To save his mother from cancer, Chen Yi (Ethan Carter) is forced to accept a deal from his biological father, Lu Mingyuan.
From seizing a prize from Zhao Lao'er to risking his life in the "Thirteen Blades" trial, he navigates the treacherous power plays of Uncle Kun, the Lu family, and the Gong family—only to realize he is nothing more than a disposable pawn.
