Sinopse
Ning Xi (Casey Nelson) was separated from her family as a child. After being brought back to the Ning household, she was met not with warmth but with indifference and hostility. The adopted daughter, Ning Xueluo (Candice Nelson), saw her as a threat and schemed against her, ultimately setting her up to have a relationship with a “strange man,” Lu Tingxiao (Owen Lopez).
Later, Ning Xi became pregnant and gave birth, but was led to believe that her child had died at birth. Heartbroken, she left and disappeared.
Five years later, she returned, only to be trapped in a warehouse as part of another scheme. During the incident, she rescued Lu Tingxiao’s son, Xiaobao, which brought her back into Lu Tingxiao’s life. At the same time, Ning Xi entered the entertainment industry, starting from the bottom. With determination and integrity, she gradually made a name for herself.
Meanwhile, Ning Xueluo continued to sabotage her in order to maintain her status. However, Ning Xi relied on her intelligence and resilience to overcome each crisis, eventually exposing Ning Xueluo’s wrongdoing and bringing her to justice. Throughout this journey, Ning Xi and Lu Tingxiao grew closer, and their relationship deepened into love.
