Bell Ringing is a fantasy romance short drama directed by Zhao Siying, led by Li Daikun and Song Fangyuan, co-starring Miao Weilun, Yu Yilei and Zhuang Yuan. It is based on Ni Zhe Ban Dong Ren's novel "Ta De Ye Gu / 她的野骨".

Sinopsis
Carefree country girl Shen Qi has a love-at-first-sight encounter with a mysteriously appearing man named Chi Ye. She starts her pursuit of love, but Chi Ye's continuous rejections and avoidance lead Shen Qi to believe it's all her wishful thinking.
It's only when she finally confesses, saying, "My wish is to be with you," that Chi Ye's heart begins to soften. As the gears of love start turning, the two spend their days on a peaceful island, watching clouds, feeling the breeze, and admiring the sunset.
With the blessings of the islanders, they gradually move towards the altar of marriage. However, as memories from a hundred years ago resurface, the beautiful love story hides a past that one dares not look back upon.
