In their daily work at the hotel, they encounter a variety of guests and face the challenges of the hotel's poor management. Yi Ran and Xiao Muchen join forces to tackle the hotel's crisis. Despite their differences, the two people from different worlds gradually grow closer amidst constant conflicts during their time together.

Sinopsis
Struggling to survive at the bottom of society, Yi Ran, a street-smart girl who uses negative reviews as both an outlet and a means to assert her rights, is given a serendipitous opportunity to experience a five-star hotel. During her stay, she encounters Xiao Muchen, the meticulous manager of Yingman Hotel, who is a perfectionist with no tolerance for "negative reviews."
Together, they grow and help each other succeed, facing numerous challenges with unwavering determination and passion for their work and lives. Ultimately, as Yi Ran overturns the pessimistic label of "Miss Negative Review," the two also find inspiration in a story of love, family, and friendship.
