WINWIN (Dong Sicheng, 董思成), born in Lucheng District, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China, on October 28, 1997, is a Chinese actor and singer. He is a member of the Chinese boy group WayV and a member of Korean boy groups NCT, NCT 127, and NCT U.

In January 2016, Dong made his debut through the S.M. Entertainment pre-star group SMROOKIES; On July 7, NCT 127 made their debut on the Mnet music show "M Countdown". On October 10, the group released their first mini album "NCT #127".
