At a class reunion, Shen Yue is drugged and falls unconscious. By accident, she stumbles into Li Chen’s room and, mistaking the severely injured man for a cure, takes his inner core to save herself.
Five years later, Li Chen returns in search of his lost core, only to be mistaken by an amnesiac Shen Yue as a blind date. In a twist of fate, the two hastily register their marriage and enter into a flash union.
As old enemies resurface, Shen Yue uncovers the truth—that she had been schemed against back then, leading to the loss of her innocence and the birth of a child. With Li Chen’s help, she fights to regain custody of her daughter.
