Sinopse
Three thousand years ago, Zhurong launched a war against the human race. The goddess Yunxi, moved by the pleas of the people, sealed away her own killing intent in hopes of bringing peace. However, unaware of this, Zhurong continued to lead the spirit race in plundering and raiding. The human prince, Lu Yan, led his troops in a fierce resistance and joined forces with Yunxi to end the war. But Zhurong set a trap that pushed them into a desperate situation. Before her death, Yunxi extracted her inner core and gave it to Lu Yan. With the power of the core, Lu Yan slew Zhurong, bringing an end to the human-spirit war and fulfilling Yunxi's final wish, restoring peace to the nine provinces.
Three thousand years later, Lu Yan meets Yu Dengdeng, who bears an uncanny resemblance to Yunxi, and their fates from past and present begin to intertwine.
