However, the publishing industry is undergoing a significant transformation, shifting from quantitative to qualitative changes. As a rookie editor, Chu Li is initially taken aback by the industry's current state. Still, she remains true to her original aspirations, dedicating herself wholeheartedly to authors and to producing quality books, facing the impact of societal changes alongside Yuanyue Press.
Chu Li's sincerity and professionalism impress a highly successful author, leading her to become their exclusive editor. She also helps an author stuck in a creative rut to transform, and with her unique insight, discovers new talent. Overcoming numerous workplace challenges, Chu Li ultimately grows into a golden-ticket editor, all while finding joy and love through her work with the high-achieving author, marked by their daily mutual support and playful banter.
