Special forces soldier Xia Tian (Tyler Hayes) is transported into the Great Xia Dynasty and becomes the Ninth Prince. Because he carries the bloodline of the former dynasty, everyone wants him dead — the emperor, the crown prince, and even the court officials all see him as a threat. Forced into a deadly situation with no way out, he embarks on a journey to the desolate frontier of Huangzhou in the west to fight invaders and suppress enemies.
Along the way, Xia Tian commands thunder dragons, controls fierce winds, and soars across the skies. While defeating powerful foes one after another, he also wins the heart of Sima Lan (Lynn Simmons), the greatest beauty of Great Xia, and ultimately rises as the true King of Huangzhou.
