Mickey He(He Shengming, 何晟铭), born on July 9, 1975, in Xiantao City, Hubei Province, is a Chinese actor and singer.

In December 1995, he joined the group 中国力量(China Power) as the lead singer.

In 1998, he participated in the CCTV Spring Festival Gala, then chose to make a solo career, changed his name to He Weiqi, and released several albums.
