Luo Mingjie(骆明劼), born on October 18, 1993, in Enshi, Hubei Province, is a Chinese actor and singer, a member of the Chinese boy group Mr. BIO.

In 2015, he participated in the talent show "King Of Pop" and finally made his official debut in the group Mr. BIO, in the same year, he released the single "Jackpot" with Mr. BIO.
