Su Yunjin returned home, her mother immediately noticing her troubled expression. Her mother gently advised her that true healing comes from within. Su Yunjin tearfully revealed that she had seen Cheng Zheng at the hospital that day with a pregnant woman and wasn't sure if he was married, which left her heartbroken. She then looked at a design drawing Cheng Zheng had given her years ago, which brought back a rush of painful memories.

Meanwhile, Cheng Zheng, aware that Su Yunjin followed Shen Juan's public account, sought out Shen Juan. He wished to publish a story that Su Yunjin would see, explaining a misunderstanding. Cheng Zheng revealed that the pregnant woman he was seen with at the hospital, Chen Xiaoyu, was merely a friend. He had intentionally kept silent to gauge Su Yunjin's reaction, and now he was certain that they both still cared deeply for each other.

Shen Juan questioned if he had obtained Chen Xiaoyu's permission to share her story and why Cheng Zheng hadn't just told Su Yunjin directly. Cheng Zheng explained that Chen Xiaoyu was helping him to ensure Su Yunjin learned the truth. He admitted he regretted not telling her directly but emphasized that he had been keeping track of Su Yunjin’s recent life and knew she was single.

He described how his heart pounded upon seeing her and affirmed that she had always been in his thoughts. Shen Juan agreed to help, noting that facing Su Yunjin was the final step and asking Cheng Zheng to send Chen Xiaoyu's photo. Soon after, Su Yunjin saw the article on the public account, which cleared up her misunderstanding about Cheng Zheng. She confirmed with Mo Yuhua that the photo in the article was indeed the woman she saw.

Knowing he was still single, Su Yunjin felt a profound sense of relief. Her friend, Mo Yuhua, observed Su Yunjin's reaction, noting her relief and suggesting that there was still hope for her and Cheng Zheng. Zhou Ziyi's building was nearing completion, and he planned a celebration with friends. He also intended to help Cheng Zheng win back Su Yunjin. Zhou Ziyi, after gathering information, discovered that Su Yunjin's boss, Mr Xu, had developed an interest in her.

He quickly relayed this news to Cheng Zheng. Cheng Zheng then met with Mr Xu, who openly acknowledged his admiration for Su Yunjin. However, Mr Xu explained that Su Yunjin had politely declined his advances, indicating that her heart already belonged to someone else. Having accepted this, Mr Xu encouraged Cheng Zheng to pursue Su Yunjin and to never let her go again.

Cheng Zheng then boldly asked Mr Xu for a favor, which Mr Xu, after a moment of amusement, agreed to. Following Cheng Zheng's request, Mr Xu later told Su Yunjin that she needed to work overtime that weekend to meet a client, promising to send her the address. Su Yunjin, unaware of the plan, readily agreed. Su Yunjin arrived at the designated cafe, where she called Mr Xu, who advised her to "listen to her inner voice."

As she looked around, she was surprised to find the cafe adorned with lanterns she had once made, each inscribed with heartfelt messages of longing. It was unmistakably Cheng Zheng’s handiwork. As she looked at each lantern, her eyes welled up. Cheng Zheng then appeared, expressing his profound love and regret for his past impulsive actions.

He then produced a sparkling ring, asking her to give them another chance, reminding her of her promise to accept it if he bought it with his own money. He gave her time to think, telling her that if she decided not to reconcile, she could return the ring to him at Zhou Ziyi's building inauguration. After Su Yunjin left, Cheng Zheng broke down in tears. His sister, Zhang Yue, emerged and offered comfort.

Cheng Zheng then mentioned the cafe’s special name and offered to introduce Zhang Yue to its owner. To Zhang Yue's surprise, Shen Juan walked out. Cheng Zheng discreetly left, giving Zhang Yue and Shen Juan space to talk. After much contemplation, Shen Juan realized he could not forget Zhang Yue.

He revealed that Zhang Yue's father had invested in his Y Bar during a period of depression for him, and that he had named the bar "Y" because he had failed to understand many things in the past, but now the answer, meaning Zhang Yue, was clear before him. Zhang Yue, still deeply in love with Shen Juan, shared a smile with him. They raised their glasses, celebrating their reunion and deciding to embark on a new beginning.

Mo Yuhua later asked Su Yunjin about her feelings regarding Cheng Zheng's proposal. Su Yunjin admitted she was deeply touched but also apprehensive that Cheng Zheng might still be as immature as he once was. Mo Yuhua asked if she would consider him now that he was so capable, to which Su Yunjin replied that she had considered him even when he wasn't as capable. The following day was the ribbon-cutting ceremony for Zhou Ziyi's building.

Su Yunjin and Mo Yuhua arrived, and Su Yunjin was astonished to realize that the building's distinctive design was exactly from the architectural blueprint Cheng Zheng had given her years ago. Cheng Zheng told her that the building was the culmination of his painstaking efforts, inspired by her initial encouragement. He then knelt before her and proposed marriage, expressing his deep understanding of their journey, having experienced pursuing, owning, and losing her, and his earnest desire to cherish her.

Su Yunjin, with a sweet smile, accepted his proposal before he could even finish his words, stating, "I'm willing." Overjoyed, Cheng Zheng stood up and placed the ring on Su Yunjin's finger. They embraced and shared a loving kiss, making up for their lost time. Later that evening, friends gathered at Shen Juan and Zhang Yue's Y Bar.

Cheng Zheng proudly announced that Zhou Ziyi, after years of being fickle, had finally found his devotion and was now in a relationship with Mo Yuhua. He then announced that Zhang Yue and Shen Juan had rekindled their love and were the owners of the Y Bar. Finally, Cheng Zheng excitedly shared the news of his engagement to Su Yunjin.

Everyone celebrated with toasts, songs, and dances, grateful that after many twists and turns, they had all found their true loves, realizing that "you were here all along," bringing about a truly perfect ending. (The End)
