Shi Qi Jun (十七君, Mr.17), born on November 1, 1989, in Jiangsu, China, is a Chinese pop singer and member of the boy group Produce Pandas.

On July 28, 2020, he officially debuted as a member of the boy group Produce Pandas, releasing the group's first single "辣辣辣(Spicy Spicy Spicy)".That same year, he released the group's first music album "A.S.I.A".
