Bu Fan (卜凡), born on April 13, 1996, in Qingdao, Shandong, China, is a Chinese pop singer and a former member of the boy group ONER.

In 2017, he released the first single “如果你能感同我的身受(If You Can Feel What I Feel)” as a BC221 trainee.
