Yuan Ran (苑冉, Luna) was born on March 19, 1979, in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, and is a Chinese actress, host, and singer.
In 2001, she started to host the program Cartoon City on CCTV and sang the theme song "Kuai Dian Gao Su Ni / 快点告诉你".
In 2008, she was known by the audience for her role as Xiaotao in the historical mystery-detective drama Detective Dee 3.
