The drama is adapted from the novel of the same name "喂，给你我的小心心/Wei, Gei Ni Wo De Xiao Xin Xin" written by Zi Fei Yu. It tells the story of Mu Sichen, an overbearing CEO from an online novel by the author Su Meng, who unexpectedly enters the real world. He encounters Xu Zhi'en, who bears a striking resemblance to the female lead in the novel. As he pursues her, he finds himself gradually drawn to the adorable soul of Su Meng. The three characters go through a tale interwoven with love, family, and friendship.

Sinopse
The 18th-tier internet novelist Su Meng turned her own secret crush into a novel titled "Give You My Heart" creating an antagonist tool character, the extreme and eloquent Mu Sichen, to drive the emotional development of the main characters.
One day, Mu Sichen unexpectedly appears at Su Meng's home, and the peculiar settings she created for Mu Sichen in the novel end up "backfiring" on herself, making Su Meng deeply distressed.
Amid the chaotic and unpredictable life they share, the two gradually discover the warmth and loveliness in each other. As they navigate through ups and downs, Su Meng and the "paperman" Mu Sichen mutually support each other, growing together, and transitioning from mutual teasing to a "genuine" love story.
