Hidden Master
Hidden Master is a historical wuxia comedy directed by Zhong Kanxie and Zhang Renjie, starring Xu Zhisheng, Fan Jingyi, and Wang Shuai.
Adapted from the manga of the same name by Tokiwano Yuusha, the series tells the story of Gou Lingfeng, the son of a wealthy merchant who dreams of becoming a great hero. He spends 18 years training in the mountains, only to be told by his master that he’s been learning long-lost martial arts from a demonic cult. As he roams the martial world, every time he tries to help someone, he’s mistaken for a villain. It turns out that being a righteous hero in the martial world requires official certification. Amidst a series of wild misadventures, Gou Lingfeng eventually joins the Martial Arts Association.

Sinopsis
Despite his fierce appearance, Gou Lingfeng is kind-hearted and determined to pursue his heroic dream. By a twist of fate, he ends up mastering forbidden martial arts and embarks on a journey across the martial world. Facing prejudice and hardships, he pushes forward toward his dream.
Along the way, he meets Ma Yingdan, the “Hundred Flower Hero” from Poison Immortal Valley, and Zhuge Heng, the son of the Sword Saint. Together, they uncover and solve bizarre cases. Through these adventures, Gou Lingfeng gradually realizes the truth that “heroism knows no size, and martial arts have no inherent good or evil,” ultimately becoming a true hero.
