This drama tells the story of Chen Xiaoqian, a perpetually single and struggling screenwriter who accidentally gets pulled into her own script. She awakens as the highly-ranked but infamous Third Princess of Huayuan City. To survive, she has to cleverly "script" her way out of this preposterous situation. As she navigates relationships with the innocent, Young City Lord Han Shuo and the seemingly perfect and handsome Pei Heng, a scholar from Huayuan City, she ultimately discovers love and personal growth.

Sinopsis
Chen Xiaoqian is a screenwriter who is always single since her birth. She has worked hard and finished writing a costume drama. The drama should have started shooting smoothly, but it collapsed. Because the actor Han Mingxing questioned too much about the script’s emotional scenes.
