Fan Wei(范薇), born on August 13, 1995, in Liaoning, is a Chinese singer and actress.

In April 2014, she participated in the national audition for the 1931 girl group; on November 3, she released her first single "欢聚时刻1931" with the group; on November 27, she officially debuted with the group.

On December 29, 2017, the group 1931 announced its disbandment.

In April 2018, she took part in the program Producer 101.
