qingyun's future.

Elsewhere, Xiao Zhihe, Tang Qingfeng's student and the son of Xiao Ge, was training his subordinates at the Lecture Hall. He demonstrated a technique where men lay with large stones on their chests, which he struck with a hammer, causing them to groan and struggle, while the stones remained intact. He then had a blindfolded subordinate attempt to hit him, almost striking his groin.

When Tang Qingfeng arrived, Xiao Zhihe, impressed by his master's prowess, requested to remain as an assistant during Tang Qingfeng's upcoming lectures at the Lecture Hall. To pressure Tang Qingfeng, Xiao Zhihe threatened to tell his sister, Xiao Ruyi. Fearing a potential forced marriage to Xiao Ruyi, Tang Qingfeng quickly agreed and encouraged Xiao Zhihe and his men to continue their rigorous practice. Despite Mrs. Tang's tight security, Abe managed to slip out of her courtyard.

While exploring, she overheard a maid lamenting the bullying she experienced within the Tang Mansion but also speaking of Tang Qingfeng's unwavering dedication to justice and his deep care for his sister. This conversation softened Abe's initial impression of Tang Qingfeng. Later, Duo Miaomiao called for "Tang Qingye" in the courtyard. Abe, having sent her maid away on an errand, approached him, eager to learn the communicator's location and regain her freedom.

Duo Miaomiao informed her that the communicator was on a mountain covered with yellow leaves, about half an Earth day's journey away. However, he also reiterated that she would have to serve her sentence once they returned to Duoxing. Incensed by the prospect of continued imprisonment, Abe, recalling from her maid that cats despise water, promptly kicked Duo Miaomiao into a nearby pond when her maid unexpectedly returned. She then calmly resumed enjoying her braised pork.

At the Lecture Hall, Li Yi sought out Tang Qingfeng, attempting to explain the difficult circumstances that led to his past actions. Tang Qingfeng acknowledged Li Yi's struggles within the palace but firmly stated that he could not forgive him for his betrayal of Tang Qingye. He expressed regret that their paths were not meant to intertwine. Li Yi, feeling profound remorse and anticipating the need for Tang Qingfeng's support in future court affairs, offered a sincere apology.

Tang Qingfeng reassured him of his commitment to justice. The two men then parted ways. On his journey back to the palace, Li Yi mistakenly greeted Tang Qingyun as Tang Qingye, leading to an awkward moment upon realizing his error. Tang Qingfeng was informed that the assassin responsible for attacking Tang Qingye had been located at a small tavern outside the city. He and his men immediately headed there.

Tang Qingfeng cautiously entered a room to observe but was discovered by the occupants. A chase ensued, but the white-haired old man and his companion, whom the innkeeper identified as strangers, managed to escape using impressive light-footed martial arts. Tang Qingfeng was left more perplexed than ever about the identity and motives of the person orchestrating the attacks. He quickly returned home to ensure Tang Qingye's safety.

There, he found her room in utter disarray, strewn with wood shavings, as she was busily constructing a strange device. Tang Qingfeng began tidying the room, a sight that caused Abe to pause, looking at him with a hint of confusion. Bolstered by the energy from the braised pork, Abe felt ready to search for the communicator in Nanshan.

However, as she attempted to leave, she was confronted by Mrs. Tang's trusted guards and had to fight her way out of the mansion. Meanwhile, Xiao Zhihe and his subordinates continued their hunt for a wild boar in Nanshan, hoping to bolster Xiao Zhihe's reputation. As they advanced, a sinister black mist emerged behind them, signaling an ominous presence.

Tang Qingye, carrying her self-made sensor, flew into the Nanshan forest where Xiao Zhihe and his men were hunting wild boars. She searched for the communicator at the location Duo Miaomiao had indicated. Meanwhile, Xiao Zhihe noticed a commotion, stood up to investigate, and unexpectedly found the communicator. Tang Qingye, guided by her sensor, found Xiao Zhihe and demanded he hand over the device. Seeing Tang Qingye's glowing eyes, a terrified Xiao Zhihe turned and fled.

Tang Qingye pursued him, only to find a group of Jiang Wutang students lying unconscious on the ground, having been attacked by a black mist. As she went to check on them, Xiao Zhihe, believing her to be a "Pink dress female ghost" who eats people, mistakenly thought she was the murderer. Xiao Zhihe rushed back to the Tang mansion to tell Tang Qingfeng about his "ghost" encounter in Nanshan.

While Tang Qingfeng listened intently, Tang Qingye burst into the mansion, still chasing Xiao Zhihe and demanding the communicator. Tang Qingfeng, seeing Tang Qingye's frenzied state, restrained her, and she collapsed, exhausted. Tang Madam, upset by Tang Qingye's unladylike behavior, ordered her locked in the firewood room, even suggesting she be reported to the authorities. Tang Qingfeng intervened, taking responsibility for his sister.

Xiao Zhihe then presented the communicator, explaining it was the very thing Tang Qingye had been desperately seeking. Tang Qingfeng took the device and set off for Nanshan to investigate. In the firewood room, Tang Qingye confided in Duo Miaomiao that the communicator had been taken and that she had discovered people on the mountain injured by "Duo Star power." Duo Miaomiao realized that another alien had landed on Earth.

He revealed that among the hundreds of prisoners on the Star River ship was an entity named Shadow demon (Ying Mo), which could transform into particles, drift unseen through the air, and feed on dreams and memories. Duo Miaomiao also mentioned that Shadow demons loved strong light and could be trapped using mirrors. Later, Xiao Zhihe entered the firewood room and saw Tang Qingye conversing with the cat, Duo Miaomiao.

Tang Qingye, in turn, roughed him up and learned that Tang Qingfeng had the communicator and was in Nanshan. Back in Nanshan, Tang Qingfeng found the students unharmed, but they suddenly became deranged and attacked him. After subduing them, Tang Qingfeng was assaulted by the Shadow demon. Once again, his gouyu gem came to his aid, repelling the entity.

Having escaped the mansion, Tang Qingye indulged in a large meal of braised pork at a restaurant, paid for with gold and silver jewelry she had taken. She then overheard Xiao Zhihe leading men to rescue Tang Qingfeng. Duo Miaomiao urged her to join the rescue, emphasizing that all lives, even those of "lower-level" Earthlings, deserved to be saved. Initially reluctant, Tang Qingye eventually relented and followed Duo Miaomiao to Nanshan after losing interest in her food.

The Shadow demon reported to its master that Tang Qingfeng possessed an alien gouyu, and the master commanded the demon to eliminate Tang Qingfeng. In Nanshan, Xiao Zhihe and his men held torches to ward off the Shadow demon. Duo Miaomiao, perched in a tree, repeatedly warned them to extinguish the fires, but his warnings were dismissed as mere cat meows. The men mistakenly believed Duo Miaomiao to be a "cat demon" allied with the "crazy" Tang Qingye.

Just then, Tang Qingye arrived, prompting Tang Qingfeng to ask if she was looking for the communicator. Relieved to see it, she immediately told everyone to put out their torches. She then used the communicator to seal the Shadow demon within it. Duo Miaomiao urgently instructed her to destroy the device, and though she was hesitant, Tang Qingye broke it.

Back at the Tang mansion, Tang Qingye expected Tang Qingfeng to interrogate her about the day's events, but he only expressed concern for her well-being. She attempted to play on his sympathy, and Tang Qingfeng assured her he would never dislike her as long as she was truly his sister. He then abruptly pulled her down to check for a birthmark on her body. Satisfied that it was indeed Tang Qingye, he left, his face flushed.

Tang Qingye was bewildered by his sudden actions and red face, not understanding her own body's significance, while Duo Miaomiao appeared embarrassed for her. In the imperial palace, Qi Wang, Li Fu, presented a treasure to the Emperor, then proceeded to malign Tang Qingfeng, claiming he had deliberately allowed the Beidi prince to escape during the Tongguan campaign. Li Yi spoke in Tang Qingfeng's defense, and the Emperor smoothed over the dispute.

Tang Qingfeng then pressed for further investigation into the military supplies embezzlement case, subtly directing suspicion toward Li Fu. The Emperor entrusted Li Fu with the investigation, a decision that displeased Li Yi. Tang Qingfeng deliberately handed Li Fu a fabricated roster (Ming book), aiming to bait him into searching for the true roster and thus expose his involvement. Li Fu, believing the roster to be genuine, immediately ordered his subordinates to find the real one.

News of Tang Qingye being possessed by a monster quickly spread through Chang'an, causing Tang Qingfeng considerable distress. Frustrated by her inability to return to Duo Star, Tang Qingye injured her guards and escaped the Tang mansion. Upon learning of her escape, Tang Qingfeng promptly issued a city-wide arrest warrant for Tang Qingye, with strict orders that she be brought back unharmed. Seeing her own wanted poster, Tang Qingye fled from the pursuing crowd.

Duo Miaomiao and Tang Qingye discussed their next course of action. Tang Qingye proposed harnessing the power of lightning to transmit brain waves and send a message to Duo Star. This unusual spectacle drew a large crowd. They successfully attracted lightning, but the attempt left both of them charred black, and they failed to establish contact. Tang Qingfeng rushed to the scene and watched in horror as Tang Qingye fell from the city wall.

Resumo do episódio 4

Tang Qingfeng rushed to the city tower to save Tang Qingye as she fell. Tang Qingye, confused by his mixed intentions of capture and rescue, expressed her bewilderment and demanded he put her down. Tang Qingfeng complied, promising no one would seize her. However, on their way home, Xiao Ruyi arrived with guards and arrested Tang Qingye, taking her to her mansion. Tang Qingfeng accompanied them.

Xiao Ruyi, asserting her authority as the Right General of Jingwu Wei overseeing Chang'an's security, accused Tang Qingye of wandering suspiciously at night and declared she would be subjected to "60 big boards" before questioning. Tang Qingfeng understood Xiao Ruyi was trying to force his hand, but he firmly refused to beg for mercy. Xiao Zhihe, Xiao Ruyi’s brother, who was kneeling for his involvement in the Nanshan incident, addressed Tang Qingfeng as "brother-in-law," a remark Xiao Ruyi sternly dismissed.

To his surprise, Xiao Ruyi revealed that Tang Qingye was being well-treated and was enjoying braised pork. Still, Tang Qingfeng, ignoring Xiao Zhihe's earlier advice to be less rigid, rushed into Tang Qingye's room and forcibly took her home. Duo Miaomiao was unfortunately left behind by Xiao Ruyi, dismayed to be kept as a pet. After Tang Qingfeng's departure, Li Fu emerged from the shadows to conspire with Xiao Ruyi.

They planned to investigate the Tang family's situation and undermine Li Yi, using Tang Qingye's purported madness as a key to disrupt Li Yi's engagement to Tang Qingyun. On their way home, Tang Qingye was captivated by a wonton stall. Tang Qingfeng bought her a bowl, and she devoured it quickly. He gently blew on the hot food for her, finding solace in her carefree nature. The next morning, Tang Qingyun visited Tang Qingye.

Tang Qingye's disoriented behavior startled Tang Qingyun, causing her to feel guilty for her past suspicions and convincing her that her sister's "madness" meant there could be no romantic involvement with Li Yi. Later, Tang Qingye discovered a jade pendant gifted by Li Yi, feeling no familiarity with it, and suddenly remembered she had left Duo Miaomiao behind. Tang Qingfeng, seeking answers, sketched a portrait of Abu Chacha in her alien form and assigned his subordinate, Dabao, to investigate.

Dabao soon reported that the weapon used by the assassin was acupuncture needles. Tang Qingfeng and Dabao then visited Doctor Fu at the Imperial Hospital to inquire about the needles. While there, Tang Qingfeng noted the distinctive herbal scent of the Imperial Hospital. Meanwhile, Xiao Zhihe delivered an invitation from Xiao Ruyi for Tang Qingfeng and Tang Qingyun to attend the Chrysanthemum Conference at the Xiao mansion. Tang Qingfeng accepted, but firmly rejected Xiao Zhihe's request to include Tang Qingye.

The rumor of Tang Qingye's mental instability spread throughout the city, greatly distressing Li Yi. His master, however, reminded him of his mother's tragic fate and urged him to prioritize his ambition for the Crown Prince's position over personal affections. To confirm his suspicions, Tang Qingfeng set a trap. He deliberately mentioned to Doctor Fu that Tang Qingye took a walk every day after her meal. He then used braised pork to entice Tang Qingye out of the house.

As expected, the assassin appeared and attacked Tang Qingye. Tang Qingfeng intervened, protecting his sister, which allowed the assassin to flee. Tang Qingfeng pursued the assailant to the Imperial Hospital, confronting Doctor Fu with a mask found in his home and the peculiar herbal scent he had recognized as being from the Imperial Hospital and present on the assassin. Faced with undeniable evidence, Doctor Fu confessed and promptly committed suicide by ingesting poison, leaving Tang Qingfeng disappointed.

Back at the Tang mansion, Tang Qingyun found herself sketching the familiar jade pendant she had seen with Tang Qingye. Tang Qingfeng, observing this, downplayed its significance, aiming to prevent any discord between his sisters, and reminded Tang Qingyun about preparing for the Chrysanthemum Conference. At the Chrysanthemum Conference, Li Yi anxiously inquired about Tang Qingye's health, stirring a flicker of jealousy in Tang Qingyun.

Tang Qingfeng discreetly reminded Li Yi of his princely status and skillfully steered the conversation away. Tang Qingye, having completed her radar emitter, attempted to sneak out of the Tang mansion to test it, but was intercepted by a servant. Xiao Ruyi intervened, sending the servant away and then escorting Tang Qingye to the conference, under the pretext of retrieving Duo Miaomiao. Tang Qingye's unexpected arrival created a palpable shift in the atmosphere.

Upon seeing Li Yi, a flood of painful memories overwhelmed her, causing her an inexplicable sorrow, and she fled. Tang Qingfeng quickly followed after her. Xiao Ruyi, keenly observing Li Yi's reaction to Tang Qingye, confirmed their ambiguous relationship before excusing herself. Meanwhile, Tang Qingyun coincidentally spotted the other half of the jade pendant on Li Yi, solidifying her suspicions about his bond with Tang Qingye.

Distraught, Tang Qingyun returned home in tears, recounting to her mother how she felt betrayed regarding her engagement. At the same time, her mother and a maid were discussing plans to send Tang Qingye away from the Tang family home before Tang's father returned, fearing her behavior would cause further scandal, particularly with Tang Qingyun's impending royal marriage. Learning of this plan, Tang Qingfeng resolved to use this opportunity to uncover the truth behind Tang Qingye's mysterious affliction.

Tang Qingfeng comforted a crying Tang Qingye, intending to take her home. Suddenly, Tang Qingye heard a cat's meow and went searching for Duo Miaomiao. She entered a cat enclosure and discovered a naked man surrounded by felines. After a brief conversation, she realized this was indeed Duo Miaomiao, who expressed immense frustration at being transformed into a "Earth ape" (human). Tang Qingye, perhaps mischievously, pretended not to recognize Duo Miaomiao, further confusing Tang Qingfeng about the man's identity.

Xiao Ruyi then appeared, ordered Duo Miaomiao to be tied up and confined, and invited Tang Qingfeng and Tang Qingye to the living room to discuss the matter. Xiao Ruyi fabricated a tale, claiming the naked man, named Erniu, was her wet nurse's mentally impaired son who had suffered greatly during wartime and whom she had taken in out of compassion. Tang Qingfeng was moved by the tragic story of war's impact.

Tang Qingye, however, inwardly marveled at Xiao Ruyi's impressive ability to lie with a straight face. Bound and humiliated, Duo Miaomiao felt deep resentment towards Tang Qingye for her denial and silently vowed that the Cosmos Federation would hold her accountable.

Resumo do episódio 5

Madam Tang declared a strict fasting period for everyone in the Tang Mansion in anticipation of General Tang’s return. Tang Qingye, however, was miserable without meat. Hearing that Earthlings pray to Bodhisattvas for wishes, she wondered if Bodhisattvas were actually powerful Duo Xing warriors. Her maid, Xiang Er, explained that Bodhisattvas possessed "heaven-reaching abilities" and were "omnipotent," able to fly and tunnel through earth. Convinced that Bodhisattvas were high-level alien beings, Tang Qingye decided to seek one at a temple.

However, her attempt to leave was thwarted by Aunt Qi, Madam Tang's maid, who strictly enforced Madam Tang's orders that the second miss was not to leave. Unable to overpower Aunt Qi due to her low energy from the vegetarian diet, Tang Qingye asked Xiang Er to fetch help from Xiao Ruyi. Meanwhile, Li Yi and Tang Qingfeng discussed the recent assassination attempt on Tang Qingye. Taifu Ji Daren, Li Yi’s mentor, arrived, prompting Tang Qingfeng to step away.

Ji Daren revealed that Longyou provincial envoy Cui Xuan was on the verge of falling from power and suggested placing their own allies in the vacant position, proposing General Tang for the role. Xiao Zhihe informed Tang Qingfeng that a Tianzhu mission had arrived in the capital, bringing a relic said to cure all ailments. Immediately thinking of Tang Qingye’s mysterious illness, Tang Qingfeng hastily set off for Bodhi Temple in search of this miraculous medicine.

At the Xiao Mansion, Xiao Ruyi continued to interrogate Duo Miaomiao, demanding to know his true motives and who was behind his infiltration. Duo Miaomiao confessed to not being human but a "higher life" and a "cat," a truth Xiao Ruyi dismissed as unbelievable, even hitting him. Duo Miaomiao secretly decided not to reveal Abu, fearing it would complicate matters further.

Just then, Xiang Er arrived, relaying Tang Qingye's plea for help, explaining that Tang Qingye considered Xiao Ruyi her "kind." Xiao Ruyi ceased her interrogation and departed with Xiang Er to retrieve Tang Qingye. Tang Qingye arrived at Bodhi Temple and searched frantically for a Bodhisattva, only to run into Tang Qingfeng and the others, including Xiao Zhihe and Xiao Ruyi.

Xiao Ruyi, upon learning that Tang Qingfeng was there seeking the holy medicine, stated that it was a gift specifically prepared for Prince Jing’s grand wedding, and using it for Tang Qingye would be inappropriate. Tang Qingfeng countered by emphasizing Tang Qingye's status as Tang Qingyun’s sister, implying her connection to the royal family. In the midst of their conversation, Tang Qingfeng realized Tang Qingye had disappeared.

Tang Qingye had rushed to the temple's back hall, where she subdued the abbot and discovered the relic. Recognizing it as a Duo Xing medical capsule, she intended to use it to revert to her original form and contact Duo Xing. The capsule analyzed her current state, revealing that a complete separation from her human body was impossible due to 100% gene match.

It offered a "time-reversal therapy" to return her body to its pre-fusion state to separate Abuchacha, but only with two attempts. As Tang Qingye prepared to initiate the process, she was interrupted by the abbot and subsequently apprehended by Assistant Minister Qian Daren, who was overseeing the tribute's escort. Tang Qingfeng discovered Tang Qingye being led away under guard and swiftly intervened to rescue her.

He explained that she was the daughter of Zhenyuan General from the Tang Mansion and had merely come to pray due to her illness, asking Qian Daren for leniency. Qian Daren, accepting the explanation, cautioned Tang Qingfeng to supervise his sister closely and mentioned that the tribute was headed to the Inner Palace for Empress's preliminary inspection before Prince Jing's wedding. Meanwhile, Xiao Ruyi received an urgent report from home and rushed back to find Duo Miaomiao’s prison cell empty.

Duo Miaomiao had transformed back into a cat and vanished, leaving only a cat's meow heard by the guards. Suspecting Tang Qingye’s involvement, Xiao Ruyi immediately ordered her to be placed under close surveillance. Tang Qingye remained fixated on retrieving the relic. Xiang Er told her that only the princess could possess it, as it was a wedding gift for Prince Jing, meaning it would eventually belong to his wife.

Naively, Tang Qingye declared her intention to become the princess to claim the capsule. This statement was overheard by Madam Tang’s maid (likely Aunt Qi), who reported it to Madam Tang. Outraged by what she perceived as Tang Qingye's attempt to usurp Tang Qingyun's future husband, Madam Tang condemned her as having a "snake and scorpion heart" and being a "white-eyed wolf," resolving to teach her a lesson.

Tang Qingfeng met with Li Yi, who informed him that General Tang would be recommended for the Longyou provincial envoy position, thereby placing the Tang family in the precarious center of a political struggle, particularly against the Guo family. Tang Qingfeng vowed that the Tang Mansion would go through fire and water for justice. He then requested the holy medicine from Li Yi for Tang Qingye’s illness.

Li Yi readily agreed, cautioning that the matter should be handled discreetly to avoid unnecessary trouble. As Tang Qingye pondered how to become a princess, Duo Miaomiao suddenly appeared in his cat form. He revealed that he had overheard Xiao Ruyi and Li Fu plotting to frame Li Yi and Tang Qingye, specifically by fabricating a scandalous affair between Tang Qingye and Prince Jing.

He also implied that Tang Qingye’s death seemed linked to Prince Jing, confirming Xiao Ruyi was "definitely not a good bird." Tang Qingye was taken aback by this news. Duo Miaomiao urged her to leave the Tang Mansion immediately, but Tang Qingye refused, excited to reveal that the Duo Xing medical capsule was located within the imperial palace.

They then began strategizing how to acquire it, with Duo Miaomiao agreeing to help in exchange for a reduced sentence of 365 years and 8 Earth days. His long-term plan was to wait thousands of years after retrieving the capsule and changing his form, before returning to Duo Xing when Earth's technology had sufficiently advanced. In the imperial palace, the Emperor sought Xiao Ge’s counsel regarding the vacant Longyou provincial envoy position.

Xiao Ge artfully dodged the question, stating it was "too early" to comment. The Emperor then proposed a marriage between Xiao Ruyi and Tang Qingfeng. Xiao Ge hesitated, insisting he needed to discuss it with Xiao Ruyi first. Meanwhile, Empress, Tang Qingyun’s aunt, noticed Tang Qingyun’s recent distress. She planned to send Tang Qingye to a nunnery after Tang Qingyun’s wedding to ensure her niece would not be troubled.

Duo Miaomiao instructed Tang Qingye to eat raw meat to boost her energy before flying to the palace to steal the medical capsule. Unbeknownst to them, a black-clad figure was already observing their every move. Tang Qingye, utilizing her alien abilities, successfully entered the grand hall and retrieved the relic. She observed the palace's "gaudy" decorations as she prepared to leave, only to collide with Li Yi.

