Liang Guanhua(梁冠华) was born in Beijing on September 30, 1964, and is a Chinese actor.

He won the award for Outstanding Actor in a TV Drama with the TV series The Happy Life of Talkative Zhang Damin and became well known to the viewers.

From 2003 to 2010, he played the role of the prime minister Dee Renjie in the series Detective Dee and was known as the trio of the iron triangle with Zhang Zijian and director Qian Yanqiu.
