The Remedy is a romantic suspense drama directed by Ma Zhiyu, led by Zhou Junwei, He Shengming, Purba Rgyal, and Xi Xue, co-starring Fan Lei, Zhang Jingwei, Wang Yiming, Gao Shuguang, Fu Heng, Dang Haoyu and Feng Ruoqi.
The drama tells the story of Lian Zhou, who embarks on a difficult journey to find the truth about the murder of his girlfriend, Yin Lu, against the advice of others.

Sinopsis
In 2006, Yin Lu, a college girl, was killed in a southern county, and the lack of clues delayed progress in solving the case. The case is still in progress.
In order to find the truth, Lian Zhou, Yin Lu's boyfriend, moved to the old city where Yin Lu was last spotted, using his job as a gas tank delivery as a cover, and started a "needle-in-a-haystack" investigation.
During this period, Lian Zhou forms a deep friendship with Fu Xiang, the detective in charge of solving the case, and grows from a young and reckless youth who is bent on having his own way, to a stable, calm, and thoughtful adult.
Throughout the investigation, after an accidental prolonged coma, Lian Zhou's encounters with the people and things involved in the case change, and he is forced to further reflect on what he has done to bring different meanings to his own life and the lives of others.