Mistaking her presence for affection, Li Yi eagerly embraced her, even apologizing for "letting her down." Upon seeing the relic in her hand, he snatched it. However, Tang Qingye had already activated the capsule, initiating a time-reversal sequence. Tang Qingye, now holding an infant Li Yi (who had been transformed by the relic), desperately tried to evade the palace guards. Tang Qingfeng appeared, cleverly diverting the guards away by telling them to search elsewhere.

Suddenly, the black-clad figure reappeared and fired an arrow. Tang Qingye shielded Tang Qingfeng, taking the arrow and bleeding. Concerned, Tang Qingfeng wanted to escort her out of the palace but then noticed the baby in her arms. Tang Qingye, admitting she had "caused a big trouble," reluctantly lied that the infant was Li Yi's son, appealing to Tang Qingfeng for help.

Tang Qingye expressed her desire to send baby Li Yi back. Duo Miaomiao vehemently objected, and Tang Qingye then explained that the medical capsule's energy was depleted and could no longer restore Li Yi to his original form, which upset Duo Miaomiao. Tang Qingfeng, returning to the ancestral home after an unsuccessful search for Li Yi, remained highly skeptical of Tang Qingye's assertion that the infant was Li Yi, dismissing it as absurd and unsubstantiated.

He suspected Tang Qingye was still infatuated with Li Yi and had stolen a child to manipulate him into leaving the palace. Unable to explain the complex "time plastic therapy" in a way an Earthling would comprehend, Tang Qingye acquiesced to Tang Qingfeng's assumption, admitting she had used a child to frighten King Jing at the Wan Ju conference.

Tang Qingfeng then took the child, stating he would find his family or adopt him, and instructed Tang Qingye not to interfere. He also vowed to hold Li Yi accountable for any injustice inflicted upon his sister, regardless of Li Yi's royal status. Meanwhile, Tang Madam's maid, Aunt Qi, arrived at the ancestral home to fetch Tang Qingye but was sent away by Tang Qingfeng, who promised to bring his sister back later.

Aunt Qi, overhearing the baby's cries, quickly returned to the mansion, inadvertently spreading the rumor that Tang Qingfeng had become a father. Tang Qingfeng assigned a subordinate to investigate an arrow left by an assassin. The subordinate's teasing about Tang Qingfeng becoming a father irked him, and he insisted the child was merely found. Xiao Ruyi soon confronted Tang Qingfeng, also upset. Tang Qingfeng, thinking her anger was about the baby, quickly explained he had found the child.

Xiao Ruyi, confused, pressed for details, which Tang Qingfeng skillfully evaded. She then revealed the urgent situation of Li Yi's disappearance and questioned Tang Qingfeng's involvement. Tang Qingfeng denied seeing Li Yi during his visit to the Jingwang mansion, stating the palace staff could corroborate his account, and then offered some clues. Back at the ancestral home, Tang Qingye worried about restoring Li Yi.

Duo Miaomiao, distracted by thoughts of braised pork, announced he could repair the capsule but only if he first transformed into human form. Tang Qingye eagerly offered her help, seeing it as a sacrifice for universal peace, but Duo Miaomiao, fearing the pain of transformation, fled. Tang Qingye chased him and stumbled upon her father, General Tang Jizhong, who was performing a memorial for his deceased wife. Mistaking her father for a stranger, Tang Qingye incapacitated and tied him up.

When General Tang regained consciousness, he was heartbroken that his own daughter didn't recognize him. Tang Qingfeng arrived, clearing the misunderstanding. Xiao Ruyi also appeared, questioning the presence of an infant in the house. Tang Qingfeng and Tang Qingye hastily denied any connection to the baby, causing General Tang, overwhelmed, to faint once more. In the imperial court, the Emperor was furious about Li Yi's inexplicable disappearance, fearing it made his rule seem frivolous.

Li Fu, who is Qi Wang, seized the opportunity to report about a mysterious woman who had stolen a sarira bead from the imperial storeroom the previous evening, coinciding with Li Yi's unauthorized entry. Li Fu suggested that locating this woman would undoubtedly lead to Li Yi. The Emperor immediately appointed Guo Fengyi to lead the investigation, with Qi Wang assisting.

After the court session, Li Fu subtly gave Guo Fengyi a Tang family handkerchief, implying its connection to the mysterious woman. Guo Fengyi, grateful for Qi Wang's timely intervention in court, understood the unspoken message and pledged to handle the matter diligently. Meanwhile, Advisor Ji was anxious about Li Yi's disappearance, suspecting Li Fu's machinations, and sought help from Xiao Ge. However, Xiao Ge feigned ignorance, attempting to distance himself from the situation, much to Advisor Ji's frustration.

Subsequently, Guo Fengyi led imperial soldiers to the Tang Mansion to arrest Tang Qingyun, asserting her involvement in Li Yi's disappearance based on the handkerchief found at the scene. Tang Madam tried to impede their entry, but Guo Fengyi forced his way in. A servant was immediately dispatched to summon General Tang and Tang Qingfeng.

At the ancestral home, Tang Qingfeng explained the complicated events involving Tang Qingye and Li Yi to General Tang, urging him to keep the matter confidential. General Tang, however, was resolute in reporting everything truthfully to the Emperor. Tang Qingfeng passionately pleaded for his sister, while Xiao Ruyi also attempted to calm the situation. Just then, a Tang family servant arrived with news of Guo Fengyi's actions at the mansion.

General Tang ordered Tang Qingye to be closely guarded and, accompanied by Tang Qingfeng, rushed back to the mansion. Confined to the ancestral home, Tang Qingye lamented Duo Miaomiao's absence and the trouble the baby had brought upon them. Separately, Li Fu gloated over Li Yi's disappearance, viewing it as a strategic advantage against the Tang family. Xiao Ruyi confronted him, criticizing his willingness to frame innocent people and pleading for the Tang family's release.

Li Fu dismissed her concerns as naive, emphasizing that achieving imperial power demands sacrifices and that no one is truly innocent in the struggle for the throne. He assured her he would spare Tang Qingfeng but remained noncommittal about others. Back at the ancestral home, Tang Qingye was drugged, causing her to lose consciousness. Fortunately, Duo Miaomiao, now in his human form, returned just in time to rescue her and baby Li Yi.

He revived Tang Qingye and successfully repaired the medical capsule. Despite their desire to return to Duo Xing, Tang Qingye and Duo Miaomiao decided to use the capsule's second and final charge to restore Li Yi to his adult form, to prevent further repercussions for the Tang family. Upon their return to the Tang Mansion, General Tang and Tang Qingfeng confronted Guo Fengyi, halting the arrest of Tang Qingyun.

Guo Fengyi maintained he was acting under imperial orders, but General Tang challenged his authority, demanding proper evidence and official decrees. As the tension escalated, Li Yi, now fully restored to his adult form, appeared, effectively diffusing the conflict. Tang Qingye pondered whether she should leave the Tang Mansion for her safety, given the repeated attempts on her life. Tang Qingfeng interrupted her thoughts, relieved to hear that she had entrusted the "child" to a wealthy family for adoption.

He then took Tang Qingye to meet Li Yi. Tang Qingye initially tried to flee upon seeing Li Yi, but Tang Qingfeng stopped her, urging her to confront the situation. Tang Qingye reluctantly spoke with Li Yi, who recalled nothing of his time in the imperial storeroom, only a long dream and waking up outdoors, a story he attributed to having drunk too much. This explanation, orchestrated by Duo Miaomiao, eased Tang Qingye's fears, and she apologized to Li Yi.

Tang Qingfeng then escorted Tang Qingye back to the Tang Mansion, promising to protect her and ensuring her father would not punish her further. A new crisis erupted on the city tower, where a woman publicly accused General Tang Jizhong of corruption, murder, and massacring the town of Yelang, appealing directly to the Emperor for justice before dramatically leaping to her death.

The Emperor was enraged and immediately dispatched Assistant Minister Song from the Ministry of Justice as an Imperial Minister to Yelang Town to thoroughly investigate the grave allegations, a development that cast a pall of anxiety over the entire Tang family. The Tang Mansion was swiftly surrounded by imperial guards, prohibiting anyone from entering or leaving. Tang Qingye was distressed by the confinement. Tang Qingfeng intervened when guards attempted to harass her, fiercely protecting his sister. Witnessing his domineering protectiveness, Tang Qingye resolved to avoid provoking him in the future.

The Emperor, furious after receiving a blood letter detailing the slaughter of over 1,300 innocent people and the extermination of households in Ye Liangzhen, appointed Song Qing as the Imperial Minister and commanded him to thoroughly investigate the accusations of Tang Jizhong abusing his power. Meanwhile, at the Tang Mansion, Tang Qingye practiced martial arts, surprisingly quickly mimicking Tang Jizhong's moves. Tang Jizhong was delighted by her skill, remarking that his daughter was a true warrior.

Tang Qingfeng, however, found her antics unbecoming of a lady, but Tang Jizhong encouraged a sparring match between his children. Tang Qingye held her own against Tang Qingfeng, further impressing her father. Later, a servant announced that His Highness Lord Jing, Li Yi, had arrived. Tang Qingye immediately tried to flee, claiming Li Yi always made her uncomfortable and said strange things.

Tang Qingfeng pressed her for details, and she blurted out Li Yi's promise to make her empress upon his ascension. Alarmed, Tang Qingfeng urged her to avoid meeting Li Yi, advising that such matters should not be spoken of lightly as they could lead to grave danger. This conversation deeply worried Tang Qingye about the political turmoil, prompting her to begin packing her belongings to escape. However, Xiang Er brought her delicious food, which momentarily distracted her.

Xiang Er then mentioned that the next day was Tang Jizhong's birthday, and with the family in distress, no one was there to prepare longevity noodles for him. Hearing this, Tang Qingye decided to stay and prepare the noodles. Elsewhere, Xiao Zhihe sought help from his sister, Xiao Ruyi, to intercede with the Emperor on behalf of the Tang family.

Xiao Ruyi cautioned him against it, explaining that the Ye Liangzhen case was too sensitive, and the Emperor was enraged; anyone speaking for Tang Jizhong would face severe consequences. Soon after, Tang Qingfeng arrived to discuss the case with Xiao Ruyi. She provided him with detailed records of the Ye Liangzhen incident, which she had obtained from her father.

After reviewing the documents, Tang Qingfeng found the evidence, including eyewitness testimonies describing his father's appearance, to be overwhelmingly against Tang Jizhong, making an appeal incredibly difficult. Tang Qingfeng thanked Xiao Ruyi and prepared to leave. He asked if she knew the location of the witnesses, to which she admitted knowing but couldn't disclose, fearing accusations of collusion. That night, Tang Qingfeng reassured his father, Tang Jizhong, that he would uncover the truth.

He then presented a gouyu, asking about its origin and revealing that it had protected him from a monster during a previous battle. Tang Jizhong, looking at the jade, recalled a scene from twenty years ago: it was a relic left by Tang Qingfeng's birth mother, who entrusted her child to him. Seeing the Tang family's precarious situation, Tang Jizhong decided it was time and revealed to Tang Qingfeng his true parentage.

Feeling distraught and contemplating his newfound identity, Tang Qingfeng wandered into the kitchen. He watched Tang Qingye fumbling with ingredients for the longevity noodles and was struck by the realization that she was not his biological sister. Seeing her struggling, he offered to help. Tang Qingye explained she just wanted to make longevity noodles for their father's birthday, but cooking was difficult for her. Tang Qingfeng realized he had forgotten his father's birthday and felt remorse.

Together, they prepared a large pot of longevity noodles. They brought the noodles to Tang Jizhong, who was deeply moved that his children remembered his special day despite the current hardships. He shed tears of gratitude as he ate the noodles. The next morning, Tang Qingye once again packed her bags to leave the mansion. On her way out, she noticed Tang Qingfeng and Xiao Zhihe acting secretively and decided to follow them.

Tang Qingfeng and Xiao Zhihe covertly entered the residence of the surviving witnesses from Ye Liangzhen, hoping to investigate. However, as soon as they entered, the witnesses immediately recognized and accused "Tang Jizhong." Suddenly, masked assassins appeared and killed both witnesses. Tang Qingfeng and Tang Qingye fought the assassins, and Tang Qingye managed to remove one assailant's mask, revealing a face identical to Tang Qingfeng, which shocked everyone present.

The assassin managed to escape, and soon after, the city guards arrived, immediately accusing Tang Qingfeng of murdering the witnesses. Unable to explain, Tang Qingfeng was forced to hold Xiao Zhihe hostage to facilitate his and Tang Qingye's escape. As they fled outside the city, Tang Qingfeng was struck by an arrow and collapsed. Tang Qingye, with no other option, found refuge for them at a nearby farmstead, under the care of an elderly woman.

Meanwhile, Xiao Ruyi confronted Li Fu, accusing him of orchestrating the framing of Tang Qingfeng. Li Fu denied involvement in the witness's murder, asserting that he needed the witnesses to testify against Tang Jizhong. He warned Xiao Ruyi that the true culprits aimed not only to destroy Tang Jizhong but also targeted Tang Qingfeng. This news deeply troubled Xiao Ruyi. At the Lecture Hall, Li Yi's men apprehended an individual attempting to steal a military payroll list.

Li Yi ordered a rigorous interrogation, determined to uncover evidence of Li Fu's alleged embezzlement. Elsewhere, Minister Ji grew anxious over Li Yi's disappearance, fearing Li Fu's malicious schemes. He reluctantly sought help from Elder Xiao, who feigned ignorance to avoid involvement, frustrating Minister Ji, who then left. An imperial decree was issued, ordering Guo Daren to arrest Tang Jizhong. Tang Jizhong, deeply saddened by the false accusations against his loyal service, acknowledged the Emperor's order.

He pleaded with Guo Daren to spare his innocent family members. Shortly after, a subordinate reported that Tang Qingfeng had murdered the Ye Liangzhen witnesses and fled with Tang Qingye. Guo Daren was enraged by the news. Tang Jizhong fervently defended his son's character, but his pleas were in vain. Guo Daren ordered Tang Jizhong to be cast into prison. Tang Qingye felt conflicted about leaving the injured Tang Qingfeng.

After reflecting on their time together, she decided to stay and care for him. As she worried, Duo Miaomiao transformed into his human form and appeared before her, informing her of the Tang family's arrest and the sealing of their mansion following their escape. Tang Qingye recounted to Duo Miaomiao that the assassin had looked exactly like Tang Qingfeng, which puzzled Duo Miaomiao.

At the Tang ancestral home, Tang Qingyun revisited places Tang Qingye frequented, experiencing a similar sense of loss. Li Yi arrived, pondering Tang Qingye's absence, and found Tang Qingyun in her sorrow. Tang Qingyun appealed to Li Yi to believe in the Tang family's innocence. Li Yi assured her that he would ensure justice for them. At the farm, Grandma Deng meticulously cared for Tang Qingfeng.

Upon seeing the gouyu on his person, she discreetly recognized it, confirming his true identity in her mind. When Tang Qingfeng woke, he grew curious about her knowing gaze. Grandma Deng, feigning ignorance about the gouyu, quickly made an excuse and left. Tang Qingye prepared food for Tang Qingfeng. Duo Miaomiao, still in human form, was present. Tang Qingfeng inquired about Duo Miaomiao, and Tang Qingye fabricated a story to explain his presence.

Duo Miaomiao then asked about Tang Qingfeng's plans. Tang Qingfeng declared his intention to go to Nanzhao to uncover the truth, but worried about how to evade the pursuers and pass through the checkpoints. After deep thought, Tang Qingye broke the silence, proclaiming that she had devised a solution.

Tang Qingye and Tang Qingfeng devised a plan to enter Nanzhao by disguising themselves. Tang Qingfeng dressed as a woman and Tang Qingye as a man, posing as a married couple. Their charming appearance, particularly Tang Qingfeng's, easily captivated the city guards, who swiftly granted them passage after Tang Qingfeng, in his female attire, politely excused his "wife" from disembarking due to ill health.

As they traveled, Tang Qingye overheard some men slandering the Tang family and their patriarch, General Tang Jizhong, who was implicated in the Yelang Town massacre. She confronted them, accusing them of connections to the "dog official." Before a fight could break out, Xiao Ruyi intervened, quickly dispatching the hooligans.

Xiao Ruyi then approached Tang Qingfeng, giving him a bottle of medicine and confessing her deep concern, revealing she had defied her father and secretly traveled a long distance for him. Tang Qingfeng felt indebted but expressed his discomfort. Tang Qingye felt a pang of jealousy seeing Tang Qingfeng and Xiao Ruyi conversing privately. Xiao Zhihe, Xiao Ruyi's younger brother, joined them and proudly asserted that no one in the world loved Tang Qingfeng more than his sister.

He recounted their shared past, including how they were childhood sweethearts who fought side-by-side in battle, with Xiao Ruyi even taking a blade for Tang Qingfeng, forcing her to change her fighting style from swords to whips. Tang Qingye retorted, claiming her love for Tang Qingfeng was greater, arguing that Tang Qingfeng's apparent distance from Xiao Ruyi was a sign of dislike, though Xiao Zhihe insisted it was merely Tang Qingfeng's reluctance to acknowledge his true feelings.

Xiao Ruyi informed Tang Qingfeng that Imperial Minister Song was residing in the Nanzhao King's palace, and the official procedures for General Tang Jizhong's case would take a few more days. She advised Tang Qingfeng to act quickly if he wished to investigate the crime scene. Tang Qingfeng agreed, intending to depart immediately. Tang Qingye insisted on accompanying him, but Tang Qingfeng refused, instructing her and Xiao Zhihe to remain safely at the inn.

Tang Qingye angrily left, frustrated by the rejection, but vowed that Tang Qingfeng would regret his decision. Back in her room, Tang Qingye discovered Duo Miaomiao tinkering with a broken locator. She accused him of hiding it, calling him a "white-eyed wolf." Duo Miaomiao initially claimed it was just a broken keepsake, capable only of receiving signals, not transmitting.

Under pressure, he confessed his true identity: he was responsible for secretly escorting the infamous universe pirate, Zero, for extradition, but their "Star River" ship had been ambushed. Tang Qingye realized that far from being her fault, she had been caught up in Duo Miaomiao's mission. Suddenly, the locator activated, indicating a nearby Duxing alien was attempting to communicate. Duo Miaomiao excitedly exclaimed that a fellow Duxing alien was in the vicinity.

Tang Qingfeng and Xiao Ruyi arrived at Yelang Town, the site of the massacre. Xiao Ruyi found the town eerily desolate, despite it being a crime scene that should have been heavily guarded. She mentioned local rumors of the town being haunted, which Tang Qingfeng dismissed, stating he only believed in human malice, not ghosts. Xiao Ruyi questioned this, reminding him that witnesses had described the assassin as looking exactly like him.

Tang Qingfeng felt an odd sensation but quickly dismissed it, urging Xiao Ruyi to move faster, expressing concern for Tang Qingye's safety. Meanwhile, Tang Qingye and Duo Miaomiao followed the locator's signal to a stone pillar. As they approached, intense electromagnetic waves caused them to painfully sprout antennae. They realized another Duxing life form was present, transmitting messages at a frequency imperceptible to humans. They rejoiced at this discovery. Tang Qingfeng, hearing their commotion, rushed towards them.

Fearing he would see their newly-grown antennae, Duo Miaomiao transformed back into a cat and fled, while Tang Qingye quickly hid, hastily changing her hairstyle to conceal her antennae. Tang Qingfeng eventually found Tang Qingye, remarking on her changed appearance, which she explained was the latest fashion. He told her she could continue with them, but only if she remained constantly by his side for her safety, otherwise she must return to the inn. She agreed.

He then led her towards the town center, despite her attempts to dissuade him by claiming she had already checked it. Tang Qingfeng held her hand, promising to protect her. Elsewhere, Xiao Ruyi managed to catch Duo Miaomiao. She playfully teased him, asking if he was male or female, confirming his gender, and then placed a ring on him, declaring him "her cat for life and death." Duo Miaomiao struggled violently, screaming "Bad woman! Shameless!"

before breaking free and escaping, leaving Xiao Ruyi to lament his "heartlessness." Lost in the mountains while searching for Tang Qingfeng, Xiao Zhihe encountered Imperial Minister Song and his guards. Xiao Zhihe, introducing himself as the son of Grand Secretary Xiao, tried to engage Song in conversation, explaining that he and his sister, Jingwei General Xiao (Xiao Ruyi), were investigating General Tang Jizhong's case, believing him to be innocent. Song's guards then knocked Xiao Zhihe unconscious.

Song, having learned that the defense system of Yelang Town was destroyed by Tang Qingfeng's group, decided to abduct Xiao Zhihe, realizing the son of a high official could be a useful pawn in his plans. The group reunited at the stone pillar. Tang Qingye was perplexed that the electromagnetic waves had subsided. Spirits began to drift aimlessly around the pillar. Xiao Ruyi wondered if the rumors of a haunting were true, but Tang Qingfeng maintained his disbelief in ghosts.

Tang Qingye and Duo Miaomiao scoffed at their ignorance, explaining these were merely "holographic projections" designed by the alien to deter outsiders. Duo Miaomiao pointed out that the stone pillar was of alien origin, not local architecture, and likely housed the projection device. Seeing that the ghostly figures posed no threat, Tang Qingfeng cautiously reached out to them. Xiao Ruyi expressed concern, but Tang Qingfeng reassured her, grasping her arm.

Annoyed by their closeness, Tang Qingye intervened, activating a mechanism on the pillar that instantly made the holographic spirits vanish. Witnessing this, Tang Qingfeng concluded that the statues on the pillar were unusual and took one as evidence. Later, at the inn, Tang Qingfeng, still in his female disguise, cleverly charmed the Xiaoer.

He showed the Xiaoer the statue, learning it was a common Nanzhao mascot, but the distinctive pattern on it was identified as the Nanzhao royal family's crest, indicating its origin from the Nanzhao Palace. Meanwhile, Xiao Ruyi frantically searched for Xiao Zhihe. The Xiaoer informed her that he had left earlier that day for Yelang Town and had not returned, causing her great worry. Tang Qingye speculated that Xiao Zhihe might have been captured by Duxing aliens for experimentation.

Xiao Ruyi asked Tang Qingfeng if he had any news about her brother, and upon learning he had found none, worried that Xiao Zhihe was in danger and prepared to search for him. Tang Qingye and Duo Miaomiao discussed the mysterious activities in Yelang Town, suspecting Zero's involvement. Duo Miaomiao theorized that Zero's presence must be tied to something significant, realizing with fear that the "Eye of the Universe," an artifact crucial for cosmic peace, might have crashed there.

