In 2008, he participated in the Korean talent show 열혈남아 and received training in Korea for 1.5 years. In 2010, he participated in the Jiangsu TV talent show Jue Dui Chang Xiang and won the top ten in the national finals. In 2011, he joined the "0086 Boy Group".
