Sinopsis
Shen Mochi (Marcus Simms), the campus heartthrob, and Lin Chuxia (Hazel Lindsey), the girl he secretly loves, are unexpectedly transported back in time when he tries to save her. After the time slip, Lin Chuxia—a graduate student majoring in history—finds herself reborn as the “foolish” young lady of the Prime Minister’s residence, where she is constantly bullied and ridiculed.
Holding onto her principle of “I won’t provoke others unless provoked,” Lin Chuxia endures the malice around her in silence. However, by a stroke of chance, she uses her extensive historical knowledge to solve a difficult problem that stumps the imperial court. Her brilliance earns her the admiration of the officials, who come to regard her as a respected mentor.
Meanwhile, Shen Mochi is reborn as the Crown Prince, and his new identity sets off a series of humorous and heartwarming events as their fates intertwine once more in this unfamiliar era.