He pondered the dire consequences if Zero acquired it, but Tang Qingye, as usual, dashed off before he could fully explain. Duo Miaomiao, convinced of Tang Qingye's unreliability, pondered seeking help from a powerful yet eccentric Earthling like Xiao Ruyi, despite his reservations. Xiao Ruyi found Duo Miaomiao deep in thought, tied him to a pillar, and interrogated him about her brother's disappearance.

Tang Qingye rushed to Duo Miaomiao's defense, accusing Xiao Ruyi of being a "bad woman" for her rough tactics. However, unable to explain Duo Miaomiao's true identity, Tang Qingye was forced to abandon him, returning to the inn. Tang Qingfeng interrogated the hooligans and learned that Imperial Minister Song had taken Xiao Zhihe.

Xiao Ruyi stressed the importance of gathering solid evidence before confronting Minister Song, as he held a powerful position and acting rashly could lead to accusations against them and alienate the Nanzhao King. Tang Qingfeng agreed, also suspecting the Nanzhao King's involvement. Tang Qingye inquired about the Nanzhao King. Tang Qingfeng explained that the King was renowned for his literary and military prowess and his dedication to his people.

Concluding that a deeper conspiracy was at play in the Yelang case, Tang Qingfeng and Xiao Ruyi formulated a plan: Xiao Ruyi would openly seek an audience with the Nanzhao King, while Tang Qingfeng would covertly infiltrate the palace. Upon entering the Nanzhao Palace, Xiao Ruyi was greeted and assigned to the Nanyuan. She inquired about Minister Song, learning he resided in Beiyuan and was not to be disturbed by outsiders, but would be present at the evening banquet. Xiao Ruyi brought Tang Qingye into the palace disguised as her servant girl. Once in their room, Xiao Ruyi immediately confronted Tang Qingye, demanding to know Duo Miaomiao's true identity.

Resumo do episódio 9

Xiao Ruyi pressed Tang Qingye to reveal Duo Miaomiao's true identity, offering information about Tang Qingfeng's whereabouts in exchange. Tang Qingye remained tight-lipped, frustrating Xiao Ruyi, who believed herself destined to be Tang Qingfeng's wife and his most trusted confidante. Soon after, Xiao Ruyi brought Tang Qingye, disguised as her personal maid "Xiaoyezi," to the Nanzhao Palace to meet the Nanzhao King.

Upon seeing the King, Tang Qingye sensed a powerful and unusual brainwave, similar to what she had felt previously. The King also noticed Tang Qingye’s peculiar reaction and scrutinized her. Xiao Ruyi swiftly intervened, smoothing over the moment by introducing Tang Qingye and mentioning she was already betrothed to a servant, subtly deflecting the King's attention. Meanwhile, Tang Qingfeng and Duo Miaomiao were waiting in a bamboo forest outside the palace.

Tang Qingfeng explained this was their best chance to enter the palace under the cover of Song Daren, joining Tang Qingye who was also going to the palace to rescue someone. Inside the palace, the Nanzhao King announced the arrival of the Zhao brothers, skilled craftsmen from a foreign land, to aid in rebuilding Night Liang Town to alleviate the suffering of his people.

Tang Qingye was surprised to see that the "Zhao brothers" were none other than Tang Qingfeng and Duo Miaomiao in disguise. She quickly composed herself and played along. Tang Qingye then expressed annoyance to Duo Miaomiao, accusing him of secretly siding with Tang Qingfeng and not informing her of the plan. During the gathering, Song Daren questioned Xiao Ruyi's involvement in the Night Liang Town case, asking if she had an imperial decree.

Xiao Ruyi defended her presence, stating it was a secret mission due to the case's widespread implications, and mentioned her brother, Xiao Zhihe, was also involved. Just then, Xiao Zhihe entered, appearing vacant. Xiao Ruyi was relieved to see him seemingly safe, though Tang Qingye immediately sensed something was amiss. Xiao Zhihe claimed he had gotten lost at night and was rescued by Song Daren.

Tang Qingye tried to warn Tang Qingfeng about Xiao Zhihe and the inherent dangers of the Nanzhao Palace, but Tang Qingfeng dismissed her concerns, urging her to maintain discretion while he investigated his father's unjust accusations as a craftsman. Duo Miaomiao chastised Tang Qingye for nearly exposing their identities, but Tang Qingye skillfully manipulated him, appealing to his sense of "universal peace" and convincing him they were "duty-bound" to expose the true identity of the "fake Xiao Zhihe."

Duo Miaomiao, swayed by her arguments, agreed to help. They made their way to Xiao Ruyi’s room. Duo Miaomiao cleverly lured Xiao Ruyi away with a fabricated tale of a helpless cat being attacked by stray dogs, even mentioning a ring on its tail, which Xiao Ruyi recognized as her own, allowing Tang Qingye to slip into the room. Duo Miaomiao, recognizing Tang Qingye's clever manipulation, grudgingly followed. Inside, Tang Qingye found Xiao Zhihe unconscious.

She used a dagger to cut his arm, revealing that he bled blue blood, confirming her suspicion that he was not human. Tang Qingfeng entered, startled by her actions. Tang Qingye tried to show him the blue blood as proof, but to her frustration, the wound healed instantly, leaving no evidence.

Tang Qingfeng, believing Tang Qingye was speaking "nonsense" and throwing a "temper" due to her recent illness, gently admonished her, reminding her of their father's plight and his duty to clear his name. He promised to cure her, hoping she would return to her "healthy, educated, and reasonable" self. This only angered Tang Qingye further, feeling that he did not appreciate her current self. She lashed out, calling him a "bastard" and "bad guy," and drove him from the room.

Outside the main hall, Song Daren informed the Nanzhao King that the "Zhao brothers" were actually Tang Qingfeng, the eldest son of General Tang Jizhong, and that the real Zhao brothers had been captured. They decided to proceed with their original plan and not reveal Tang Qingfeng's true identity yet. Tang Qingfeng followed Song Daren to a bamboo forest outside Night Liang Town, inquiring about the progress of the case.

Song Daren confirmed that General Tang had been framed and stated he knew the real culprit. As Tang Qingfeng pressed for the culprit’s name, Xiao Zhihe ambushed him from behind. In the ensuing fight, Tang Qingfeng observed Xiao Zhihe bleeding blue blood and his wounds healing rapidly, finally realizing Tang Qingye’s earlier warnings were true. Tang Qingfeng fell, injured. As Song Daren prepared to deliver a killing blow, Tang Qingye appeared, shielding Tang Qingfeng from the attack and falling unconscious.

Before Song Daren could strike again, Ji Le, the female Patriarch of Xingzu village and a Doran, materialized and struck him down. Xiao Zhihe fled for reinforcements, while Ji Le absorbed Song Daren into her staff. Ji Le then rendered Tang Qingfeng unconscious and took Tang Qingye with her. Xiao Ruyi confronted Duo Miaomiao, seeking answers about his mysterious background and his relationship with Tang Qingye.

Duo Miaomiao tried to explain he was from outer space, but Xiao Ruyi found his tale absurd. Meanwhile, Xiao Ruyi and Duo Miaomiao observed the Nanzhao King moving cautiously and covertly through the palace courtyard. They secretly followed him into a room, where they witnessed Xiao Zhihe report to the King about Tang Qingfeng's abduction before entering a secret chamber. Xiao Ruyi and Duo Miaomiao then ventured into the secret passage.

Frightened, Xiao Ruyi clung tightly to Duo Miaomiao's hand, much to his private delight. Suddenly, a vine emerged and pulled Xiao Ruyi away. Duo Miaomiao, in a desperate attempt to rescue her, rushed to find Tang Qingye for help, but was waylaid by a group of cats, forcing him back into his human form. Tang Qingfeng awoke to find his injuries miraculously healed and Tang Qingye missing.

He frantically searched for her, following signs Ji Le had left that led him to the Xingzu village camp. There, Ji Le confirmed Tang Qingye's Doran identity and was treating her. Tang Qingfeng burst into the tent, demanding to see Tang Qingye and thanking Ji Le for saving their lives. Ji Le informed him that Tang Qingye’s unique injuries required a special herb from the Hantan, a freezing cold pond, warning him that the medicine was hard to come by.

Tang Qingfeng immediately set off for the Hantan. As soon as he left, Tang Qingye awoke and greeted Ji Le warmly, showing a surprising familiarity. Ji Le questioned Tang Qingye about how she came to Earth. Tang Qingye recounted the Star River crash, her body transfer, and asked if Ji Le was also a Doran. Tang Qingye, noticing numerous ancient alien texts and equipment in the camp, expressed her curiosity.

Ji Le explained that her Doran ancestors had come to Earth long ago, integrated with human life, and established Xingzu village, which was populated mostly by alien hybrids. She shared that her own ancestors fell in love with humans, granting her a human appearance while retaining some Doran abilities, a legacy that led to her position as the current Patriarch of the village. Tang Qingye then inquired how she could regain her original form and return to her home planet.

Ji Le challenged her, asking if she could truly bear to leave Tang Qingfeng, which prompted Tang Qingye to immediately ask about Tang Qingfeng's whereabouts. Ji Le revealed she had sent him to the Hantan to search for a non-existent herb, explaining the pond's perilous, freezing conditions and the futility of his quest. Tang Qingye felt a surge of concern but masked it with feigned indifference, asking Ji Le to take her in.

Ji Le saw through her act, pointing out that Tang Qingye clearly loved Tang Qingfeng, especially how she had risked her human life to save him despite having lost her powers. Tang Qingye, still naive about the concept of love, listened as Ji Le began to share a story about it. Meanwhile, at the Hantan, Tang Qingfeng struggled against the freezing water, desperately searching for the herb for Tang Qingye, but found nothing. Exhausted, he collapsed by the pond's edge. An elder approached, picked up the gouyu pendant from Tang Qingfeng's neck, and examined it closely, seemingly recognizing its extraordinary nature.

Tang Qingfeng, weakened by the freezing Hantan, collapsed after failing to find the necessary herb. An old man, later identified as the former Nanzhao Protector General Duan Fei, discovered Tang Qingfeng and, recognizing a unique gouyu on him, brought him away for aid. Meanwhile, Tang Qingye, still distressed, thrashed a tree in frustration, only to discover it was a Ryunisian immigrant. She confided her emotional turmoil, admitting her confusion about her feelings for Tang Qingfeng.

The tree noted her state was similar to Ji Le's past infatuation with a human and began to tell Ji Le's love story, but Ji Le violently intervened to silence him. Soon after, a report reached Ji Le that Tang Qingfeng was missing, greatly alarming Tang Qingye, who insisted he must be in danger, contrary to Ji Le's belief that he had given up.

Upon waking, Tang Qingfeng thanked Duan Fei and expressed his renewed determination to retrieve the herb from Hantan. Duan Fei revealed that Ji Le had tricked him, as there was no such herb in the lake, and advised him against going. Tang Qingfeng, suspecting Duan Fei had a way to help, knelt and pleaded for a cure for Tang Qingye. Duan Fei demurred, citing his inability to enter Ji Le's territory.

He then asked Tang Qingfeng about his lineage, specifically if he was from the Li family, and closely examined the gouyu around Tang Qingfeng's neck. Before Duan Fei could explain the jade's significance, Tang Qingye arrived, calling out for Tang Qingfeng. They rushed to each other, embracing in relief. Witnessing their reunion, Duan Fei pondered that perhaps it was better for Tang Qingfeng to live unaware of certain truths.

Tang Qingfeng sternly told Tang Qingye never to endanger herself for anyone again, which deeply moved her. She asked if he would still care for her in the same way if she were no longer his sister. When Tang Qingfeng pressed her to voice her true feelings, Tang Qingye grew flustered and quickly changed the subject, expressing concern for Duo Miaomiao and Xiao Ruyi, who were still trapped in the Prince's Palace.

Tang Qingfeng suggested they seek help from Ji Le, believing she had knowledge of their adversaries. As they discussed their next steps, Duo Miaomiao frantically ran past, pursued by soldiers, shouting that Xiao Ruyi was in grave danger, trapped in the palace dungeon. Tang Qingfeng immediately engaged the pursuers in combat. Just as the fighting intensified, Ji Le appeared, using her staff to repel the soldiers.

She issued a dire warning, stating that the Xingzu village would no longer interfere in their affairs and anyone who dared to trespass again would be killed without mercy. Duan Fei, recognizing Ji Le after thirty years, approached her with overwhelming emotion, expressing his deep longing and regret, pleading for her forgiveness and offering his remaining life to make amends.

Ji Le, however, remained cold and unforgiving, striking him down and reaffirming that she would never forgive him, vowing to "kill once" every time they met. Tang Qingfeng quickly helped the bleeding Duan Fei to a nearby tree to rest. Tang Qingfeng then voiced his anxiety over his family's wrongful accusation in the Nanzhao case. Duan Fei revealed that the people of Nanzhao were not human but "Flying Immortals," extraterrestrial beings.

Tang Qingfeng, recalling his recent encounters, found himself believing this incredible truth. Duan Fei then led them to a crashed spaceship, explaining that the recent turmoil in Nanzhao was due to these alien invaders. Worried that her own alien identity might be exposed, Tang Qingye emphasized that not all "Flying Immortals" were malicious, citing Ji Le as an example of a good alien. Duan Fei then shared his tragic love story with Ji Le.

Years ago, during a Nanzhao rebellion, he was tasked with escorting a Nanzhao princess and young prince who were part of a marriage alliance to Tang Du. Before leaving, he promised Ji Le they would travel the world together upon his return. However, he lost the princess en route and spent years searching for her, only to find her deceased. By the time he returned to Nanzhao, Ji Le had assumed the position of patriarch, a role that restricted her.

Their love was thus tragically unfulfilled, leading to Ji Le's enduring resentment. Tang Qingfeng questioned why Ji Le wouldn't fight against the imposter Nanzhao King. Duan Fei explained that as a clan leader, Ji Le had to prioritize her people. Duan Fei concluded by stating his only wish was to be near Ji Le in his remaining days, even if she continued to hate him, and expressed his hope that Tang Qingfeng would succeed in clearing his family's name.

Meanwhile, Tang Qingye and Duo Miaomiao conspired to steal the spaceship before the Nanzhao King could use it, planning to return to Duo Xing. Duo Miaomiao asserted that Tang Qingfeng would only be a hindrance, so they needed to get rid of him. Tang Qingye reluctantly agreed and knocked Tang Qingfeng unconscious. As she departed, she looked back at him, vowing to restore his family's honor before they would part ways forever.

Entering the Prince's palace dungeon, Tang Qingye and Duo Miaomiao were astonished to discover it was, in fact, a hidden spaceship. Inside, they found numerous clones of imperial relatives and officials, including Xiao Ruyi and Tang Jizhong, confirming their suspicion: the Nanzhao King's ultimate goal was to covertly replace the entire Li Tang dynasty with his own people. Suddenly, Duo Miaomiao was ensnared and pinned to the wall by a mysterious vine.

The Nanzhao King then revealed himself to Tang Qingye as Ali, her childhood friend, and invited her to join his pioneering team. Tang Qingye questioned Ali about his arrival on Earth and the cloning operation. Ali explained that he had crashed on Earth after his own spaceship experienced a malfunction. While recovering, he stumbled upon the wreckage of the Star River, rescued several surviving prisoners, and subsequently created Gene Variants.

Duo Miaomiao urgently warned Tang Qingye not to trust Ali, accusing him of violating interstellar law. Tang Qingye, however, dismissed Duo Miaomiao, silencing him, and continued listening to Ali. Ali then offered Tang Qingye a tempting proposition: the chance to return to Duo Xing and jointly control Earth for vast profit. Swayed by the offer, Tang Qingye eagerly accepted his invitation.

Ali then commanded Tang Qingye to kill Tang Qingfeng, explaining that Tang Qingfeng's acute intelligence could unravel their plot to replace the Tang court officials and seize control of Datang. Sensing Tang Qingye's hesitation, Ali warned her not to develop feelings for humans, reminding her that she was from Duo Xing and such a relationship would be futile.

Tang Qingye feigned agreement, then countered with her own condition: Ali must spare Duo Miaomiao and Xiao Ruyi's lives, promising to deliver Tang Qingfeng's head in return. Suspecting her true intentions, Ali retorted that if she failed, he would personally kill Duo Miaomiao and Xiao Ruyi. Unaware of this dark pact, Tang Qingfeng frantically searched for Tang Qingye and eventually found her. As heavy rain began, he quickly pulled her into a small, dilapidated hut for shelter.

In her hurried movements, Tang Qingye inadvertently dropped a concealed "killing tool," her momentary panic evident. Tang Qingfeng, noting the cold, decided to go out and gather firewood to warm her. Before leaving, he tenderly tapped her nose. This small, affectionate gesture made Tang Qingye's heart pound, deepening her reluctance to carry out Ali's chilling command. Meanwhile, Duo Miaomiao, still trapped, mournfully reflected that Tang Qingye had driven herself into a corner, facing a stark choice between Tang Qingfeng's life and her own.

The Emperor, pleased with Li Yi for successfully investigating a corruption case and recovering military funds, announces his decision to appoint Li Yi as the Crown Prince. This news sparks jealousy in Li Fu. Li Yi thanks Ji Taifu for his guidance but expresses confusion about the Empress's unexpected and firm support.

Ji Taifu reveals that he made a deal with the Empress, leveraging a secret letter proving her involvement in framing and causing the death of Imperial Concubine An, who was Princess Anyue of Nanzhao. Li Yi realizes the Empress's culpability in the deaths of both Imperial Concubine Mu and Princess Anyue.

Ji Taifu further cautions Li Yi to be wary of the Xiao family, particularly Xiao Ruyi, who is close to Li Fu, as Elder Xiao is also aware of these dark secrets. Meanwhile, Tang Qingye stands conflicted, clutching her "killing tool" and hesitant to harm Tang Qingfeng. Tang Qingfeng returns to the hut, interrupting her thoughts.

When asked if he has killed many people, he explains his actions were for the peace and security of Datang's citizens, a revelation that deepens Tang Qingye's reluctance to betray him. Tang Qingfeng senses her unusual behavior and questions if she's hiding something or if she's not his true sister. Tang Qingye deflects, citing his past suspicions. Tang Qingfeng reassures her of his trust and tells her to hide when arrows rain down outside.

He realizes the attack by people from Xingzu village is a diversion. Rushing back, he finds Tang Qingye gone. Ji Le, the leader of Xingzu village, has bound Tang Qingye, accusing her of being a disgrace to the Duo Star people and colluding with the Nanzhao King.

Tang Qingye attempts to explain her actions as a "slow-down tactic" to rescue Duo Miaomiao and the Xiao siblings, but Ji Le remains unconvinced and threatens to use a decomposition instrument to turn her into meat paste. As a fire suddenly breaks out in the barracks, Ji Le rushes to investigate. Tang Qingfeng seizes the opportunity to rescue Tang Qingye. They are soon intercepted by Ji Le, who angrily blames Tang Qingfeng for protecting a "wrongdoer."

Tang Qingye, feeling ashamed, silently pulls Tang Qingfeng, who resolves to protect her. Tang Qingfeng admits to starting the fire to save Tang Qingye and questions Ji Le's sudden ruthlessness, reminding her that she had previously helped them. He takes full responsibility for Tang Qingye's actions and offers himself for punishment. Ji Le, enraged, attacks them with her scepter, intensifying her assault upon seeing the gouyu on Tang Qingfeng. Duan Fei appears, blocking Ji Le's powerful blow.

Ji Le is shocked to see Duan Fei and grows even more furious, realizing Tang Qingfeng is Princess Anyue's son. She threatens to sever ties with Duan Fei if he helps him. Duan Fei pleads with Ji Le, insisting he acts for her sake. Duan Fei then urges Ji Le to listen to Tang Qingye's explanation calmly.

Tang Qingye reveals that the Nanzhao King, Ali, had taken Duo Miaomiao and the Xiao siblings hostage, forcing her to agree to kill Tang Qingfeng. She exposes Ali's elaborate plot to replace Datang officials with puppet clones to usurp the throne, confirming his role in framing Tang Qingfeng's father for the Ye Liang town massacre.

Tang Qingfeng, now understanding the full scope of Ali's conspiracy, proposes a plan to Ji Le to eliminate Ali without a full-scale battle, requiring only his and Tang Qingye's involvement. As a condition, Tang Qingfeng demands that Ji Le apologize to Tang Qingye for her harsh treatment. Ji Le initially refuses, leading Tang Qingfeng to turn and leave with Tang Qingye in anger.

Tang Qingye tries to calm him, saying she doesn't mind the injuries, but Tang Qingfeng insists that "he" cares deeply. Persuaded by Duan Fei, Ji Le reluctantly offers a sincere apology to Tang Qingye, and they agree to a temporary alliance. Tang Qingfeng then outlines his daring plan: he will feign his own death to gain Ali's trust, and Ji Le must play along. Later, Duan Fei puts Tang Qingye in a trance to speak with Tang Qingfeng privately.

Duan Fei reveals Tang Qingfeng's true lineage: he is the son of Princess Anyue of Nanzhao (Imperial Concubine An) and the current Emperor, making him the Emperor's eldest prince. Tang Qingfeng confirms he already knew this from General Tang. He then inquires about the gouyu. Duan Fei explains it was a powerful token given to him by Ji Le, which he then gave to Princess Anyue for protection.

He recounts finding her dying amidst the war between Nanzhao and Datang, at which point she entrusted Tang Qingfeng to his foster father. Duan Fei asks if Tang Qingfeng seeks revenge or his rightful throne. Tang Qingfeng responds that his only desire is to protect Tang Qingye and ensure her happiness, free from worries. After Tang Qingye awakens, she questions Tang Qingfeng about what Duan Fei told him, but Tang Qingfeng lies, dismissing it as unimportant past events.

She then asks why he seems to trust her so completely, especially after he once suspected her of impersonating his sister. Tang Qingfeng firmly states his unwavering belief in her, offering his life as proof, saying he would not resist if she wished to kill him. Tang Qingye, her emotions churning, confronts him, declaring she will kill him to test his trust. Tang Qingfeng kneels, exposing his neck, and apologizes for any past doubts or hurts.

