Chen Lan spent eight million yuan on a coffin for her mother-in-law, only to be verbally abused by her husband Qin Zheng. At the funeral, Qin Zheng did not show up, while his mistress Shen Qingqing arrived instead to openly provoke her. Heartbroken and furious, Chen Lan made up her mind to divorce him.
Unexpectedly, Qin Zheng claimed that he and Chen Lan had already been separated, insisting that his true love was Shen Qingqing. Faced with her husband’s betrayal, Chen Lan exposed the truth in anger, directly accusing Shen Qingqing of being the homewrecker.
