An Chuxia accused him of not caring about her feelings, knowing she wanted to focus on her career but pushing her to marry now. Han Qilu's Grandma overheard their argument and became furious, giving An Chuxia an ultimatum: either marry tomorrow or never.
After An Chuxia left, Grandma clutched her chest and told Han Qilu that as she was getting older, her only wish was to see him married, leaving Han Qilu at a loss. Later, Bai Qiuzi called An Chuxia to watch a meteor shower, but An Chuxia brought up Han Qilu's family pressuring her to marry, sounding unhappy. Han Qilu then met with An Chuxia and told her that he understood her reluctance to marry at the moment.
However, he explained that Grandma's heart condition had worsened, and she feared she wouldn't live long enough to see them marry, which was why she was pushing them to tie the knot now. An Chuxia finally understood Grandma's feelings, and her tone softened, though she still hoped the Han family would give her some time to think.
It was revealed that Han Qilu's Grandma once had a first love, but she had been too focused on her career and eventually broke up with him. Recently, he passed away, leaving Grandma filled with regret, wishing she hadn't prioritized her career, which led to her missing out on her first love.
An Chuxia and Han Qilu heard Grandma's story and understood her feelings and why she didn't want An Chuxia to be a "strong woman"; she simply didn't want An Chuxia to experience the same regrets she did. Misunderstanding, Li Shendong thought she had gone back to Han Qilu. Qin Qing then spontaneously kissed Li Shendong as her answer, and the two walked back hand-in-hand. Seeing this, Feng Shao and Bai Qiuzi also showed their affection, with Bai Qiuzi playfully carrying Feng Shao on her back. The meteor shower arrived as expected, and everyone gazed at the sky, with all but Li Shendong's two brothers having found their partners.