With tears in her eyes and repeating his vow of trust, Tang Qingye delivers a decisive, seemingly fatal strike. Meanwhile, in Ali's underground palace, Duo Miaomiao successfully escapes his bonds and quickly frees Xiao Ruyi and Xiao Zhihe. Xiao Ruyi, upon awakening, questions Ali's motives. Duo Miaomiao, carefully avoiding revealing Ali's alien identity, discloses Ali's sinister plan: to create puppet clones to replace Datang officials and usurp the throne.

He points to the massacre in Ye Liang town as the work of these puppets, thereby framing General Tang. Realizing General Tang was framed, Xiao Ruyi wishes to report to the Emperor, but Duo Miaomiao urges her to stay, as he needs to find a crucial "ancient divine stone" within the palace, which he calls the "eye of the universe," believing that whoever possesses this stone will rule the world.

Tang Qingye arrives at Ali's palace, presenting Tang Qingfeng's "head" as proof of his death. Ali, pleased, leads her to a secret room in the underground palace. Just as Duo Miaomiao discovers the "eye of the universe," Ali and Tang Qingye appear. Ali snatches the artifact, gloating about its immense power. Duo Miaomiao exclaims that Tang Qingye has betrayed them.

However, Tang Qingye reveals her true intentions: she deliberately allowed Duo Miaomiao to escape so he could locate the "eye of the universe" for their side. Ali, enraged, orders Tang Qingye to eliminate Duo Miaomiao and the Xiao siblings. Tang Qingye feigns compliance, asking for a proper weapon. When Ali lowers his guard, she swiftly stabs him, accusing him of ruining her carefully orchestrated plan (or, as she pretends, "destroying her business"). Ali, wounded, calls her greedy.

Enraged, Ali attempts to activate his Gene variants (puppet clones). At that critical moment, Ji Le dramatically arrives, striking Ali down. To Ali's shock and fury, Tang Qingfeng also appears, alive and well, greeting Ali with a confident "Long time no see, Ali." Duo Miaomiao finally understands that Tang Qingye has been an undercover agent all along, executing a daring plan with Tang Qingfeng and Ji Le to expose and thwart Ali's ambitions.

After Tang Qingfeng proposed his brilliant plan, Ji Le helped create a lifelike fake body of Tang Qingfeng to be used for deception. Tang Qingfeng and his companions watched as Abe Chacha, disguised as Tang Qingye, entered the Nanzhao King's palace carrying what appeared to be Tang Qingfeng's severed head. Before this, Abe Chacha had reluctantly participated in the creation of the fake head, expressing her discomfort with the gruesome task.

Tang Qingfeng had reassured her, promising to protect her no matter what. After Abe Chacha departed, Tang Qingfeng and his allies swiftly moved to eliminate the Nanzhao King's forces at a nearby spaceship crash site, releasing the trapped civilians. Ji Le also presented Tang Qingfeng with a sacred sword belonging to the Star Clan.

Observing that the spaceship debris was being transported to the palace through a secret tunnel, Tang Qingfeng decided they should use it to launch a surprise attack. Their timing was critical, as they burst into the palace just as the Nanzhao King was about to activate his Gene variants. Ji Le, now aligned with Tang Qingfeng, swiftly incapacitated the Nanzhao King.

The Nanzhao King, enraged at Ji Le for assisting the Earthlings, attempted to activate the Eye of the Universe against them, but failed. He then bluffed, threatening everyone, before making a quick escape through a secret passage. Tang Qingfeng and Abe Chacha pursued him but found themselves stuck in the tunnel. Tang Qingfeng instructed Abe Chacha to stay and find a way out while he continued the chase alone.

However, worried for his safety, Abe Chacha disregarded his instruction and followed Tang Qingfeng. She quickly realized that the Nanzhao King had lost all reason and become incredibly vicious, and she quickly pulled Tang Qingfeng to safety. When the Nanzhao King injured Tang Qingfeng, Abe Chacha, in a moment of panic and desperation, transformed into her true Duo Xing alien form and defeated him. Tang Qingfeng, witnessing this shocking display, was bewildered and demanded to know her true identity.

The Nanzhao King, in his defeat, revealed that Abe Chacha was an alien just like him. This statement caused Tang Qingfeng to recall the monstrous creature he had seen on top of Tang Qingye at the mass grave, leading him to believe that Abe Chacha had murdered his sister. The Nanzhao King further explained that Duo Xing people could only survive on Earth by possessing a deceased body. Overwhelmed with grief and fury, Tang Qingfeng struck down the Nanzhao King.

He then turned to kill Abe Chacha to avenge Tang Qingye. Abe Chacha, unwilling to harm Tang Qingfeng, suppressed her powers and allowed him to approach, ready to accept her fate. Tang Qingfeng, however, found himself unable to strike the fatal blow. Instead, he declared his animosity towards Abe Chacha, stating they were now irreconcilable and should never meet again. Abe Chacha, heartbroken, could only watch him leave.

Meanwhile, Li Yi, having received no news from Tang Qingfeng for days, grew increasingly concerned for the Tang family. Grand Tutor Ji inquired about Grand Tutor Xiao's recent activities, noting that he had been frequently reviewing old official documents. Fearing Grand Tutor Xiao might be planning something detrimental to Li Yi, Grand Tutor Ji cautioned him to be wary of the Xiao family, a warning Li Yi took seriously.

Later, Li Yi received an urgent plea from the Tang family servants and rushed outside the Empress's palace, where he found Tang Qingyun kneeling in the rain, begging for her father's release. He took the frail and feverish Tang Qingyun, who had developed a cold from the rain, and comforted her. Just as Tang Qingyun, deeply touched, wanted to speak with him further, Li Yi received an urgent dispatch and had to leave promptly.

Li Yi hurried to the Eastern Palace and found Tang Qingfeng. He was overjoyed to learn that Tang Qingfeng had successfully gathered evidence to clear General Tang's name. Tang Qingfeng then reported the Nanzhao King's rebellion and presented the incriminating evidence to the Emperor. The Emperor, infuriated by the Nanzhao King's treacherous ambition to slaughter civilians and plot treason, immediately ordered General Tang's release and reinstatement to his former position.

Tang Qingfeng promised to devise a comprehensive strategy to bring peace back to the Nanzhao people. In the Xingzu village, Duo Miaomiao used the local equipment to contact the Duo Xing Governor. He reported the successful recovery of the Eye of the Universe. The Governor, stressing the Eye's immense importance, ordered Duo Miaomiao to guard it with his life, threatening severe punishment if any harm came to it or if it fell into malevolent hands again.

Duo Miaomiao assured him of his compliance. Ji Le questioned the Governor as to why a spaceship couldn't be immediately dispatched to retrieve Duo Miaomiao and the others. The Governor explained that such an act would violate universal laws and disrupt historical progression. He informed them that a rescue ship would only be sent in three months, during the seven-star Lianzhu alignment.

The Governor concluded by instructing Duo Miaomiao to quickly ascertain the whereabouts of Zero, the leader of the space pirates who attacked the Star River. Duo Miaomiao, expressing concern for the Eye's safety, asked Ji Le to temporarily keep it in the Xingzu village, to which Ji Le reluctantly agreed. Afterwards, Ji Le went to check on Abe Chacha. Abe Chacha was still distraught. Ji Le explained that love between Earthlings and Duo Xing people seldom ends well.

She pointed out Abe Chacha's extreme weakness, even mentioning the loss of her tentacles, and urged her to take care of herself. Abe Chacha, hearing this, questioned if losing her tentacles meant she could merge with Earthlings and become a true Earthling. She still clung to hope for Tang Qingfeng, desperate to explain that she hadn't killed the original Tang Qingye.

Seeing Abe Chacha's stubbornness, Ji Le tried to dissuade her by sharing her own painful past experience of loving a human, recounting how such relationships were often doomed to end in sorrow due to differing lifespans. Abe Chacha continued to weep, and an old sentient tree nearby offered words of comfort. Abe Chacha then confided her secret to the tree.

Back in the Tang mansion, Tang Qingfeng, claiming Tang Qingye had decided to become a nun in Nanzhao, confined himself to his room, refusing to come out. His mother and Tang Qingyun were deeply concerned, urging him not to blame himself for Tang Qingye's decision. General Tang, witnessing his son's distress, asked his wife and daughter to leave, giving Tang Qingfeng space to process his feelings.

Inside, Tang Qingfeng drowned his sorrows in alcohol, lamenting his inability to bring himself to kill a "monster" to avenge his sister. In his drunken state, Tang Qingfeng subconsciously went to Tang Qingye's room. He felt a profound sadness, seeing familiar objects suddenly seem strange. He gently touched a brick that Tang Qingye often used, his mind filled with memories of his time with the eccentric, possessed Tang Qingye.

Suddenly, Li Yi burst into the room, angrily demanding why Tang Qingfeng had lied to him and insisting on knowing Tang Qingye's true whereabouts. Meanwhile, Xiao Ruyi, having heard rumors, confronted Li Fu, suspecting him of instigating the conflict between Li Yi and Tang Qingfeng. Li Fu admitted his actions, then countered by asking why Xiao Ruyi was now opposing him after all they had sought to achieve.

He then subtly threatened her by mentioning her father, Xiao Zhihe, implying he held compromising information. Xiao Ruyi found herself in a painful dilemma, forced to choose between supporting Tang Qingfeng and her own family, leaving her distraught and uncertain.

Li Yi confronted Tang Qingfeng, demanding a detailed account of events in Nanzhao and Tang Qingye's whereabouts. Tang Qingfeng, visibly pained, refused to divulge any information, asserting that Tang Qingye was no longer his sister. Li Yi, perplexed, pressed him, asking what truly transpired in Nanzhao and why he left Tang Qingye behind.

Tang Qingfeng denied abandoning her and insisted that he had promised to provide an explanation, but sternly told Li Yi not to mention her name, stating, "He is not my sister. He is not. You know nothing." Li Yi noted Tang Qingfeng’s drastic change since returning from Nanzhao, observing that he was no longer the straightforward brother he once knew, and wondered if Tang Qingfeng was concealing a secret.

Tang Qingfeng simply advised him to consider Tang Qingye "dead" and never returning, if he still valued their brotherhood. Soon after, Xiao Zhihe sought Tang Qingfeng's help, revealing that Xiao Ruyi had gone missing. He expressed his dismay that everyone seemed to have changed since their return from Nanzhao, lamenting Tang Qingfeng’s recent heavy drinking and Xiao Ruyi’s constant sorrow, which ultimately led to her disappearance.

He also questioned why Tang Qingye chose to stay in Nanzhao to become a monk and refused to see him before leaving. Tang Qingfeng, recalling his earlier resolve in Xingzu Village, had made a difficult decision to leave Tang Qingye behind to investigate his sister's true death and prepare for the demon invasion.

He had entrusted her care to Duan Fei, believing she had no place in the Tang family anymore and expressing his reluctance to see her until he uncovered the truth. Tang Qingfeng eventually found Xiao Ruyi at a place they once shared, commemorating fallen soldiers. She acknowledged his presence, having expected him, and remarked on the enduring scenery amidst the absence of their comrades. Tang Qingfeng admitted he could not forget their past.

Xiao Ruyi recounted their joint campaigns and how King Qi had once saved her career, justifying her current allegiance to Li Fu. Tang Qingfeng expressed understanding for her stance, recognizing that many serve under compulsion. Xiao Ruyi then declared her unwavering devotion, offering to abandon everything for him. However, Tang Qingfeng gently rebuffed her, defining their relationship as one of comradeship and shared trials, devoid of romantic feelings.

Heartbroken, Xiao Ruyi accused Tang Qingfeng of harboring feelings for another, which blinded him to her affections. His fervent denials only strengthened her conviction. She pointed to his recent reclusive and drunken behavior as proof he was consumed by thoughts of Tang Qingye, worrying about her safety and well-being. Xiao Ruyi declared, "This person. . . is your sister, Tang Qingye," predicting their relationship would lead to ruin.

Tang Qingfeng tried to silence her, but Xiao Ruyi, feeling scorned, warned him that he had chosen to make an enemy of her. She defiantly stated that their paths would diverge, and any future encounters would be devoid of past sentiment. Tang Qingfeng wished for her to hate him rather than remain deluded by her feelings. Tang Qingfeng immersed himself in his work, tirelessly investigating cases, neglecting food and sleep.

His younger brother, Tang Qingyun, observed his elder brother’s preoccupation, noting his constant attendance at court or the Lecture Hall and Xiao Ruyi's uncharacteristic harshness towards students. Tang Qingyun tried to offer help, but Tang Qingfeng curtly dismissed him, instructing him to organize his extensive case files. General Tang visited Tang Qingfeng, urging him to regain his composure.

Tang Qingfeng expressed regret for failing to protect Tang Qingye and for betraying his father’s trust, though he rationalized that if her life in Nanzhao granted her more freedom, it might not be entirely bad. General Tang then revealed that he had been ordered by the Emperor to leave the capital with Guo Fengyi to serve as a military commissioner in Longyou. He warned Tang Qingfeng of Guo Fengyi's treacherous nature and stressed the importance of caution.

Tang Qingfeng assured his father he would uphold his responsibilities. General Tang, however, expressed a quiet sadness at not being able to enjoy one last bowl of noodles cooked by Tang Qingye. Tang Qingfeng offered comfort, stating that Tang Qingye would not wish to see him troubled. Before leaving, General Tang imparted crucial advice: always prioritize the Tang dynasty above personal emotions, as it was Tang Qingfeng's duty and mission.

The Emperor, lost in thought, gazed at a portrait of Imperial Concubine An (Anyue), recalling her fondly. Xiao Ge recognized her and discreetly reminded the Emperor of the passage of twenty years since Imperial Concubine An's tragic disappearance during the war. He urged the Emperor to prioritize his health and avoid excessive grief, but the Emperor confessed his deep guilt over the loss of his beloved concubine and their unborn child. Just then, Tang Qingfeng requested an audience.

He presented "Lock your An Tang Annals," a detailed proposal for converting the Jiang Wutang (Lecture Hall) into a covert department to combat a potential "demon" invasion, a plan stemming from the Nanzhao incident. The Emperor promptly approved, appointing Xiao Ge to oversee the project with Tang Qingfeng’s assistance, emphasizing the need for secrecy to avoid public panic.

As Tang Qingfeng exited, the Emperor mused that his own lost eldest son would have been Tang Qingfeng's age and just as distinguished. Xiao Ge noted Tang Qingfeng's striking resemblance to Imperial Concubine An. Tang Qingfeng began to actively avoid Li Yi. Li Yi, whose suspicions were heightened by Tang Qingyun's accounts of Tang Qingfeng's unusual behavior, confronted him. Tang Qingfeng invoked the Emperor's secret decree, refusing to disclose any details and asking for understanding.

Li Yi grew angry at Tang Qingfeng's evasiveness, especially after observing the extensive reconstruction at the Lecture Hall, sensing a significant, undisclosed project was underway. He began to distrust Tang Qingfeng. Meanwhile, Xiao Ge's deep involvement in the Lecture Hall project kept him out of sight, leaving Xiao Ruyi and Xiao Zhihe to speculate about their father's secretive activities, even jokingly wondering if he was secretly courting a new wife.

One evening, as Xiao Zhihe and Xiao Ruyi browsed a lantern festival, Xiao Zhihe spoke wistfully of Tang Qingye's love for festive occasions and her absence from Chang'an. Xiao Ruyi probed him about Tang Qingye's decision to remain in Nanzhao and become a monk. Suddenly, Xiao Ruyi spotted Tang Qingye in the bustling crowd and, leaving Xiao Zhihe behind, discreetly followed her.

Tang Qingfeng, deeply conflicted by his feelings for Abuchacha (who inhabited Tang Qingye's body), visited his ancestral home's graveyard, standing before Tang Qingye's mother's tomb. He poured out his heart, confessing his internal struggle: though he knew Abuchacha might be the murderer, he harbored a desperate hope that her claims of innocence were true and found himself unable to harm her.

He lamented his inability to bring back Tang Qingye’s body and expressed confusion over his feelings—a mix of brotherly duty to protect her and a forbidden attraction. He sought guidance from his deceased parents. Suddenly, Abuchacha appeared. She reminded him of his promise never to abandon her, forgiving his past departure but warning him against future carelessness. Tang Qingfeng watched her silently, tears welling in his eyes.

Abuchacha then prepared braised pork, Tang Qingfeng's favorite dish, and chattered happily about her return and certainty that he would come to the ancestral home. Tang Qingfeng ate in silence, his expression unreadable, even as Abuchacha expressed pride in her cooking. After he finished the meal, he solemnly declared that it was time to settle their accounts and led her to Tang Qingye's mother's grave.

He explained the importance of respecting the deceased and allowing them peaceful repose, subtly urging Abuchacha to act with conscience. Abuchacha tearfully explained her past deception was due to circumstances and that she had not intentionally harmed the original Tang Qingye. Tang Qingfeng seemed to waver. Abuchacha then confessed her profound love for him, declaring her desire to be with him forever.

She described her love as unwavering, like "the kind of love that Duan Laotou has for Jile, the kind of love that means no matter what happens, we have to be together." She swore never to deceive him again, revealing that he had made Earth feel warmer to her, and she wished to live as a human, never returning to Dorsey, as long as he was by her side.

Distraught, Tang Qingfeng reiterated that their relationship was impossible due to their perceived sibling bond, fearing that it would bring immense shame upon the Tang family. He stated unequivocally that as long as she wore Tang Qingye’s likeness, they could never be together. He pleaded with her to return to Nanzhao and her people, forbidding her from ever stepping foot in the Central Plains again. Abuchacha steadfastly refused, citing Duan Laotou’s teaching that love knows no hesitation.

She challenged him, asking, "Do you want to kill me again?" Tang Qingfeng admitted he could not bring himself to harm her, expressing shame for failing his parents and heaven, and firmly ordered her never to seek him out again. Unbeknownst to them, Xiao Ruyi had been eavesdropping. After Tang Qingfeng left, she approached a heartbroken Abuchacha. Feigning sympathy, Xiao Ruyi manipulated Abuchacha, telling her that Tang Qingfeng secretly loved her but was too shy to admit it.

Xiao Ruyi cunningly suggested that Abuchacha publicly declare her love for Tang Qingfeng across Chang'an to force his hand, assuring her that such a bold move would only make him confess his feelings and not cause him trouble. Abuchacha, desperate for Tang Qingfeng’s acceptance, was swayed by Xiao Ruyi's words. Later, while Tang Qingfeng was out with Madam Tang, Abuchacha dramatically projected "Tang Qingfeng, I love you!" onto the city gate using an airship.

She then stood atop the city gate, loudly professing her love to all the citizens of Chang'an. The public reacted with outrage, condemning her "shameless" act and the Tang family’s disgrace. Madam Tang, mortified and furious, immediately ordered the Butler to apprehend the "evil creature" and bring her back, dead or alive. Tang Qingfeng, witnessing Abuchacha’s public declaration amidst the uproar, rushed to the city gate.

Ignoring the crowd's insults, he looked at Abuchacha with profound emotion and declared, "I lost." Xiao Ruyi, observing their loving exchange, felt a pang of sadness but also a perverse satisfaction as the citizens continued their barrage of insults.

After Tang Qingye's public declaration of love and the Tang family's uproar, Tang Qingfeng and Tang Qingye swiftly fled the chaotic scene. As they escaped, Tang Qingye formally introduced herself to Tang Qingfeng, confirming she was Abu Chacha. Tang Qingfeng, who had already known this since their time in Nanzhao, proposed they seek refuge at Grandma Deng's house, change her clothes, and then he would send her back to Nanzhao.

He sternly warned her never to return to Chang'an, emphasizing that in the eyes of the world, their perceived sibling relationship made their love forbidden and against human ethics. However, a group of villagers, rallied by Tang Mother's command to capture the "evil demon," pursued them relentlessly. Tang Qingfeng, taking a stand to protect Abu Chacha, urged her to hide and promise not to use her extraordinary powers lest she hurt herself.

Alone, he confronted the villagers, demanding to know who was behind their pursuit. Meanwhile, in another part of the city, Xiao Ge tracked down Grandma Deng, recognizing her as Concubine An's former intimate maid. He pressed her for information about Concubine An's child, a secret he had long sought. Grandma Deng initially lied, claiming Concubine An died in childbirth and both mother and son perished.

Unconvinced, Xiao Ge threatened the life of Grandma Deng's grandson, forcing her to reveal the truth: Tang Qingfeng was indeed Concubine An's son, the First Prince. Unbeknownst to them, Abu Chacha was outside the door and overheard this startling revelation. Overjoyed by the news that Tang Qingfeng was the Prince, she decided to immediately inform him. However, Li Yi, who had also been lurking, burst into Grandma Deng's house.

He confronted Xiao Ge, accusing him of years of hidden agendas and expressing shock that Tang Qingfeng was the true heir. Despite Xiao Ge's pleas for him not to act rashly, Li Yi, in a fit of rage, fatally stabbed Xiao Ge with his sword, then silenced Grandma Deng. Abu Chacha arrived moments too late to intervene.

Seeing the bloodied sword in Li Yi's hand, she knew he was the murderer and fled to warn Tang Qingfeng, while Li Yi set the house ablaze to destroy all evidence. Back with Tang Qingfeng, he was still interrogating the villagers when Xiao Ruyi arrived. She abruptly killed the villagers, chastising them as useless, and then personally engaged Tang Qingfeng in a fight. Tang Qingfeng, weary and heartbroken, offered no resistance, allowing her to strike him.

However, Xiao Ruyi found herself unable to deliver a fatal blow, watching helplessly as he walked away. Later, Li Fu harshly criticized her for being soft-hearted, intensifying her grief and resentment. Wandering through the forest, Xiao Ruyi stumbled upon the dying Xiao Ge amid the burning wreckage of Grandma Deng's house. With his last breath, Xiao Ge told her to seek out Tang Qingye for the truth.

Xiao Ruyi, misinterpreting his words, mistakenly believed Tang Qingye was her father's killer and vowed revenge. Li Yi, desperate to eliminate any witnesses, chased Abu Chacha to a riverbank. He tried to appeal to their past relationship, urging her to forget everything she had seen and heard, but she refused, reminding him that she loved Tang Qingfeng and had witnessed his crimes. Just then, Tang family handles, dispatched by Tang Mother, arrived to capture Tang Qingye.

Abu Chacha, seeing them, called for help, proclaiming Li Yi as the true villain. Enraged, Li Yi killed all the handles. With his sword pointed at Abu Chacha, she was forced to use her strange powers, despite her promise to Tang Qingfeng, injuring Li Yi to protect herself. Tang Qingfeng arrived at that moment, seeing Abu Chacha in her alien form surrounded by dead bodies. His heart heavy with doubt, he suspected her of the killings.

