Famous actress Wen Xian (Mary Page) accidentally wanders into a military base and is detained as a suspect by Captain Lu Xiao (Terry Hart), the commander of the area.
She is forced to stay at the base. To her surprise, all the young soldiers in the base are her fans—except for Captain Lu Xiao, who remains completely indifferent to her.
Determined to prove her charm, Wen Xian decides she must win over Lu Xiao before she leaves. But she has no idea that this decision will be one she regrets deeply, because this man is someone she can't afford to provoke.
