Ni Wu (Ivy Powell) takes her daughter to the hospital, only to discover that the attending physician treating her child is none other than her ex-boyfriend, Pei Huaiyu (Harrison Evans), whom she broke up with seven years ago. Pei Huaiyu does not recognize Ni Wu, nor does he know that she secretly gave birth to their daughter after they parted ways.