Xiao Ruyi suddenly appeared, intent on avenging her father, and was also injured by Abu Chacha's powers. Witnessing this, Tang Qingfeng's trust in Abu Chacha completely shattered. Heartbroken and desperate, Abu Chacha vehemently explained that Li Yi was the real murderer, but no one believed her, not even Tang Qingfeng. In a fit of despair, she moved to kill Li Yi, intending to remove the obstacle for Tang Qingfeng. Enraged by her recklessness, Tang Qingfeng pointed his sword at her.

In a profound act of love and despair, Abu Chacha threw herself onto his sword. Enduring the agonizing pain, she embraced Tang Qingfeng, reaffirming her love for him without regret, and urged him to remember her true name, Abu Chacha, before dissipating into smoke in his arms. Tang Qingfeng watched, filled with immense regret and powerlessness. That night, Tang Qingfeng rushed to Xingzu village, clinging to the desperate hope of reviving Abu Chacha.

Through a twist of fate, he activated the Eye of the Universe's energy source and merged with its humanoid manifestation. A year passed. Utilizing weapon blueprints provided by Ji Le, Tang Qingfeng developed numerous specialized weapons to combat alien demons. He successfully apprehended several demons, but instead of executing them, he chose to re-educate them, fostering peaceful coexistence with humans, a policy that yielded considerable success.

Tang Qingfeng reported to the Emperor that the reformed demons were now living harmoniously with the citizens of Chang'an. The Emperor was pleased, but Li Yi, ever the antagonist, argued that demons were inherently violent and should be eradicated, openly clashing with Tang Qingfeng. The Emperor ultimately sided with Tang Qingfeng, further fueling Li Yi's jealousy. Later, Li Yi attempted to reconcile with Tang Qingfeng, claiming Abu Chacha's death was a misunderstanding and urging them to cease their rivalry.

In response, Tang Qingfeng produced a sachet Tang Qingye had made for Li Yi, revealing that Grandma Deng had clutched it in her hand as she died, implying Li Yi's involvement. Li Yi, caught off guard and feeling guilty, intensified his animosity towards Tang Qingfeng. Despite a year having passed, Tang Qingfeng still couldn't let go of Abu Chacha.

His internal energy source, now a conscious entity sharing his body, chastised him for his constant drinking, reminding him of his duty to protect himself. Tang Qingfeng was plagued by memories of Abu's disappearance at Xingzu Village. The energy source explained that it had no memory before being activated and merging with Tang Qingfeng, a mystery to both of them, but its sole mission was to protect him. Meanwhile, Xiao Ruyi's hatred for Abu Chacha lingered.

She attempted to destroy Abu Chacha's tombstone to vent her fury, but Tang Qingfeng intervened. He vowed to uncover the truth behind Xiao Ge's death and clear Abu Chacha's name. Xiao Ruyi, incensed that Tang Qingfeng prioritized Abu Chacha over her and her father, declared an unbreakable enmity between the Xiao and Tang families.

Elsewhere, the Emperor ordered the renovation of the Lecture Hall, announcing the imminent arrival of the Nanzhao Princess, who would require a special seat within the hall. Concurrently, Tang Qingfeng received a secret letter from Nanzhao, which he hesitated to open.

A year ago, Tang Qingfeng desperately sought Ji Le to save Abe ChaCha. Ji Le explained that Abe ChaCha's tentacles, her very essence or main body, had fallen off during her battle with Yunnan Zhao Wang. Coupled with severe injuries, her body tissue had decomposed into scattered particles, akin to a soul being gone, making the chances of reshaping her life minimal. Ji Le stated she would do her best and send word if there was any news.

Tang Qingfeng, blaming himself for Abe's fate, pleaded for one last look, but Ji Le reiterated that it was impossible to see her. A year later, Tang Qingfeng received a secret letter from Ji Le, which he hesitated to open, having waited so long for this news.

When he finally found the courage, the letter was blank, confirming his deepest fears and leaving him devastated, lamenting that he should have expected such a result and that he was responsible for her demise. Soon after, Eunuch Li arrived at the Lecture Hall, conveying the Emperor's decree that Nanzhao Infanta, as an envoy, would come to study etiquette and skills there, and should be properly welcomed.

Tang Qingfeng respectfully but firmly rejected this, stating that the Lecture Hall had strict rules: all aspiring students, whether infanta or prince, must pass an entrance examination. He then dismissed Eunuch Li and his retinue. Xiao Zhihe observed that since the Emperor had prioritized the Lecture Hall, many factions were attempting to infiltrate it with their own people.

Tang Qingfeng instructed Xiao Zhihe to strengthen the Lecture Hall's security and maintain strict confidentiality regarding the foreign immigrants' identities, warning against those who might exploit such information. He then directed Xiao Zhihe to gather supplies so they could visit the alien villagers in Yixing village. Li Fu's spies reported that Tang Qingfeng frequently visited a secluded alien village outside the city, whose villagers seemed unusual.

Believing Tang Qingfeng was deliberately protecting these "heavenly demons," and seeing Tang Qingfeng gaining more influence with the Emperor, Li Fu decided to eliminate him as a potential threat. Unable to directly confront the Lecture Hall's advanced weaponry, Li Fu devised a plan to make the aliens and the Lecture Hall cadets kill each other. He dispatched a group of men, disguised as Lecture Hall members delivering supplies, to the alien village.

After the villagers eagerly gathered, Li Fu's men released a special "devil-curing" poison, intending to slaughter them and frame Tang Qingfeng. However, a masked woman suddenly appeared, her movements swift and swordsmanship unique, engaging Li Fu's men in battle and declaring they were unworthy of the Lecture Hall name. Meanwhile, Tang Qingfeng and Xiao Zhihe were on their way to the village.

Tang Qingfeng had earlier explained his rationale for protecting the aliens, seeing them as newcomers deserving of help, and as valuable sources of information about evil alien forces, crucial for strategic knowledge. Upon discovering the attack at Yixing village, they rushed to the scene. Tang Qingfeng helped the masked woman fight off the imposters, demanding to know their identities and why they impersonated Lecture Hall cadets. Before he could learn her identity, the masked woman quickly vanished.

Tang Qingfeng instructed Xiao Zhihe to keep the incident quiet but to immediately return to the Lecture Hall and investigate who might have leaked information. Li Fu's surviving subordinates reported their failure, attributing it to the masked woman and Tang Qingfeng's timely arrival, and confirmed they had poisoned the villagers. Furious but cautious, Li Fu ordered them to flee Chang'an to prevent Tang Qingfeng from implicating him, promising future opportunities for redemption.

Following the incident, Xiao Zhihe reported to Tang Qingfeng that his investigation revealed one of the Yixing village attackers was a Lecture Hall member whose whereabouts were now unknown, indicating an internal spy. Tang Qingfeng ordered a thorough investigation, emphasizing that this individual was their only lead.

Later, Tang Qingyun visited Tang Qingfeng, expressing her mother's concern over his prolonged absence and revealing that her marriage to Crown Prince Li Yi had been arranged and would be announced on the Emperor's birthday. Tang Qingfeng vehemently opposed this union, stating he wouldn't allow her to marry the Crown Prince.

When Tang Qingyun pressed him for a reason, he vaguely explained that their father was still away and the matter shouldn't be rushed, adding that as her brother, he wished for her not to marry the wrong person. Tang Qingfeng declared he would personally approach the Emperor to cancel the engagement, then arranged for her safe return home. Tang Qingfeng was assigned to welcome the arriving Nanzhao Infanta.

To his utter shock and delight, Abe ChaCha, accompanied by Duo Miaomiao, stepped out of the sedan chair. He immediately recognized her as the masked woman from Yixing village and the one he had mourned for, exclaiming his joy that she was alive. Abe ChaCha, however, reacted coolly, chiding his "unbridled" behavior and demanding to know if this was Datang's hospitality, introducing herself as Infanta Abu ChaCha.

Tang Qingfeng, overwhelmed with emotion, continued to express his happiness that she was alive, prompting Abe ChaCha to call him "crazy" and hit him, ordering him to leave. As Crown Prince Li Yi and other dignitaries approached, Tang Qingfeng, fearing Abe ChaCha's identity would be revealed, quickly scooped her up and placed her back into the sedan chair, an act that bewildered everyone present, including Li Fu, who saw it as frivolous and potentially offensive to the Infanta.

Back at the Lecture Hall, Tang Qingfeng remained ecstatic despite being slapped. His energy source avatar cautioned him, reminding him of women's vengeful nature and the high likelihood that Abe ChaCha would not forgive his past actions. Tang Qingfeng dismissed the warning, declaring his determination to win Abe ChaCha's forgiveness and never give up this second chance. He then immediately called for a bath and fresh clothes, preparing to go to the palace to see her again.

Abe ChaCha formally appeared before the Emperor, expressing her gratitude on behalf of Ji Le for Ji Le's appointment as the new King of Xinri Nanzhao. She then presented her thoughtfully chosen gifts: a skipping rope, specially woven with gold thread by Ji Le, and a set of handmade mahjong tiles. She explained mahjong as a relaxing game that stimulates the mind and helps balance work and leisure, offering to teach the rules later.

The Emperor was greatly impressed and pleased with her unique offerings, proclaiming his hope for lasting peace between Nanzhao and Datang. He pledged to find a worthy consort for Abe ChaCha, who, unfamiliar with the term "consort," innocently asked Duo Miaomiao if it was something delicious, offering him money if it was.

Watching this, Li Fu (Prince Qi) realized the Nanzhao Infanta was an exceptional individual who had quickly charmed the Emperor, seeing an opportunity to gain Nanzhao's support to bolster his own claim against the Crown Prince. At this point, Yao Luoguli, the former Prince of Beidi who had renounced his royal title to become Datang's National Teacher, appeared before Li Fu.

Yao Luoguli pledged his allegiance, promising to help Li Fu secure the throne and conquer the realm, much to Li Fu's astonishment. Meanwhile, Li Yi, deeply affected by Abe ChaCha's resemblance to Tang Qingye, found himself lost in thought, reminiscing about his past affections for Tang Qingye. Abe ChaCha vented her frustration to Duo Miaomiao, annoyed that Ji Le had recreated her body in Tang Qingye's exact likeness, making her vulnerable to recognition.

Duo Miaomiao explained that their long fusion meant their genes were intertwined, making the transformation unavoidable, and reminded her of his own sacrifices in maintaining human form. Duo Miaomiao then sternly reminded Abe ChaCha of their crucial mission: to sign a peace treaty ensuring harmonious coexistence between aliens and Earthlings, warning her against any slip-ups that could expose her identity.

Abe ChaCha, however, declared her primary goal was to vex Tang Qingfeng, believing that making him unhappy would bring her joy and, consequently, facilitate the peace treaty. She even called Tang Qingfeng a "bastard," confessing she was "blind" to have loved him. Duo Miaomiao sighed, lamenting the "terrible" nature of women. Soon after, Tang Qingyun, acting on the Empress's orders, arrived to deliver pastries to Abe ChaCha.

Upon seeing Abe ChaCha's face, which bore an uncanny resemblance to her half-sister, Tang Qingye, Tang Qingyun was so shocked she nearly fainted. Abe ChaCha, noticing the reaction, confirmed her identity as the Infanta and recounted Tang Qingfeng's "rude" behavior earlier.

Tang Qingyun, recognizing the resemblance, apologized profusely for her brother's actions, noting that while the Infanta was outwardly spirited and quick-witted, with polite manners, her sister Tang Qingye had been gentle and refined before falling ill and becoming somewhat incoherent, highlighting the subtle differences. Li Fu, skeptical, questioned why Yao Luoguli, a former prince, would relinquish his noble status to become a National Teacher.

Yao Luoguli explained that a spiritual calling had enlightened him, revealing that royal power was but an illusory dream. He then shared his past: after his kingdom was overthrown by a rebellious Beidi king, he was relentlessly hunted until a mysterious entity saved him. This entity transferred memories of the Star River explosion into him, transformed him and his followers into believers, and commanded them to travel to Chang'an to find a "savior" – the "True Dragon Son of Heaven."

Li Fu, assuming this referred to Datang's rightful Emperor and, by extension, himself as the future Master of the Eastern Palace, was secretly overjoyed. Yao Luoguli, hinting at Li Fu's potential, urged him to act decisively. He then presented Li Fu with the Tower of Heaven, a powerful artifact capable of stabilizing a dynasty, suggesting it be offered as a birthday gift to the Emperor to win favor.

Furthermore, Yao Luoguli advised Li Fu to capitalize on the upcoming Lecture Hall open classes to cultivate a relationship with Nanzhao Infanta. Inspired by the National Teacher's comprehensive strategy, Li Fu felt confident that with this help, overthrowing Crown Prince Li Yi would be straightforward. Taifu Ji, observing the Emperor's strong favor for Nanzhao Infanta, urged Crown Prince Li Yi to consider marrying her.

Li Yi raised concerns about his upcoming marriage to Tang Qingyun, but Taifu Ji dismissed this, arguing that as the Crown Prince and future ruler, both Tang Qingyun and Nanzhao Infanta were valuable alliances to secure. He emphasized that gaining the support of Nanzhao would significantly strengthen Li Yi's position, especially since Li Fu (King Qi) was also pursuing the Infanta's favor.

Taifu Ji revealed he had already arranged for Li Yi to enter the Lecture Hall for training, providing a perfect opportunity to get close to the Infanta. Just then, Tang Qingyun arrived to visit Li Yi, carrying out her mother's command to visit the Nanzhao Infanta. She shared her startling encounter with the Infanta, noting her uncanny resemblance to Tang Qingye, though with a distinct eyebrow mark.

While Li Yi agreed on the resemblance, Tang Qingyun pointed out that despite the Infanta's spirited and sometimes unruly demeanor, she was clever and well-mannered, a contrast to Tang Qingye's gentle nature before her illness. This conversation provided Li Yi with crucial insights into the Nanzhao Infanta.

Duo Miaomiao warned Abe that the energy source of the Eye of the Universe had been activated, with its strongest signal detected at the Jiang Wutang. He reminded her of their critical mission to locate the energy source before the Pirates of the Universe could seize it, highlighting the dire consequences if they failed. He gave her a communicator for immediate alerts and stressed the importance of keeping her identity a secret.

However, Abe was more interested in finding the most authentic braised pork and rushed off, leaving Duo Miaomiao to chase after her, reiterating his warnings about identity exposure. At the Jiang Wutang, an unprecedented scene unfolded as Li Yi, Li Fu, and Abe were all present for class. Tang Qingfeng, the instructor, promptly asserted the equality of all students, regardless of their noble status, and ordered Abe's special chair to be replaced.

When Abe failed to appear for class, Tang Qingfeng sent someone to find her, learning she was still at a restaurant. Abe, meanwhile, was indeed enjoying braised pork and complaining to Duo Miaomiao that Tang Qingfeng’s teachings were trivial, especially for someone who had never left Earth. She admitted she was deliberately skipping to embarrass him. She then confronted the restaurant's Xiaoer, whom she blamed for her previous capture by Xiao Ruyi.

Tang Qingfeng arrived, scolding Abe for bullying a commoner and her truancy. Duo Miaomiao tried to defend her, accusing Tang Qingfeng of disrespecting the Princess, but Tang Qingfeng, unmoved, ripped off Duo Miaomiao’s fake beard and forcibly brought Abe back. Back at the Jiang Wutang, Tang Qingfeng announced that latecomers would receive a warning and light punishment. When Abe protested, asserting her status as the Princess of Nanzhao, Li Yi immediately intervened, reminding Tang Qingfeng of Abe's noble rank.

Li Fu also attempted to intercede. Abe, annoyed by Li Yi's unsolicited help, defiantly presented her hand for punishment. Tang Qingfeng struck her a few times with a ruler, then ceased, emphasizing that all students must be self-disciplined. After class, Tang Qingfeng kept Abe, Li Yi, and Li Fu, announcing a strict assessment where only one would earn the right to remain as a true student.

His assistant, 13, presented them with "White Cross" seeds, described as mystical God of Heaven seeds, instructing them to cultivate them. Abe scoffed, pointing out they were mere stones and accusing Tang Qingfeng of trickery. Li Fu, outwardly compliant, dismissed Abe's concerns, while Tang Qingfeng reiterated that status was irrelevant and failure to grow the seeds would prove incompetence. When Abe defiantly asked how Tang Qingfeng dared to speak to her, he reminded her of the rules.

The task was for one of them to make the seed blossom and bear fruit within half a month. Abe later wandered the streets, where Li Yi, concerned about her earlier punishment, followed. Annoyed by his presence and his previous interference, Abe quickly subdued him with a brick. Back at the Jiang Wutang, Xiao Zhihe persistently questioned Tang Qingfeng about the mysterious seeds, but Tang Qingfeng refused to divulge any information, even daring Xiao Zhihe to join the assessment himself.

Later, Abe secretly infiltrated Tang Qingfeng’s room, hoping to find clues about the "White Cross" seed. Tang Qingfeng caught her, reminding her that his assessments were fair and there were no shortcuts. Abe, still dismissive of his teachings, declared that if she found no clues, she wouldn't have to endure the Jiang Wutang’s "childish" lessons. Tang Qingfeng, captivated by her spirited defiance, leaned in as if to punish her and unexpectedly kissed her.

Abe's heart raced, and she fainted, leaving Tang Qingfeng visibly worried. Meanwhile, Xiao Ruyi, suspicious of Duo Miaomiao's disguise, confronted him near the Jiang Wutang. She recognized him as "A Niu" and questioned his intentions, remembering he had followed them from the Xiao Mansion to Nanzhao. She tied him to a tree, demanding Abe's true identity, but Duo Miaomiao insisted he didn't know. Suddenly, a large fireball descended, bringing three Martians.

Their prince immediately declared Duo Miaomiao his "princess" and attempted to abduct him. Xiao Ruyi, despite her previous hostility, fiercely fought to protect Duo Miaomiao but was severely wounded by the Martian prince. Seeing her injury, Duo Miaomiao intervened, agreeing to go with the Martians if they released Xiao Ruyi, leaving her feeling apologetic. After fainting, Abe awoke to find herself bound by Tang Qingfeng, but she swiftly broke free, angrily denouncing him as shameless and vowing revenge.

Tang Qingfeng, despite her anger, responded cheerfully, welcoming her challenge. Soon after, Tang Qingfeng heard cries for help and found a severely wounded Xiao Ruyi. Xiao Ruyi, urged by Xiao Zhihe, revealed she had been attacked by Martians and implored Tang Qingfeng to rescue Duo Miaomiao. In the Tang mansion, Tang Qingyun was engrossed in embroidering a birthday gift for the emperor. She and her mother, Mrs. Tang, discussed the traumatic past year, especially Tang Qingye's possession and death.

Tang Qingyun reassured her mother that those dark times were over and then cautiously mentioned Abe's striking resemblance to Tang Qingye, noting only a birthmark and different personality. Mrs. Tang dismissed it as a mere coincidence, reminding her that many people could look alike and that Tang Qingye's death was widely witnessed.

Mrs. Tang then suggested that Tang Qingfeng pursue Abe as a consort, as Abe was in the capital to choose a husband, with many princes already vying for her attention. Xiang Er, Tang Qingye’s former maid, saddened by the apparent forgetfulness of her late mistress, discovered Abe secretly eating braised pork in the kitchen.

Initially mistaking her for a "demon," Xiang Er was then stunned by Abe's striking resemblance to Tang Qingye, especially after Abe nearly damaged a plant that Tang Qingye had personally grown. Abe, in need of a personal maid, demanded Xiang Er's service. When Xiang Er explained she couldn't decide on her own, Abe immediately took her to Mrs. Tang. On their way, house staff mistook Abe for a resurrected Tang Qingye and fainted in fear.

One maid, Qi Danniang, even attempted to attack Abe, believing her to be a monster, until Tang Qingyun intervened. Mrs. Tang, highly deferential to Abe, readily agreed to let Xiang Er become her maid. Abe then seized the opportunity to complain about Tang Qingfeng, claiming he had attacked her, causing her to almost suffocate. She vividly described how he "used his mouth to block my mouth" and "then he used his tongue."

Mrs. Tang, initially pleased by the prospect of a match between Abe and Tang Qingfeng, was utterly horrified to realize Abe was accusing her son of molestation or even murder and promptly fainted, much to Abe's surprise. Tang Qingfeng later helped the wounded Xiao Ruyi, who, after some initial reluctance, finally revealed that Martians had attacked her. Tang Qingfeng deduced that Duo Miaomiao's captors were Martians, whose true forms resembled cats.

Xiao Ruyi, struck by the resemblance of these cat-like beings to a cat she once owned (Duo Miaomiao in his cat form), found herself with many unanswered questions. Meanwhile, the Martian prince, having identified Duo Miaomiao as his fated "princess" by an earring—a positioning chip that matched his own—insisted on consummating their marriage. Duo Miaomiao, recalling his crash on Earth and an accidental fusion with a suicidal Martian princess, finally understood his human-to-cat transformations.

He tried to explain that he was male and not their princess, and attempted to remove the earring. However, the prince insisted that Martian princesses are traditionally male before marriage and only become female after officially wedding into the royal family, confirming Duo Miaomiao as his destined consort. To buy time and delay the impending marriage, Duo Miaomiao shrewdly invoked Earth's marriage customs, demanding that the prince first propose to his "mother's family" and present proper betrothal gifts.

Tang Qingfeng, after a year of investigating extraterrestrial beings, noted their proud, strong nature, high civilization, and lack of unprovoked attacks. He theorized that the Martians might be open to negotiation. Xiao Ruyi, however, was consumed by a deep-seated prejudice against "demons" due to a past trauma, vehemently disagreeing with negotiation and recalling the Martians' ruthless attack. She accused Tang Qingfeng of wanting to appease them and stood firm on undertaking a solo rescue mission for Duo Miaomiao.

Tang Qingfeng intervened, urging her to set aside her year-long prejudice and to investigate further before taking rash action that could ignite a war. Despite his pleas, Xiao Ruyi remained convinced that aliens were responsible for her father's death and vowed vengeance, determined to kill all these "demons" for her family and the common people.

Resumo do episódio 17

Tang Qingfeng tried to convince Xiao Ruyi to trust him, assuring her he would bring justice for Xiao Gelao. However, Xiao Ruyi remained defiant, insistent on rescuing Duo Miaomiao alone. She argued that the safety of Datang's people required killing all the "demons," and accused Tang Qingfeng of repeatedly advising the Emperor, which allowed these alien demons to invade, thereby neglecting Datang's well-being.

