After accidentally breaking a cup belonging to Gu Yuchen’s ex-girlfriend, Wen Zhixian (Sienna Wood) was slapped and thrown out of the house. Heartbroken and humiliated, she decided to end the relationship for good. Unaware of the truth, her parents blamed her, pushing her even deeper into despair. During several of her lowest moments, she repeatedly crossed paths with Qi Yanjing (Jerome Quinn). Acting on impulse, she agreed to marry him.
Meanwhile, Gu Yuchen realized his mistakes and desperately tried to win her back, hoping for forgiveness and a second chance. But Qi Yanjing pursued Wen Zhixian with unwavering devotion and sincerity. Gradually, she fell for him and bravely admitted her feelings. In the end, the two chose each other and built a happy life together.
