Xiao Yang(肖央), born April 14, 1980, in Shuangluan District, Chengde City, Hebei Province, is a Chinese director, actor, singer, and screenwriter.

In 2007, Xiao Yang and Wang Tali formed the boy group "Chopsticks Brothers".