Tang Qingfeng tried to reason with her, stating that things are not always as they appear and that indiscriminately killing would make her no different from those who harm innocents. He added that if she still believed him, he would ensure justice for her father. Xiao Ruyi retorted that their positions were too different to discuss further and reiterated her resolve to rescue Duo Miaomiao, who had been captured while saving her.

As Tang Qingfeng attempted to physically stop her, he accidentally agitated her existing wound, quickly moving to support her. At that moment, Abe, having learned of Duo Miaomiao's capture, rushed out to seek Tang Qingfeng’s help, but upon seeing him holding Xiao Ruyi, she became visibly jealous, prompting Tang Qingfeng to let go of Xiao Ruyi. Shortly after, a box of betrothal gifts from the Maoqiu people materialized at the entrance of the Lecture Hall.

A messenger announced that the Maoqiu Prince would personally arrive the following day to propose marriage to Duo Miaomiao. Xiao Ruyi immediately moved to follow the Maoqiu people, but Tang Qingfeng intercepted her, preventing Abe from joining the pursuit as well. He then instructed his men to bring the mysterious box inside for examination. After considerable effort, they managed to open the elaborate, "Russian nesting doll"-like container, only to find a single fish and a distress letter from Duo Miaomiao.

In the letter, Duo Miaomiao explained that he had used the pretext of a formal marriage proposal to lure the prince to Earth, urging them to trick the prince into the Lecture Hall for a rescue. Understanding the plan, Tang Qingfeng immediately began preparing for what he called a "Hongmen Banquet."

He then consulted Abe, who informed him that the Maoqiu people were fond of music and dance, enjoyed fish, were known for their stinginess, and had a family emblem symbolizing love and peace. Tang Qingfeng instructed Abe to remain at the Lecture Hall to oversee the preparations, while he departed for another task. Abe, suspicious that he might be going to Xiao Ruyi, directly questioned him.

Tang Qingfeng, amused by her jealousy, kissed her, calling it "interest" and promising to collect the full amount with additional interest once Duo Miaomiao was safely rescued. Tang Qingfeng then returned to his family mansion to look for something. His sister, Tang Qingyun, informed him that Abe had visited earlier to accuse him of disrespectful behavior, causing their mother great distress, who had since secluded herself in the ancestral hall.

Tang Qingfeng hurried to his mother’s side, expressing his apologies for his prolonged absence and recent actions. His mother initially refused to open her door. Tang Qingyun advised him to promise to marry Abe and to return home daily to pay his respects. Upon hearing these assurances, his mother finally responded. Tang Qingfeng inwardly recognized this as a subtle ploy by his family.

Meanwhile, at the Maoqiu camp, the prince expressed his vexation over the "extravagant" betrothal gift of a fish, but his mood soon improved with the thought of marrying Duo Miaomiao and having ten children with his "sturdy" princess. Elsewhere, Duo Miaomiao, still held captive, lamented his predicament and the near loss of his "chastity." Xiao Ruyi appeared, having come to rescue him.

Duo Miaomiao, however, declined her offer, explaining that a premature escape would jeopardize diplomatic relations between Datang and the Maoqiu people. He urged her to leave and assured her he would find an opportune moment to escape the next day. Xiao Ruyi chastised him for showing consideration to the aliens. As they argued, the prince discovered them and attacked Xiao Ruyi. Duo Miaomiao bravely pushed Xiao Ruyi out of the way, taking a direct blow himself.

Enraged by the injury to his beloved, the prince struck Xiao Ruyi, sending her flying. Before the prince could inflict further harm, Duo Miaomiao intervened once more, but his energy quickly waned, leaving him vulnerable to the prince's grasp. Regaining consciousness, Xiao Ruyi swiftly used a cat toy to distract the prince, creating an opportunity for her and Duo Miaomiao to flee. The prince, realizing he had been tricked, immediately dispatched his guards in pursuit.

Back at the Tang Mansion, Tang Qingfeng requested Tang Qingyun to embroider a specific pattern, emphasizing its critical importance, even a matter of life or death, to which she readily agreed. As she worked, they reminisced about their childhood. Tang Qingfeng then solemnly declared that he would marry no one but Abe. Tang Qingyun, pleased by his declaration, then asked him to reconcile with Li Yi and approve of her marriage to him.

Tang Qingfeng became furious, adamantly refusing and forbidding any further mention of Li Yi, which deeply saddened Tang Qingyun. Later, Tang Qingyun's maid, Azalea, delivered the completed embroidery to Tang Qingfeng and pleaded with him to reconsider his stance on Tang Qingyun's marriage, reminding him of her past sacrifices for their father. Tang Qingfeng, however, angrily rebuked Azalea, accusing her of blindly supporting Tang Qingyun and Li Yi, thereby deepening his sister's attachment and causing her greater pain.

Tang Qingyun then confronted her brother, reaffirming her vow to marry only Li Yi or remain unmarried for life. Though heartbroken by his sister's distress, Tang Qingfeng remained resolute. Meanwhile, Xiao Ruyi, exhausted from their escape, was carried by Duo Miaomiao, a gesture that deeply touched her. They found refuge in a small hut, where they discovered several boxes of oranges.

Remembering the Maoqiu people's strong aversion to the fruit, they concealed themselves among the oranges, successfully eluding the prince's pursuing guards. Duo Miaomiao then gently licked Xiao Ruyi's wound, causing her heart to flutter. Noticing her own ring on his hand, Xiao Ruyi realized that Duo Miaomiao was indeed her former pet cat. She pressed him about her father’s death, initially accusing Abe (Tang Qingye's possessed body). Duo Miaomiao, however, revealed that the true culprit was Li Yi.

Xiao Ruyi argued that Li Yi had no motive, to which Duo Miaomiao countered by questioning Abe's motive. He advised Xiao Ruyi to seek verification from Tang Qingfeng. Although still grappling with this revelation, Xiao Ruyi decided to temporarily let go of Duo Miaomiao. At the Lecture Hall, Tang Qingfeng delivered the completed embroidered cat-shaped helmets. Abe, pleased with the "winning weapon," promptly instructed all the students to wear them in anticipation of the prince's arrival.

Unbeknownst to them, Li Yi observed Abe from the shadows, captivated by her unique charm and growing fondness for her. The Maoqiu Prince soon arrived at the Lecture Hall, demanding his "princess" and threatening to lay waste to Datang. Abe promptly signaled for the music to begin, and the students, adorned in their cat helmets, performed a mesmerizing dance. The prince, succumbing to his innate love for song and dance, enthusiastically joined in, momentarily forgetting his mission.

However, the students soon grew weary and stopped dancing. The prince, still in a frenzy, demanded Duo Miaomiao. When Duo Miaomiao did not appear, the prince threatened to destroy the Lecture Hall and the entire Datang with his spaceship. Just as the situation escalated to a crisis point, Duo Miaomiao dramatically entered, halting the impending conflict. He declared to the prince that he would not return to the Maoqiu planet, as he had found his true love. To the astonishment of everyone present, Duo Miaomiao then embraced and publicly kissed Xiao Ruyi, sealing his declaration of love.

Heartbroken to see Duo Miaomiao with someone else, the Prince watched as Duo Miaomiao deepened a kiss with Xiao Ruyi, feigning mutual love and claiming it was a necessary act to protect Datang's safety. Xiao Ruyi, delighted by the situation, embraced it. Duo Miaomiao even declared he would rather die if the Prince insisted on breaking them apart. The Prince couldn't fathom how his Princess could betray him for an "Earth monkey."

Tang Qingfeng intervened, explaining that anything was possible in love and sharing his own story of waiting for his alien lover, Abe, to remember him. Tang Qingfeng stated that he himself once doubted eternal love until Abe appeared, and her departure made him realize that feelings transcend boundaries. He believed that everything that happened before wouldn't be forgotten, just temporarily unremembered, and he would wait until she recalled it all.

Moved by these heartfelt declarations, the Prince decided to let go of Duo Miaomiao. Before leaving Earth, he left Duo Miaomiao a space shuttle, with a program set for a direct flight from Earth to Maoqiu Star, inviting Duo Miaomiao to visit anytime and assuring him his doors were always open.

After the Prince's departure, Abe, in a moment of relief, reflected on how close she was to being forced into marriage as a "Princess" and potentially having "babies" with a Maoqiu alien. She acknowledged the successful resolution of the interstellar dispute, which prevented her and Duo Miaomiao from being jailed by their Governor. Their celebration was cut short when Xiao Ruyi confronted Abe, accusing her of being her father's killer.

Abe, in turn, angrily confronted Duo Miaomiao for what she perceived as a betrayal, but Duo Miaomiao quickly defended Abe, asserting her innocence. Abe then made it clear to Xiao Ruyi that she was not a demoness and that Duo Miaomiao was "her man," attempting to leave. Xiao Ruyi, however, demanded proof, stating that if the true killer was someone else, they should provide evidence.

Duo Miaomiao then explicitly stated that he was at the scene and witnessed Li Yi killing Xiao Ruyi's father, along with an old woman and a grandson. Abe confirmed Duo Miaomiao's account, saying she too wished it wasn't true, but Li Yi was indeed the killer. Tang Qingfeng then presented Li Yi's personal sachet, found at the crime scene, as proof of Li Yi's presence. He argued that if Li Yi wasn't involved, he wouldn't have kept silent.

Tang Qingfeng promised Xiao Ruyi that he would find justice for her father, causing Xiao Ruyi to temporarily set aside her revenge. Unbeknownst to them, Xiao Zhihe overheard their entire conversation and secretly vowed to seek revenge on Li Yi. Later, Tang Qingfeng confronted Abe, pulling her away and acknowledging her true identity. He expressed his regret for having harmed her in the past and asked what he could do to earn her forgiveness.

Abe, still resentful, declared she would never forgive him, but also felt her heart race due to his words, prompting her to find an excuse to escape his grasp. Meanwhile, Xiao Ruyi tended to Duo Miaomiao's injuries, asking if he was still angry and if his wounds still hurt, signaling their growing closeness.

In a private conversation, Taifu urged Li Yi to quickly secure Abe's place in the harem, even suggesting that if Tang Qingyun posed a problem, he "had his ways" of dealing with her. Li Yi, however, expressed his reluctance to harm any more innocent people. The Taifu then shockingly revealed that he had ordered the assassination of Tang Qingye in the past, eliminating anyone who stood in Li Yi's path to the throne.

This confession deeply angered and distressed Li Yi, who then knelt before his mother's memorial tablet, lamenting the innocent lives lost because of his ambition, including Tang Qingye, his beloved. He confessed his ignorance of Taifu's actions and questioned the worth of the throne if he couldn't protect his loved ones. He also admitted that Xiao Ge's death was unintentional but necessary because Xiao Ge knew too much.

At that moment, Xiao Zhihe burst into the room, having used a stolen pass to enter. Li Yi threatened him with a death sentence for trespassing. Xiao Zhihe defiantly countered by exposing Li Yi's secret memorial service, which was a grave offense, and demanded to know who killed his father. As the tension escalated, Li Yi drew a hidden weapon to silence Xiao Zhihe. Xiao Ruyi and Li Fu arrived just in time to intervene.

Li Fu smoothly diffused the situation, suggesting that since both parties had committed offenses, it was best to let the matter drop to avoid further complications with the Emperor. He then claimed that Xiao Ruyi and Xiao Zhihe were summoned to discuss the Emperor's birthday banquet. Li Yi, cornered, agreed to dismiss the incident and let them go. Outside, Xiao Ruyi thanked Li Fu for his intervention. Li Fu then inquired about Xiao Zhihe's reason for entering the palace.

Xiao Zhihe angrily questioned his sister for preventing him from getting answers about their father's death. Fearing her brother would cause more trouble, Xiao Ruyi hit and scolded him, ordering him to stay put. As Xiao Zhihe left in a huff, Li Fu pondered whether Xiao Ge's death held a deeper secret. Tang Qingyun, visiting Abe's chambers, stumbled upon a name list in Abe's possession, with Tang Qingfeng's name conspicuously crossed out in red.

Misinterpreting this as a threat to her brother, Tang Qingyun presented the list to the Empress. The Empress, already suspicious of Nanzhao and its "unfortunate" connections, immediately deemed it witchcraft intended to disrupt the court. She summoned Abe and ordered her torture to extract a confession. Despite Abe's protests that it was merely a list reflecting her annoyance with Tang Qingfeng for a past humiliation, the Empress ordered more severe punishment.

Witnessing Abe's suffering, Tang Qingyun, feeling guilty, knelt and pleaded for mercy. However, Abe, realizing Tang Qingyun had caused this predicament, angrily blamed her. The Empress then further fueled Tang Qingyun's guilt by warning her that Abe would not be grateful but would instead seek revenge, advising her to eliminate Abe entirely to avoid future trouble. This made Tang Qingyun feel deeply regretful.

Just as Abe was about to suffer further, Li Yi arrived and forcefully intervened, preventing the Empress from continuing her private torture. He challenged the Empress's authority to use such methods in the palace and threatened to report her to the Emperor. Li Yi then escorted Abe out, much to Tang Qingyun's jealousy. Abe, however, was annoyed by Li Yi's persistence, as he continued to follow her despite her desire to return alone.

Seeking refuge and a solution, Abe went to the Lecture Hall and asked Tang Qingfeng to deal with Li Yi. Tang Qingfeng calmly dismissed Li Yi, who then left. Tang Qingfeng then presented Abe with a specially prepared dish of braised pork, which he had learned to cook just for her. Abe was touched, praising it as the best braised pork she had ever tasted. She then asked Tang Qingfeng if he would ever doubt her again.

He swore an oath, promising to believe every word she said and every action she took. Reassured, Abe finally forgave him. Abe then confided in Tang Qingfeng, revealing that his adoptive father, Tang Jizhong, was not his real father; his true father was the Emperor. She explained that Li Yi had murdered Xiao Ge because Xiao Ge discovered this secret and Li Yi feared Tang Qingfeng would contend for the Crown Prince position.

Tang Qingfeng confirmed that he was already aware of his true parentage and had no desire for the throne, preferring to focus on stabilizing the current court. He advised caution, noting Li Yi's power and the widespread implications of exposing the truth without concrete evidence, and also that Abe's identity could not be exposed. Meanwhile, Yao Luoguli, the National Master, informed Li Fu that the magnificent Tongtian Tower, symbolizing Datang's prosperity, would be completed within three days.

He then suggested using the upcoming Imperial birthday as an opportunity to undermine Li Yi's position. The National Master proposed leveraging Xiao Zhihe's intense hatred for Li Yi as a "knife to kill with," a plan Li Fu readily accepted. However, unbeknownst to them, Xiao Ruyi had already bound Xiao Zhihe to prevent him from taking any rash actions that might jeopardize their family.

News then spread that the Emperor had decreed a marriage selection ceremony for Abe, where she would choose a husband from among the Princes. Tang Qingfeng, upon hearing this, rushed to the palace to speak with the Emperor. Abe was also distressed by the news, having initially misunderstood the term "marriage selection" as merely finding a bodyguard. Duo Miaomiao quickly clarified that it meant finding a spouse, and Tang Qingfeng was not among the eligible Princes.

Desperate, Abe went to Tang Qingfeng for help. Tang Qingfeng, having already tried to persuade the Emperor by winning a game of mahjong and requesting to join the selection (which the Emperor denied, citing the imperial decree and rejecting his distant family relation as a valid reason), told Abe that he had done all he could. He suggested that perhaps it was fate and wished her well in finding a suitable husband. Frustrated by his seemingly indifferent attitude, Abe angrily declared that if he wouldn't act, she would indeed find someone else to marry.

Abe, despite outwardly appearing nonchalant, secretly yearned for Tang Qingfeng's presence at her wedding ceremony. She expressed her fear that he might not come to witness her selection of a consort. Just as the Emperor was about to declare the ceremony open, Tang Qingfeng made a timely entrance. The Emperor, remembering a previous mahjong game where Tang Qingfeng had allowed him to win, made an exception.

He acknowledged Tang Qingfeng's and his father's immense contributions to the Great Tang and his own paternal affection for Tang Qingfeng, granting him the special status of a "half-prince" to participate. Abe delightedly told Tang Qingfeng that she had been waiting for him. Duo Miaomiao, speaking on Abe's behalf, announced the three challenges for the wedding ceremony, which Abe herself had devised.

The first round, a test of physical strength called "Chest Broken Stone," quickly eliminated most contenders, leaving only Tang Qingfeng, Prince Li Yi, and Prince Li Fu. The second round, a speed test requiring participants to separate red and green beans, resulted in Li Fu's elimination, who accused Tang Qingfeng of cheating, calling him a "real monster." The final round was an endurance challenge: consuming a dish of "braised pork" personally prepared by Abe.

After Li Yi struggled, Tang Qingfeng was the only contender remaining. Abe, ecstatic, announced Tang Qingfeng as her chosen consort and praised his eating skills, promising to cook for him again. Li Yi was furious, accusing Tang Qingfeng of deliberate actions and vowing to reclaim Abe. Ji Taifu intervened, counseling Li Yi against impetuous revenge and urging him to consider long-term strategies.

He then presented the recovered "Songhetu" (Pine Crane painting), which Li Yi planned to offer as a birthday gift to the Emperor. Li Yi instructed Ji Taifu to store it safely until the imperial banquet. Meanwhile, in his confinement, Xiao Zhihe desperately tried to convince his guards to release him. Yao Luoguli, the Prince of Beidi, appeared, setting Xiao Zhihe free and offering assistance in his quest for vengeance against Li Yi.

Yao Luoguli informed Xiao Zhihe that Li Yi intended to present the Emperor with the "Songhetu," an authentic work of Emperor Taizu, and suggested that tampering with this gift would lead to Li Yi's downfall. Under Yao Luoguli's influence, a disoriented Xiao Zhihe secretly replaced the painting in the storeroom. Later, Li Yi made a quick inspection of the painting, noticing no irregularities, and ordered it to be guarded.

Separately, Tang Qingyun presented Li Yi with a delicate embroidery, hoping to offer it as a joint birthday gift to the Emperor. Li Yi, however, still resented Tang Qingyun's earlier false accusation against Abe and coldly rejected her offer. Heartbroken, Tang Qingyun confessed her unyielding devotion, but Li Yi adamantly stated that Tang Qingye was irreplaceable and that Tang Qingyun could never fill her place.

In the courtyard, Abe painstakingly attempted to sprout the "stone seed" Tang Qingfeng had given her, determined to make it grow. Duo Miaomiao reminded her of her crucial mission from Duo Star, but Abe, seemingly engrossed in her task, admitted her focus had shifted towards Tang Qingfeng. Shortly after, Tang Qingfeng arrived, announcing himself as Abe's rightful consort and escorting her to the Emperor's birthday banquet. He offered his arm, which Abe happily accepted, intertwining with him.

At the banquet, a wave of astonishment swept through the attendees as Yao Luoguli, the Prince of Beidi, entered in the capacity of the new National Master. The Emperor quickly pacified the shocked assembly, explaining that Yao Luoguli had pledged his allegiance to the Great Tang. Despite the Emperor's words, Abe felt an unease about Yao Luoguli.

Li Fu initiated the gift presentations by offering the Emperor the magnificent Tongtian Pagoda, which he claimed symbolized the enduring prosperity of the Great Tang. The Emperor was pleased, though Tang Qingfeng was heard muttering that such a project was merely a waste of resources. Li Fu then shrewdly prompted Li Yi to present his own gift, implying its uniqueness.

Unaware of the painting switch, Li Yi proudly presented what he believed to be the "Songhetu," the treasured artwork of Emperor Taizu. To the shock of all, it unfurled to reveal a portrait of Imperial Concubine An, a figure whose memory was a source of deep and painful grief for the Emperor. Both the Emperor and Empress were enraged, and the Emperor swiftly ordered Li Yi's confinement to the Eastern Palace, forbidding him from leaving without his explicit permission.

Amidst the chaos, Abe observed Xiao Zhihe's agitated demeanor and approached him with concern, but he insisted he was fine. Ji Taifu appealed to the Empress on Li Yi's behalf, suggesting that the painting substitution was a frame-up. However, the Empress, deeply wounded by what she perceived as a direct accusation related to Imperial Concubine An's demise, refused to be swayed. Following Ji Taifu's departure, Li Fu arrived, feigning sympathy for the Empress.

He subtly fueled her anger by revealing that Li Yi had secretly erected a private memorial for his deceased birth mother within the Eastern Palace. This disclosure, coupled with the Empress's guilt over her past actions concerning Li Yi's birth mother, irrevocably severed her bond with Li Yi, much to Li Fu's quiet satisfaction. A palace maid warned Abe that Li Yi's house arrest was a grave matter, potentially jeopardizing his position as Crown Prince.

She elaborated on the severity of presenting Imperial Concubine An's portrait, a forbidden topic due to the Emperor's profound sorrow. Abe, realizing Li Yi wouldn't have made such an obvious mistake, suspected foul play. Meanwhile, Ji Taifu informed Li Yi that he had lost the Empress's support and was certainly being targeted by a cunning mastermind.

In the imperial chambers, the Emperor, weighing the possibility of deposing the Crown Prince, was interrupted by the return of General Tang Jizhong from Longyou. General Tang Jizhong, praising the Emperor's foresight, assured him that such a drastic measure was a way to protect Li Yi from the inevitable, bloody conflicts among the princes. Overwhelmed by emotion and stress, the Emperor suddenly fainted. Separately, Abe, weary of mundane "palace fights," sensed a malevolent, extraterrestrial influence at work.

She identified Yao Luoguli, the National Master, as the most suspicious individual, noting his inexplicable composure during the painting scandal. She also suspected Xiao Zhihe's involvement. Duo Miaomiao, hearing Abe's suspicions, urged her to capture Xiao Zhihe for interrogation. Tang Qingfeng confronted Xiao Zhihe about his unusual behavior at the banquet. Xiao Zhihe, distressed, confessed that Yao Luoguli had incited him to seek revenge on Li Yi by manipulating him into tampering with the painting.

However, he admitted that his memory of the actual act of switching the artwork was hazy. Tang Qingfeng vowed to conduct a thorough investigation. Just then, Abe burst in, shouting for Xiao Zhihe to run. Misinterpreting Tang Qingfeng's intentions, she asserted her duty as Xiao Zhihe's "Shimu" (teacher's wife) to protect him, insisting that letting him go now was the most dangerous course of action without proper evidence.

