But fate gives him a second chance. Reborn at the pivotal moment before their marriage is finalized, Ji Yanli decisively changes the name on the marriage certificate to the man Meng Wanzhi truly loves. He sells the villa, leaves everything behind, and sets off alone for a new life abroad.
In France, Ji Yanli pursues his dream in the world of design. With the support and encouragement of Jiang Yuan, he gradually rises to prominence and rediscovers his sense of self-worth. As they work together, the two slowly fall in love.