Tang Qingfeng clarified his intent was to investigate cautiously, not to hand him over, which relieved Abe, and they agreed to strategize together. Back in the imperial chambers, the Emperor regained consciousness, murmuring Imperial Concubine An's name. After ordering General Tang Jizhong to rigorously investigate the instigator of the disrespectful gift, emphasizing his intolerance for fratricidal conflicts, he fainted once more.

Abe, Tang Qingfeng, and Xiao Zhihe collectively analyzed the painting incident, quickly concluding that Li Fu was the primary beneficiary and had orchestrated a "borrowing a knife to kill" scheme. Abe strongly asserted that an extraterrestrial entity must be guiding Li Fu, as such elaborate cunning and the ability to bewitch Xiao Zhihe pointed to non-human intelligence. Tang Qingfeng found her deduction logical. When Xiao Zhihe asked about their next move, Abe, with a startling directness, declared their immediate plan was to bind him, which surprised both Tang Qingfeng and Xiao Zhihe.

Tang Qingyun, disguised as a palace maid, visited Li Yi in Donggong, bringing him red bean osmanthus soup. Li Yi immediately recognized her, thanking her and noting that only she would dare to visit him with Donggong under heavy guard. Tang Qingyun, referring to herself as Yun'er, pledged her unwavering support and companionship, but Li Yi remained unmoved.

Later, Tang Qingyun bravely confessed to the Emperor, claiming she swapped the birthday painting out of love-driven hatred for Li Yi, hoping to frame him. The Emperor was furious, reminding her that deceiving him was unforgivable. However, Tang Qingfeng arrived just in time. He reported that his investigation revealed Xiao Zhihe was the true culprit behind the swapped painting, a fact confirmed by a military guard.

Tang Qingfeng then defended his sister, stating that she was young and spoke recklessly but had no intention to deceive. The Emperor, swayed by Tang Qingfeng's sincerity and Tang Qingyun's supposed care for his son, forgave her and ordered Tang Qingfeng to arrest Xiao Zhihe to uncover the truth. Meanwhile, Li Fu expressed concern to Yao Luoguli that Tang Qingfeng's investigation of Xiao Zhihe might lead back to him.

Yao Luoguli dismissed Xiao Zhihe as a mere scapegoat and assured Li Fu that they still held the advantage. He encouraged Li Fu to not just aim for the Crown Prince's position, but to seize the throne itself. When Li Fu showed reluctance to harm his father, the Emperor, Yao Luoguli produced a mask, which he used to control Li Fu, filling his mind with the desire for power.

Yao Luoguli then outlined a plan: they would make the Emperor sick and incapacitated, allowing Li Fu to issue an imperial edict abolishing the Crown Prince and thus assume control of the country. Tang Qingfeng later rebuked Tang Qingyun for her reckless actions, reminding her that deceiving the Emperor carried a death penalty and urging her to give up on Li Yi.

Tang Qingyun, however, tearfully explained that she acted out of urgency to save "Brother Yi" and would do anything for him. Tang General also intervened, scolding his daughter for her foolishness and emphasizing that the Tang family could not afford to be embroiled in palace disputes. Yet, Tang Qingyun remained steadfast, proclaiming her sincere love for Li Yi and vowing to marry no one else, regardless of his feelings for her.

Both Tang Qingfeng and Tang General were heartbroken by her devotion. While Tang Qingfeng was having a heartfelt conversation with his father about their family's past and the current political turmoil, Yao Luoguli rescued Xiao Zhihe from where he was being held, mocking Tang Qingfeng for abandoning his "apprentice." Meanwhile, Abe's locator, which tracked alien activity, suddenly activated. She rushed to Tang Qingfeng, calling his name urgently, and dragged him away.

Tang General, witnessing Abe's presence, was stunned by her striking resemblance to his deceased daughter, Tang Qingye. Li Fu gathered his subordinates, who pledged their loyalty and support for his ascension to the throne. He detailed his plan for a palace coup, explaining that a smoke signal from inside the palace would indicate the success or failure of their initial move.

He specified that a white smoke meant success and they could enter, while black smoke indicated failure, but they would still proceed with an invasion as Yao Luoguli had arranged for his people to be positioned inside and outside the palace. Li Fu strictly ordered his men not to harm the Emperor, only to seize power.

Yao Luoguli further assured Li Fu that Xiao Zhihe would serve as the scapegoat for poisoning the Emperor, and once secretly eliminated, Li Fu would be free from worry. Yao Luoguli continued to manipulate Xiao Zhihe, who was grateful for being rescued from potential imprisonment. Yao Luoguli instructed Xiao Zhihe that today would be Li Yi's "death day."

Xiao Zhihe questioned Yao Luoguli's motives, who chillingly stated they were simply "taking what they needed" – Xiao Zhihe seeking revenge, and Yao Luoguli killing his own targets, implying the Emperor and Li Yi would soon die. Upon realizing Yao Luoguli intended to murder the Emperor and not just frame Li Yi, Xiao Zhihe vehemently protested, stating he only wanted revenge on Li Yi, not to harm the Emperor. He accused Yao Luoguli of rebellion and questioned his true identity.

An intense struggle ensued, during which Yao Luoguli easily overpowered Xiao Zhihe with strange force, declaring that the plan was almost complete with just a scapegoat needed. Following the locator, Abe and Tang Qingfeng arrived just as Yao Luoguli was about to harm Xiao Zhihe. Tang Qingfeng immediately confronted Yao Luoguli, accusing him of being the mastermind behind the swapped painting and demanding to know his true intentions.

Yao Luoguli, unfazed, declared it was time to settle old and new scores. Tang Qingfeng then used his gouyu to attack Yao Luoguli, who struggled and cried out as he was consumed and turned into ash. As Yao Luoguli disintegrated, Abe witnessed a distinct entity, Zero, escape from his body, leading her to understand the deeper conspiracy at play.

Xiao Zhihe urgently warned Tang Qingfeng and Abe that the Emperor was in danger, prompting them to rush back to the Imperial Palace. At that moment, Li Fu's henchmen, disguised as eunuchs, presented a poisoned medicinal soup to the Emperor. Just as the Emperor was about to drink it, Li Yi intervened, warning his father that the medicine was poisonous. He subdued the disguised eunuch, who, before dying, released a black smoke signal.

Receiving this signal, Li Fu led his forces into the palace, surrounding the Emperor and his loyalists in Yangxin Hall. Li Yi, understanding the black smoke was a prearranged signal for rebellion, ordered the Emperor to be moved to safety. Li Fu stopped the Emperor from leaving, openly rebelling and demanding the throne. He boasted that his men controlled the entire palace.

Li Yi fiercely condemned Li Fu for his treachery and for attempting to harm their father, vowing to "clean up the portal" on the Emperor's behalf. Just as the tension escalated, Tang Qingfeng arrived, apologizing for his delay. The Emperor immediately ordered him to subdue the rebellious Li Fu. Li Fu scoffed at Tang Qingfeng's presence and ordered his troops to attack.

However, Xiao Ruyi arrived with reinforcements, stating that Li Fu had falsely issued orders to seal the palace, but she and General Tang had arrived in time. Together, Tang Qingfeng and Xiao Ruyi managed to subdue Li Fu and his rebel soldiers. Abe approached Li Fu, taunting him for his failed rebellion and subtly signaling him to take her hostage as a means of escape. Li Fu understood and immediately seized her, threatening to kill her if anyone moved.

Tang Qingfeng, seeing this, ordered Xiao Ruyi to stay and protect the Emperor, while he alone pursued Abe and Li Fu. In a secluded hut, Abe confronted Li Fu, ridiculing his naivety and revealing that he had been manipulated by Yao Luoguli, who was actually Zero in disguise. She claimed only she could save him, but in return, he had to divulge the secrets of the Tongtian Tower.

Desperate to save himself, Li Fu began to explain that the tower, though ordinary, had been transformed by the "National Teacher" and contained many strange things he hadn't fully understood. Suddenly, Zero appeared, confirming his identity to Abe and then attacked her, choking her. Terrified by Zero's appearance, Li Fu seized the opportunity to escape. Tang Qingfeng arrived just as Zero was interrogating Abe for the location of the eye of the universe and attempting to kill her.

Tang Qingfeng intervened, and in the ensuing struggle, both he and Abe fell unconscious. When they awoke, they were relieved to find each other safe. Tang Qingfeng questioned Abe about Zero and Li Fu, learning that Zero was a space pirate who had been parasitic on Yao Luoguli and had manipulated Li Fu.

Realizing a larger conspiracy was at play, Tang Qingfeng decided that Li Fu held crucial information and could not die yet, despite the Emperor's order for his immediate execution. He instructed his subordinate to protect Abe, forbidding her from following him into further danger, and then went alone in pursuit of Li Fu. Tang Qingfeng found Li Yi confronting Li Fu. Li Fu, facing defeat, claimed he had allowed Li Yi to seize the throne.

Li Yi, however, revealed his sinister plot: he confessed that he had intentionally sent Yao Luoguli (the "National Teacher") to Li Fu, manipulating him with promises of the throne and even orchestrating the swapped painting at the Emperor's birthday banquet. Li Yi declared that only he was destined to be Emperor, not Li Fu. Li Fu, terrified by Li Yi's cold calculation, begged for his life, appealing to their brotherhood.

Li Yi hesitated, showing a flicker of compassion, but Zero, who had seemingly possessed Li Yi, quickly took over and mercilessly killed Li Fu. After the act, Zero instructed Li Yi to meet him at the Tongtian Tower. Once Li Yi regained control, he showed remorse over Li Fu's lifeless body. Tang Qingfeng witnessed this chilling scene. Li Yi then coldly ordered Tang Qingfeng to take Li Fu's body back, cementing Tang Qingfeng's disappointment in Li Yi's ruthless transformation.

At the Tongtian Tower, Zero showed Li Yi a vision of the vast universe and predicted the downfall of the Datang Dynasty within a century. Li Yi, refusing to accept this fate, declared his ambition to unify the world and secure Datang's eternal prosperity, no matter the cost. Zero confirmed that if Li Yi could acquire the eye of the universe, all his desires for supreme power would be fulfilled.

Knowing Zero was injured, Li Yi provided numerous captured alien creatures for Zero to absorb energy, promising a continuous supply. They then forged a pact: Li Yi would help Zero obtain the eye of the universe, and in return, Zero would help Li Yi gain Abe's affection and control of the world.

Xiao Zhihe confessed his wrongdoings to the Emperor, explaining that he was driven by a desire for revenge for his deceased father and was bewitched by Yao Luoguli (the new National Teacher), who was connected to alien forces. Tang Qingfeng vouched for Xiao Zhihe, stating he was not acting of his own free will, and requested that Xiao Zhihe be allowed to serve under him to investigate the rebellion.

The Emperor, acknowledging Tang Qingfeng's plea, granted Xiao Zhihe a chance to atone for his crimes by assisting in the investigation. Suffering from a prolonged illness due to the pain of losing his son, the Emperor summoned his ministers and, with a weak voice, appointed Li Yi as regent to oversee all governmental affairs, instructing them to provide full assistance. The ministers unanimously accepted.

Ji Le was troubled by her inability to find the energy source needed to safely return the eye of the universe to Duoxing before the upcoming Seven Stars Alignment. Duan Fei questioned why Ji Le had sent Abe on this mission, knowing her feelings for Tang Qingfeng. Ji Le revealed that she saw it as an opportunity for the two to reconcile, a realization that amused Duan Fei.

Later, Ji Le communicated with Abe, who reported her significant discovery: Zero was in Chang'an, possessing Earthlings and moving among the princes, with unknown motives. Ji Le, greatly alarmed by this news, urgently instructed Abe to accelerate her search for the energy source before Zero could find it. Just as Abe was asking Ji Le for reinforcements to combat Zero, their communication abruptly cut off due to interference.

Ji Le's subordinate reported that a large force of Datang royal soldiers was attacking Xingzu Village. Ji Le, realizing the gravity of the situation, went to confront the invaders, sensing that the impending Seven Stars Alignment was connected to this attack. However, Zero ambushed and killed Ji Le. With Ji Le eliminated, Zero entrusted the eye of the universe to Li Yi for safekeeping, indicating a shift in their alliance's dynamic.

Abe, holding a stone seed, lamented its failure to sprout. Tang Qingfeng approached her, stating that the stone seed would never sprout. Seeing Tang Qingfeng, Abe immediately expressed her worry for his safety, chastising him for being reckless and self-righteous, reminding him he was just an ordinary person who couldn't carelessly enter dangerous places. Tang Qingfeng was amused by her concern, jokingly suggesting he should keep her by his side always, to which Abe readily agreed.

She then inquired about Li Fu's fate. Tang Qingfeng informed her that Li Fu had been killed, adding that he deserved his end for being swayed by greed and evil thoughts. Abe explained that Zero's Celestial Tower project was suspicious, meant to collect massive amounts of resentment and desires for sustenance. Tang Qingfeng recalled the recent strange deaths of people from the alien race in the alien village, realizing they were in danger, and rushed to investigate.

Meanwhile, Li Yi stationed guards day and night around the Emperor's Yangxin Hall, preventing anyone from visiting, including the Empress. When the Empress tried to inspect medicine being sent to the Emperor, Li Yi blocked her, curtly telling her to return to her palace for her own safety, showcasing his blatant disrespect and ambition. Taifu Ji advised Li Yi not to be too aggressive now that he was close to the throne.

He also questioned how Li Yi knew about the poisoning of the Emperor and how he rescued the Princess from King Qi. Li Yi threatened Taifu Ji, warning him not to ask too many questions, which left the Taifu deeply suspicious. Tang Qingfeng and Abe arrived at the alien village to find it deserted.

Abe deduced that Zero had already begun his plans and they needed to quickly locate the core of the Eye of the Universe to prevent global catastrophe. She explained that the Eye possessed immense power to control other planets, but required its core energy source to be activated. Xiao Zhihe then arrived to report that the escaping alien villagers claimed they were arrested by Datang soldiers.

Both Tang Qingfeng and Abe found this puzzling, especially given the clear energy residue left by Zero. They suspected Zero was impersonating Datang forces and decided to investigate the Celestial Tower for clues. Inside the Celestial Tower, Zero and Li Yi prepared to activate the Eye of the Universe, but were shocked to discover its core energy source was missing. Guided by strong electric waves, Tang Qingfeng and Abe stealthily made their way through the tower, dodging numerous traps.

Abe, sensing many of her own kind inside, was eager to rush in, but Tang Qingfeng urged caution, reminding her that Zero would be on guard. He skillfully deactivated the mechanisms. Zero, sensing their presence, convinced Li Yi to seize the opportunity to eliminate Tang Qingfeng, calling him a threat to Datang and a rival for Abe's affections. Li Yi, swayed by Zero's words, activated an arrow array. Tang Qingfeng took an arrow directly to the heart.

Abe quickly rushed him away. Li Yi, upon hearing Abe's voice outside, deactivated the array, allowing her time to escape. Back at their hideout, neither Abe nor Duo Miaomiao could save Tang Qingfeng. Duo Miaomiao had found a space shuttle left by the Maoqiuxing Prince, programmed for a one-way trip to Maoqiuxing. Realizing their limitations, Abe frantically rushed to the palace to fetch a royal physician, eating braised pork to increase her speed.

Despite her efforts, the physician declared Tang Qingfeng dead due to the arrow hitting his heart and severe blood loss. Abe was devastated, refusing to believe it. She rushed back to Tang Qingfeng, pleading with him to wake up, promising never to make him angry, to listen to him, and to give up her revenge if he would just return. Remembering how his kisses always made her heart race, she desperately kissed him, hoping to revive his heartbeat.

At that moment, Tang Qingfeng's consciousness entered a blank space. There, Bai Yu, who was the energy source personified, told him he had died, which Tang Qingfeng found hard to accept. Sensing Abe's despair, Tang Qingfeng yearned to return to her, but Bai Yu regretfully said it would be difficult. Li Yi, upon receiving news of Tang Qingfeng's death, was pleased.

He ordered all urgent documents related to Nanzhao to be intercepted and brought to him, warning his eunuch about the consequences of any leaks. Taifu Ji confronted Li Yi about an urgent Nanzhao document, inquiring about the situation. Li Yi falsely claimed a Nanzhao rebellion and that he had already sent troops to suppress it. Taifu Ji expressed shock that no one in court knew of such a significant event, especially with the upcoming marriage alliance with Nanzhao.

Li Yi, now acting with unchecked authority, dismissed the Taifu, telling him he had his own plans. Abe, heartbroken, recalled her sweet memories with Tang Qingfeng. Li Yi tried to console her and win her over, but Abe was cold, telling him he wasn't even worthy of comparison to Tang Qingfeng. She even stated that if Tang Qingfeng hadn't made her abandon her revenge, she would kill Li Yi now.

Enraged and suspicious of Abe's true identity, Li Yi secretly vowed to make her marry him willingly. Later, Abe cried over the stone seed Tang Qingfeng had given her, calling him a liar for saying it would bloom and promising never to leave her. As her tears fell on the stone, it rapidly grew into a large tree.

Abe turned to see Tang Qingfeng walking towards her, and they shared a loving embrace and kiss under the tree, both shedding tears of joy. Meanwhile, Zero acknowledged that only the Jile clan knew the location of the energy source, but Jile had vanished since the Eye of the Universe was acquired. Li Yi promised to find the energy source quickly, believing it would grant him ultimate power and make Abe his Empress.

Duo Miaomiao expressed concern about being unable to contact Jile. Abe, however, was more focused on feeding Tang Qingfeng various supplements, seemingly unconcerned. Tang Qingfeng remembered that the alien villagers were reportedly captured by Datang soldiers and suspected Zero had infiltrated the palace again. Duo Miaomiao offered to investigate the Celestial Tower. Abe readily agreed, but when Tang Qingfeng suggested going with him, Abe vehemently forbade him, prompting Duo Miaomiao to comment on her favoritism.

Tang Qingfeng asked Abe if she missed Duoxing, and Abe affirmed her love for him, saying she only wished to remain by his side. Tang Qingfeng was deeply moved. Abe then asked how he had returned from the dead. Tang Qingfeng explained that Bai Yu had saved him from the blank world by transferring all of her life's energy to him, healing his heart and allowing him to revive. He added that Bai Yu must be connected to his gouyu, as the artifact had lost its luster after his revival.

Tang Qingfeng recounted how Bai Yu had saved his life, explaining that his gouyu, which had been with him since childhood and always protected him in times of danger, lost its luster after Bai Yu's intervention. He told Abe that the gouyu and Bai Yu shared an inexplicable connection. When Abe expressed concern about him mentioning death, Tang Qingfeng offered to give her the gouyu as a symbol of his presence and protection, even if he were gone.

Meanwhile, General Tang bravely reported to the Emperor about the Nanzhao refugees streaming into Chang'an, criticizing Li Yi's growing control over the court. He explained that many memorials were being withheld by Li Yi, and ministers were blocked from approaching the Emperor. Enraged, the Emperor ordered General Tang to secretly investigate the Nanzhao situation. Suddenly, Duan Fei appeared, attempting to assassinate the Emperor. General Tang intervened, engaging Duan Fei in a fierce fight.

Li Yi, observing from outside the chamber, showed no concern for the Emperor's life. Xiao Ruyi arrived with her troops, apprehending Duan Fei. Li Yi then stepped in, feigning a delayed rescue, striking Duan Fei before having him taken away. The Emperor demanded to know Duan Fei's motive. Duan Fei angrily accused the Emperor of being responsible for the deaths of Princess An Yue, whom he served, and Ji Le, his beloved, vowing revenge.

This revelation shocked both General Tang and Xiao Ruyi. The Emperor questioned Li Yi about Nanzhao, to which Li Yi claimed it was a rebellion by Ji Le's clan and that he had already sent troops to suppress it. Li Yi then escorted Duan Fei away. General Tang and Xiao Ruyi discussed the suspicious events, concluding that both the Nanzhao incident and Li Yi's actions were unusual, and they resolved to investigate privately.

Tang Qingfeng visited Duan Fei in prison, who told him that the Tang army had massacred Xingzu village and expressed deep hatred for the Tang Dynasty. Tang Qingfeng, believing there was a greater conspiracy given the Emperor's long illness and Li Yi's control, promised to uncover the truth and bring justice to Duan Fei and Ji Le.

Duan Fei then revealed that Ji Le was alive, seriously injured, and hidden in Yixing village in Chang'an, and warned Tang Qingfeng about an evil force he sensed within Li Yi during their confrontation. Separately, Xiang Er reported the palace turmoil to Abe. Before Abe could seek out the Emperor for answers, Ji Le's people captured them.

Ji Le interrogated Abe, suspecting her of betraying Nanzhao and leaking information about the eye of the universe, which led to Zero's invasion of Xingzu village. Abe, surprised, earnestly denied any betrayal and swore an oath to prove her innocence, eventually convincing Ji Le. Abe informed Ji Le that Zero was nearby and that Duan Fei had been captured, offering to help rescue him. Despite her feigned indifference, Ji Le was deeply worried about Duan Fei.

The Duo Star Governor, learning about the eye of the universe incident, issued an ultimatum to Duo Miaomiao: if the energy source was not found soon, Earth would be destroyed to prevent Zero from obtaining it, leaving Duo Miaomiao and Abe permanently stranded. Duo Miaomiao became agitated.

Meanwhile, Li Yi consolidated his power, seizing Xiao Ruyi's military command and replacing all palace and city guards with his own loyalists, including Guo Fengyi, leaving Xiao Ruyi feeling powerless and frustrated by Li Yi's cunning. Duo Miaomiao urgently sought Xiao Ruyi's help, explaining the impending destruction of Earth. Ji Le gave Abe a detector to find the energy source.

The device suddenly reacted strongly, leading Ji Le to suspect an attack by Zero, but it was Tang Qingfeng who appeared. Abe, realizing Tang Qingfeng was the source of the energy signature, quickly pulled him aside, stating she had something to discuss with him. Ji Le pondered the detector's unusual reaction, concluding that Tang Qingfeng possessed a unique quality.

Leveraging Duan Fei's capture to lure Ji Le out, Li Yi then intentionally leaked Ji Le's location to Zero, intending for Zero to confront her. Abe expressed her deep attachment to Tang Qingfeng, who tried to cheer her up by joking about her mischievous behavior. Xiang Er then found them, reporting that Ji Le had sent her with news that Li Yi had taken complete control of Chang'an.

Tang Qingfeng immediately wanted to return to the city, but Abe, fearing for his safety, insisted he not go and sent Xiang Er to the Lecture Hall instead. Duo Miaomiao and Xiao Ruyi, disguised, attempted to enter the Tongtian Tower but were discovered by Tang Jun soldiers. They evaded pursuit by hiding in a cave.

During their escape, Duo Miaomiao received a video call from the Governor, who revealed that the Duo Star command had detected Zero installing powerful anti-air weapons on Earth and had decided to prematurely destroy the planet. Duo Miaomiao pleaded for more time, falsely claiming he had a child with Xiao Ruyi. Xiao Ruyi, overhearing, was delighted, and the Governor agreed to give Duo Miaomiao one last chance.

The Empress bravely confronted the Emperor, exposing Li Yi's recent misdeeds, including replacing palace officials and spreading rumors about her involvement in An Yue's death. Li Yi burst in, struck the Empress, and threatened her life to force the Emperor to issue an imperial edict of abdication. Helpless, the Emperor reluctantly signed the decree, harboring deep resentment for his rebellious son. Simultaneously, Xiao Ruyi and Duo Miaomiao were apprehended by Li Yi's subordinates.

Li Yi callously admitted to murdering Xiao Ge and attempted to kill Xiao Ruyi to silence her. Duo Miaomiao heroically shielded Xiao Ruyi from the attack. Zero intervened, reminding Li Yi that Duo Miaomiao and Xiao Ruyi were valuable hostages needed to locate the energy source. Li Yi conceded, ordering their imprisonment instead.

At the Lecture Hall, Xiang Er urged the students to evacuate to the outskirts to meet Abe, but they steadfastly refused, vowing to defend their home to the death. Soon after, Li Yi's forces surrounded the Lecture Hall. Xiao Zhihe, witnessing the siege, seized an opportunity to escape. Tang Qingfeng, troubled by the imperial court's crisis, was asked by Abe if he regretted not becoming Crown Prince.

Tang Qingfeng, dismissive of power struggles, promised that once the current crisis was resolved, he would retire with Abe to travel the world, making her very happy. Ji Le's group was attacked by Zero. Hearing the commotion, Tang Qingfeng and Abe rushed to intervene. During the fierce battle, Zero merged into Tang Qingfeng's body. Zero's malevolent energy clashed violently with Tang Qingfeng's own immense power, causing Tang Qingfeng excruciating pain. Abe watched helplessly, unable to aid him. Amidst the chaos of the fight, Tang Qingfeng's gouyu shattered.

During a fight with Zero, Zero sensed that the energy source for the eye of the universe was within Tang Qingfeng's body and demanded that Abe hand him over.

Abe then asked Ji Le if Zero's scheme would fail if Tang Qingfeng did not approach the eye of the universe, and Ji Le confirmed that it would, explaining that once integrated, the energy source connects with Tang Qingfeng's star veins and cannot be activated without being near the eye of the universe. Abe then implored Ji Le to protect Tang Qingfeng, while she prepared to face Zero alone to buy them time to escape.

Zero was furious, declaring that no one would leave. Ji Le urged Abe to flee, asking if she wanted the energy source to fall into Zero's hands. Ji Le then left with Xiaoyue, and Abe was subsequently knocked unconscious by Zero. Duo Miaomiao and Xiao Ruyi awoke imprisoned in the Tongtian Tower. Duo Miaomiao realized they needed to escape quickly, warning Xiao Ruyi that if Zero acquired the eye of the universe's energy source, they would all be doomed.

Xiao Ruyi asked about Zero's identity, and Duo Miaomiao explained that Zero was an evil force among the alien celestial demons, an organization that sought to disrupt the cosmic balance. He revealed that the Tongtian Tower was merely a launch device for controlling weapons, and Zero's true target was the eye of the universe. If Zero obtained its energy, he would tear through space and time, destroying everything they knew.

Li Yi arrived, mocking their lack of understanding of his grand ambitions with the "God Messenger." Duo Miaomiao countered, accusing Li Yi of being deceived by Zero, whose actual goal was to occupy Earth and turn it into a pirate base, using Li Yi as a pawn. Xiao Ruyi also criticized Li Yi, asking how he could become so heartless, sacrificing everyone for the throne.

Li Yi dismissed their concerns, asserting that his decisions were divine will and that only his unified empire and achievements mattered. Zero brought Abe before Li Yi, forcing her to reveal Tang Qingfeng's whereabouts. Abe scorned Li Yi's collaboration with Zero, reminding him that he was the one who harmed Tang Qingfeng at the Tongtian Tower.

Li Yi coldly stated he did everything for Abe and would provide an explanation, then revealed that Tang Qingfeng was still alive and was the energy source for the eye of the universe. He threatened to kill Duo Miaomiao and Xiao Ruyi, who were imprisoned below, one by one if Abe didn't cooperate. Abe defiantly warned him not to touch them. Li Yi then proposed that Abe marry him to save their lives, leaving Abe feeling helpless.

Meanwhile, Ji Le, aware that Tang Qingfeng's body could not withstand the immense energy within him, assigned Xiaoyue to watch over him. In his unconscious state, Tang Qingfeng repeatedly called out Abe's name. Li Yi confined Abe to a room, reiterating his demand that she marry him in place of Tang Qingye, threatening everyone if she refused. Abe warned him that Zero was merely using him to achieve his own plans. Li Yi, however, only cared about the marriage.

After much thought, Abe agreed but stipulated that Tang Qingyun must personally sew her wedding dress. Li Yi hesitated but ultimately consented. He then summoned Tang Qingyun, informing her of his impending marriage to Abe and requesting her to embroider the wedding dress. Tang Qingyun was deeply saddened but agreed, pleading with Li Yi to spare General Tang and the Tang family in return for making the gown. Li Yi remained silent.

In their cell, Xiao Ruyi suggested Duo Miaomiao transform into his cat form to escape and find help. Duo Miaomiao recalled a secret shared by the Maoqiuxing Prince: Maoqiuxing people who haven't absorbed the power of their royal family only have nine chances to transform, and he had only one life left. Another transformation would exhaust his life. He lied, claiming he was too injured to transform.

Xiao Ruyi, concerned for his well-being, expressed regret for pressing him, deeply moving Duo Miaomiao, who then vowed to protect her with his life. As they talked, they shared their life experiences, feeling a growing connection. Duo Miaomiao expressed a desire to make a decision for himself for the first time. He embraced Xiao Ruyi, urging her to always smile and live happily, free from her usual fierce demeanor.

Ji Le contacted Abe, who explained she was trapped in the palace by barriers and unable to escape. She inquired about Tang Qingfeng, learning that he was unable to control his internal energy and was in an unstable condition. Abe revealed that Li Yi had brought her from the Tongtian Tower, promising not to harm Nanzhao or Ji Le if she married him.

She believed that during the wedding preparations, Chang Encheng's vigilance would lessen, creating an opportunity for Ji Le and Tang Qingfeng to escape. Abe urged Ji Le to take Tang Qingfeng as far away as possible, vowing to handle the remaining challenges herself. Ji Le expressed concern about Abe facing everything alone, but Abe declared that as long as Tang Qingfeng was safe, she feared nothing.

Ji Le reluctantly agreed to protect Tang Qingfeng and asked Abe to contact her if anything happened, which Abe promised before ending the call. Meanwhile, Tang Qingfeng, sensing Abe's peril, dreamt of their future together, free from grudges, and rejoiced that Abe would stay on Earth with him, only to awake with a start and realize it was a dream. Outside Tang Qingfeng's room, Xiaoyue expressed her worry to Ji Le about Abe facing Zero alone, fearing Zero's treachery.

Ji Le insisted on prioritizing the greater good—the peace of Earth and the universe—over individual sacrifices. Xiaoyue then questioned why Ji Le wouldn't tell Tang Qingfeng about Abe's situation. Overhearing their conversation, Tang Qingfeng, still recovering, demanded to know what happened to Abe. Ji Le tried to evade, claiming Abe had gone to report to Duo Xing and couldn't meet them. Tang Qingfeng refused to believe it, asserting Abe wouldn't leave without saying goodbye.

He pressed for the truth, and Xiaoyue, unable to keep silent, revealed that Abe had agreed to marry Li Yi to save Tang Qingfeng. Enraged, Tang Qingfeng tried to rush to Abe, but Ji Le stopped him, explaining his unstable energy prevented him from acting rashly. Tang Qingfeng declared his unwavering loyalty to Abe, stating he would not leave her side, living and dying with her.

Ji Le reiterated that he couldn't control his powers yet and needed a comprehensive plan to save her. Li Yi had imprisoned the Emperor and Tang Qingfeng's subordinate, Da Bao, in one cell. Soon after, General Tang, who had been tricked into the palace and arrested, was confined to an adjacent cell with Duan Fei.

General Tang and Duan Fei immediately began bickering, with Duan Fei criticizing General Tang's tendency to get entangled with women, reminiscing about the events twenty years prior. General Tang defended himself, denying any inappropriate relationship with Imperial Concubine An. During their heated argument, Duan Fei inadvertently revealed that Tang Qingfeng was the son Imperial Concubine An had entrusted to General Tang on her deathbed—the Emperor's own eldest Prince.

The Emperor, overhearing from his cell, was furious at General Tang and Duan Fei for concealing this secret for twenty years. General Tang quickly admitted his guilt, explaining the sensitive nature of the secret. Duan Fei continued to verbally attack the Emperor, accusing him of failing to protect Imperial Concubine An and raising a depraved son like Li Yi.

Da Bao intervened, urging them to stop quarreling and focus on the immediate crisis: deposing the Crown Prince and saving the people. The Emperor, momentarily composed, agreed and vowed to eliminate Li Yi.

Tang Qingfeng, his heart set on rescuing Abe, sought Ji Le's assistance to stabilize the powerful energy within him. Ji Le warned him of the grave dangers to his life, but Tang Qingfeng, unwavering, declared that as long as he could save Abe, he would have no regrets, regardless of the outcome, and urged Ji Le to proceed.

With Ji Le's assistance, Tang Qingfeng entered a blank world where he met Bai Yu, pressing him for the secrets of the Eye of the Universe. Bai Yu revealed that the Eye, an ancient entity long forgotten by humankind, had slowly developed self-awareness by absorbing the radiance of countless planets over eons. A fragment of this Eye, a gouyu, had fallen to Earth. Tang Qingfeng's blood, by chance, activated this gouyu, establishing an unbreakable bond between him and the Eye.

Bai Yu then disclosed that to mend Tang Qingfeng's damaged heart, he had transferred all his own energy, making Tang Qingfeng himself the core of the Eye of the Universe. As long as his heart beat, the Eye's energy would flow ceaselessly. Tang Qingfeng grasped the profound responsibility bestowed upon him, understanding that his existence now served a purpose far beyond Datang or even Earth.

Ji Le confirmed that his energy source was now completely integrated with his heart, and he had gained full control over his internal power. She emphasized that his decisions would critically impact the future of the entire Earth, a truth Tang Qingfeng had fully embraced. Meanwhile, Duo Miaomiao, having transformed into a cat, freed Xiao Ruyi from her confinement in the Tongtian Tower.

Once they were clear of the tower and in a dense forest, he reverted to his human form. Xiao Ruyi, oblivious to the immense sacrifice he was about to make, playfully chastised him for not transforming earlier to aid their escape. Duo Miaomiao, fabricating a story about another mission assigned by Abe, returned a ring to Xiao Ruyi and insisted she leave ahead of him.

Though a sense of unease settled upon her, she questioned if he was merely scared and attempting to flee, promising to protect him. Duo Miaomiao reassured her, pledging they would undoubtedly meet again after their respective tasks were complete. He urged her to depart first, promising he would follow, and bid her to take care. As Xiao Ruyi reluctantly left, Duo Miaomiao watched her receding figure.

Having utilized his final life for the transformation, his body began to dissolve into countless shimmering particles of light, a beautiful sight that Xiao Ruyi mistook for a celestial phenomenon. Far away, Abe sensed Duo Miaomiao's ultimate sacrifice and was overcome with grief. Xiao Zhihe returned to the ruins of the Lecture Hall, filled with a profound sense of loss. He soon encountered Xiao Ruyi, who bitterly regretted having placed her trust in Li Yi.

She recounted his heinous acts: patricide, usurpation of the throne, and the unjust imprisonment of loyal generals, even the Emperor himself. Xiao Ruyi proposed that Li Yi's upcoming wedding, a day when his defenses would likely be lax, presented the perfect opportunity for a prison break. Xiao Zhihe concurred, revealing his plan to contact the Lecture Hall students dispersed throughout the land, and Xiao Ruyi praised his newfound maturity.

In the imperial prison, the Emperor, Tang General, and Duan Fei passed the time by playing an imaginary game of mahjong, their arguments over "wins" filling the damp cells. When Duan Fei playfully provoked the Emperor, Tang General quickly stepped in to defend his ruler's dignity. Duan Fei then pointed out a curious fact: the Emperor's health had remarkably improved since his incarceration. This observation led them to suspect that the Emperor had been poisoned previously.

The Emperor was aghast at the realization that his own son, Li Yi, was behind his past ailments, and he cursed Li Yi's insatiable ambition. He also voiced frustration that Tang Qingfeng had yet to rescue them, to which Tang General staunchly defended his son.

In their initial attempt to bolster their forces, Xiao Zhihe's efforts to quickly rally the scattered Lecture Hall students proved difficult due to the sudden urgency, leaving him and Xiao Ruyi with the grim prospect of attempting the rescue largely on their own. Meanwhile, Tang Qingyun meticulously fitted Abe with the wedding dress she had personally sewn.

With a heavy heart, she mused on the irony that the garment she created was for another to marry the man she loved, a cruel twist of fate. Kneeling before Abe, Tang Qingyun expressed gratitude on behalf of the common people and sought to atone for Li Yi's transgressions, acknowledging Abe's bravery and dedication to the greater good. Abe gently raised her, urging Tang Qingyun to finally see Li Yi for who he truly was and abandon her lingering illusions.

Fearing for Abe's life, Tang Qingyun embraced her tightly, offering heartfelt prayers for her safety and protection. At the same moment, the nefarious Zero celebrated the long-awaited day of the seven-star Lianzhu. He joyfully activated the formidable Tongtian Tower anti-air weapon, exulting that acquiring the Eye of the Universe's energy source would allow him to tear open space-time and unleash an invasion, eagerly anticipating Tang Qingfeng's arrival.

Far above Earth, the Governor, commanding a Duo planet warship on a mission to retrieve Abe and Duo Miaomiao, detected the activation of the Tongtian Tower's anti-air weapon. Fearing that Zero would seize the Eye of the Universe's energy source, rip through the fabric of space-time, and usher in a massive pirate invasion of Earth, he prepared to destroy the planet to preserve cosmic peace. Suddenly, the ethereal form of Duo Miaomiao appeared on the warship's main screen.

He explained that he had lost his physical body on Earth and was now adrift in a space-time black hole, his power disrupted by its gravitational pull. Using his fading soul consciousness, Duo Miaomiao made a desperate plea to the Governor: grant Earth more time. Moved by the request, the Governor's resolve wavered, and he granted his consent. Back on Earth, Li Yi, anticipating his grand wedding to Abe, sat upon his throne, awaiting her presence.

Tang Qingyun then escorted Abe into the great hall. Li Yi, with self-assured triumph, declared Abe was finally his. However, Abe defiantly retorted that he would never be her prince consort. Using a hidden mechanism within the wedding dress, she promptly disabled Li Yi's weapon devices positioned throughout the hall and launched an attack on him. Enraged, Li Yi furiously accused Tang Qingyun of betrayal, claiming she had sabotaged the wedding dress.

Tang Qingyun admitted her actions, explaining that while her heart belonged to him and she would do anything for him, as a daughter of the Tang family and a citizen of Datang, she could not bear to witness his continued descent into evil and harm to the innocent. She implored him to abandon his destructive path before it was too late. Abe then confronted Li Yi directly, vowing to avenge Duo Miaomiao.

Tang Qingyun courageously stepped between them to shield Li Yi, but he disdainfully shoved her aside. The Taifu then intervened, advising Li Yi against further indiscriminate killing, reminding him that he already achieved his goal and further bloodshed would alienate the populace. However, Li Yi, fed up with the Taifu's constant lecturing, mercilessly struck him down. He then turned his wrath on Abe, severely injuring her.

Powerless and wounded, Abe could only desperately drag herself backward as Li Yi advanced menacingly. Meanwhile, the prison break was underway. Aunt Qi, posing as a servant delivering refreshments for the wedding, attempted to trick the guards but was exposed when they demanded a token. Just as she found herself in peril, Xiao Zhihe arrived with a contingent of Lecture Hall students. They quickly overpowered the guards, opening the way into the prison cells.

Xiao Ruyi then unlatched the cell doors, freeing the Emperor, Tang General, and all the other unjustly imprisoned individuals. The Emperor and Tang General were ecstatic at their rescue, and their first question to Xiao Ruyi was the whereabouts of Tang Qingfeng.

Li Yi was about to strike a fatal blow against an injured Abe when Tang Qingfeng suddenly appeared, delivering a powerful strike that sent Li Yi reeling. Tang Qingfeng immediately went to Abe's side to check her injuries, asking why she hadn't left with Keller as planned, asserting he could not leave her alone and depart himself. He then fiercely rebuked Li Yi for his treacherous attempt to usurp the throne, declaring that their conflict had to end.

Li Yi, however, remained defiant, insisting on a final confrontation. As Tang Qingfeng prepared to engage, Tang Qingyun stepped forward, pleading with her brother to spare Li Yi and offering her own life in his place. Tang Qingfeng, calling her a "silly girl," reluctantly agreed to spare Li Yi, but demanded that Li Yi atone for his actions and provide an explanation to the world.

As Tang Qingfeng turned to leave with Tang Qingyun, Li Yi launched a sneak attack from behind. Tang Qingyun courageously shielded Tang Qingfeng, taking the sword blow to her heart. Tang Qingfeng was filled with both anguish and fury, but Tang Qingyun, in her dying moments, looked at him and said she had no regrets. Witnessing Tang Qingyun's sacrifice and hearing her final words, Li Yi was overcome with a painful realization.

He lost control as the entity known as Zero was forcibly expelled from his body. Zero seized the opportunity, abducting the weakened Abe and causing Tang Qingfeng immense distress. Li Yi, weeping over Tang Qingyun's body, expressed deep remorse for the many innocent lives lost due to his pursuit of power, admitting it felt like an empty phantom. He yearned to go back to a simpler time, when Tang Qingfeng and Tang Qingyun were by his side.

Recognizing the irreversibility of his actions, he urged Tang Qingfeng to save Abe, begging that no one else should die because of him. Tang Qingfeng, seeing Li Yi cradling Tang Qingyun, left to pursue Zero. Zero, having imprisoned Abe within the Tongtian Tower, activated its mechanisms, revealing his intention to establish a new planet for his universe pirates. Abe defiantly warned Zero of the repercussions from Duo Star.

When Tang Qingfeng arrived, Zero taunted him, declaring that Tang Qingfeng would be instrumental in changing history. Abe desperately urged Tang Qingfeng to retreat, believing that if he didn't approach the Eye of the Universe, Zero's conspiracy would fail. However, Tang Qingfeng reaffirmed his promise to stay by Abe's side through life and death and confronted Zero to protect her.

Though Tang Qingfeng managed to free Abe, Zero quickly ensnared him with magic, began to drain his energy, using it to open the Eye of the Universe and tearing open space-time, unleashing a torrent of Universe Pirates onto Earth. The Governor, upon receiving reports of the escalating crisis and the torn space-time, reluctantly ordered Earth's destruction, lamenting the loss of Earth's delicious braised pork.

Abe cried out for Zero to stop, but Zero, confident in his triumph, boasted that with Tang Qingfeng now fused with the Eye of the Universe, his hegemony was unstoppable. In a desperate measure to thwart Zero's plan, Tang Qingfeng, now intrinsically linked to the Eye of the Universe, made a profound sacrifice. He implored Abe to kill him, explaining that only his cessation of life could close the Eye of the Universe and prevent the unfolding catastrophe.

Abe was horrified and resisted, pleading for another way, but Tang Qingfeng emphasized the billions of innocent lives on Earth at stake. He made a heartfelt promise for a future life together, where he would show her all the great mountains and rivers, and expressed his wish that in another life, they would meet sooner. With immense reluctance and profound grief, Abe plunged her sword into Tang Qingfeng's body.

As Tang Qingfeng's life ended, Abe embraced him, and together, they, along with the Tongtian Tower, vanished from Earth in a blinding flash of white light. Amidst her overwhelming sorrow, Abe whispered that it all felt like a dream. With Tang Qingfeng's sacrifice, Earth's immediate crisis was averted. The Governor's office received a safety signal, prompting him to cancel the order for Earth's destruction.

He then dispatched forces to search for Duo Miaomiao within the black hole, guided by its signal. On Earth, Xiao Ruyi arrived at the location where the Tongtian Tower once stood, only to find it vanished along with Tang Qingfeng, leaving her devastated. Meanwhile, the Emperor, having regained his throne, issued imperial decrees. Duan Fei's position as Protector-General was reinstated, and he was to remain in Nanzhao.

The fearless General Xiao Ruyi was promoted to succeed Tang Qingfeng, with the task of rebuilding the Martial Arts Academy, and Xiao Zhihe was appointed as Chief Secret Envoy to address ongoing threats. The remaining loyal officials, including Tang General, mourned the heroic sacrifices of Tang Qingfeng and Abe, strengthening their resolve to restore order to the court. Xiao Ruyi, though honored by her new position, held Duo Miaomiao's ring, quietly hoping for his return.

Months later, Tang General (also known as General Mantis) remained consumed by regret, lamenting that he had not revealed Tang Qingfeng's true lineage to the Emperor sooner, and he worried constantly about Tang Qingfeng's fate. His somber mood was soon interrupted by joyful news: his wife's maid reported that his wife had fainted, and the imperial doctor confirmed she was experiencing a Ximai, a sign of pregnancy.

Overjoyed at the prospect of becoming a father again, Tang General ordered a grand celebration for his entire household. Simultaneously, in deep space, Abe and Duo Miaomiao were on their journey back to Earth aboard a spaceship, carrying a comatose Tang Qingfeng in a special space capsule. Abe gazed at Earth, speaking softly to the unconscious Tang Qingfeng, reiterating their promises to explore the world's beauty and savor its delicacies.

She expressed her certainty that he would awaken, as they were finally returning home. Just as Earth came clearly into view, a familiar voice called out her name, "Abu." Tears welled up in Abe's eyes, signaling Tang Qingfeng's stirring consciousness.
